Abstract

Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk anak usia dini mampu mengenal organ tubuh yang harus dilindungi, mengenal orang-orang yang layak untuk menyentuh tubuh seperti hanya ayah ibu dan diri sendiri, dan mengajarkan anak bertutur maaf untuk menolak ajakan orang orang lain yang berbahaya dan menyerukan tolong jika dalam situasi yang sulit. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, role play meminta bantuan, menonton video dan games perlindungan diri. Peserta kegiatan ada sebanayk 40 orang anak usia 4-5 tahun. Dari hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan siswa dapat memahami apa yang di berikan saat ceramah, dapat menyebutkan bagian tubuh yang perlu dilindungi, meminta tolong disaat bahaya, dan mengucapkan maaf saat bahaya hadir dari orang lain. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat dilaksanakan setiap tahunnya agar anak-anak dapat melindungi dirinya dari bahaya.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the cooperative integrated reading and composition learning model on learning motivation for Christian Religious Education & Character Education in class XI of HKBP 2 Tarutung Private High School for the 2023/2024 Academic Year.This research uses a Posttest-Only Control type experimental method. The population is all class XI of HKBP 2 Tarutung Private High School for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 160 people. The sample was determined using a technique taken deliberately (purposive sampling) with the specified conditions that the learning material being experimented with was in that class, namely class XI IIS-1 students totaling 32 people as the experimental class and XI IIS-3 totaling 32 people as the control class. The research instrument used a 27 item test. The t test used is the Separated Variance t test according to the test analysis requirements, namely n1=n2 and the variance of the two sample groups is homogeneous. The results of hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount= 13.9 > ttable (=0.05; dk=n1+n2-2=62) = ttable 1.669, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This research concludes that students' motivation to learn Christian Religion & Character Education taught using the cooperative integrated reading and composition learning model is higher than that taught using the conventional learning model in class XI of HKBP 2 Tarutung Private High School for the 2023/2024 Academic Year.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how much influence the Emotional Intelligence of Christian Religious Education Teachers has on the character formation of Class V Students at SD 173299 Paniaran for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive statistics. The population is all class V students of SD 173299 Paniaran who are Protestant Christians with a total of 32 people and this research is a population research. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 37 items, namely 15 items for variable : 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.585 > rtable(=0.05,n=32) = 0.349. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 3.946 > ttable(=0.05, dk=n-2=30)= 2.042. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y=21.17+1.06X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 34.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=13, dk denominator=n-2=32-2=30) namely 15.56 > 2.09. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of toxic parents on the character development of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung T.A 2023/2024. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive statistics. The population is all 169 students in class VIII of SMP N 3 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians and a sample of 32 people was determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 30 items, namely 15 items for variable ) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.613 > rtable(=0.05,n=32) = 0.349. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 4.245 > ttable(=0.05, dk=n-2=30)= 2.042. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="21.45"+0.56X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 37.5%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=17, dk denominator=n-2=32-2=30) namely 17.99 > 1.62. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the positive and significant relationship between the PAK Teacher Personality Competition and Ethics and Student Behavior in grade V of SDN 173551 Laguboti for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population is the entire class V students of SD Negeri 173551 Laguboti which totals 54 people and this study is a population study. Data was collected with a positive closed questionnaire of 39 items, namely 19 items for variable X and 20 items for variable Y. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between teacher personality competence and the behavior of grade V students of SD Negeri 173551 Laguboti for the 2023/2024 academic year, as evidenced by the following data analysis: 1) A positive relationship test obtained a value of rxy = 0,559 > rtabel(a=0,05,n=54) = 0,226 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) A significant relationship test obtained a value of tcal thitung= 4,856 > ttabel(a=0,05,dk=n-2=52)=2,000 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. Thus Ha is accepted and H0¬ which says there is no relationship is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence of Christian Religious Education Teacher Exemplar on the Morals of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency, in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with descriptive statistics. The population was all class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung, totaling 175 people, and a sample of 35 people was determined using random sampling techniques. Data were collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 42 items. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Exemplary Christian Religious Education Teacher on the Morals of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency in the 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.676> rtable ( = 0.05, n = 35) = 0.334 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount value = 5.266> t table ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 33) = 2.042 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Ŷ = 35.12 + 0.24. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 45.7%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable, namely 27.73 > 1.62. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Thus, it can be seen that the research hypothesis proposed by the author is accepted, namely that there is a positive and significant influence of the Exemplary Behavior of Christian Religious Education Teachers on the Morals of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency, 2023/2024 Academic Year.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate religious moderation among Medan State University (UNIMED) and North Sumatra University (USU) students in the context of their social life. The method used is a descriptive quantitative method. The population consists of students from the USU Faculty of Cultural Sciences and the UNIMED Faculty of Social Sciences, each around 4,000 people. A 912 sample was determined using the Slovin formula and randomly selected via Googleform distributed by each faculty. Data collection was carried out through closed questionnaires regarding Religious Moderation. Testing the questionnaire on 30 respondents showed the validity of all questionnaire items with a correlation above 0.361 at a confidence level of 0.05. The instrument's reliability was measured using Cronbach's alpha equation with a result of 0.937, indicating an excellent level of reliability. Data analysis was carried out using the average formula. The research results show that the religious moderation of students in North Sumatra is quite good. Questionnaire data from 912 USU and UNIMED students shows that almost all dimensions of religious moderation are in the very high category, with an average score for National Commitment of 4.437%, Tolerance of 4.274%, Non-Violence of 4.441%, and Accommodation to Local Culture of 4.425 %. These results show excellent religious moderation among students at both universities.

Abstract

Abstract: Indonesian as the official language of the Republic of Indonesia faces major challenges in the digital era. The development of the current era of globalization has changed the way people communicate and interact. This article discusses the challenges and strategies for preserving Indonesian in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative method with literature analysis conducted by searching various written sources, either in books, archives, magazines, articles, journals, or documents relevant to problems related to preserving Indonesian. The results of the study show that Indonesians faces challenges such as globalization, technology, and social change. However, several strategies can be carried out to preserve Indonesian, such as with the right strategies such as strengthening policies, developing technology, socialization, and language awareness campaigns, forming online communities that focus on language preservation, language education, and collaboration with industry, increasing local content in Indonesian, and through promoting Indonesian in the international arena will make Indonesian survive and develop in the digital era. Keywords: preservation of Indonesian language; challenges of language preservation; strategies of language preservation; digital era. Abstrak: Bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa resmi Republik Indonesia menghadapi tantangan besar di era digital. Perkembangan era globalisasi saat ini telah mengubah cara berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi masyarakat. Artikel ini membahas tentang tantangan dan strategi pelestarian bahasa Indonesia di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis literatur yang dilakukan dengan melakukan pencarian terhadap berbagai sumber tertulis, baik berupa buku-buku, arsip, majalah, artikel, dan jurnal, atau dokumen-dokumen yang relevan dengan permasalahan yang terkait dengan pelestarian bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahasa Indonesia menghadapi tantangan seperti globalisasi, teknologi, dan perubahan sosial. Namun, ada beberapa strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk melestarikan bahasa Indonesia, seperti dengan strategi yang tepat seperti penguatan kebijakan, pengembangan teknologi, sosialisasi dan kampanye kesadaran berbahasa, pembentukan komunitas online yang berfokus pada pelestarian bahasa, edukasi kebahasaan, serta kolaborasi dengan industri, memperbanyak konten lokal dalam bahasa Indonesia, dan melalui promosi bahasa Indonesia di kancah internasional akan membuat bahasa Indonesia dapat tetap bertahan dan berkembang dalam era digital. Kata kunci: pelestarian bahasa Indonesia; tantangan pelestarian bahasa; strategi pelestarian bahasa; era digital.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines variations in Indonesian language found in television advertisements using a sociolinguistic approach. Sociolinguistics is a discipline that explores the relationship between language and society, including how social aspects influence language use and variation. Television advertisements are a form of mass communication with a wide reach, are persuasive, and are designed to attract public attention. Therefore, the language used in advertisements often reflects interesting variations and is appropriate to the social context of the target community. This study aims to describe the types of Indonesian language variations in television advertisements, identify the sociolinguistic causes that impact these variations, and analyze the role of language in achieving the advertisements' persuasive goals. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were obtained through recording, observation, and recording methods of several television advertisements broadcast on national private television channels in Indonesia. Data selection was carried out using a purposive sampling technique to obtain informative cases. Keyword: sociolinguistics; television advertising; television advertising language. Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji variasi bahasa Indonesia yang terdapat dalam iklan televisi dengan pendekatan sosiolinguistik. Sosiolinguistik merupakan disiplin yang mengeksplorasi keterkaitan antara bahasa dan masyarakat, termasuk bagaimana aspek sosial mempengaruhi pemakaian dan variasi bahasa. Iklan televisi merupakan salah satu bentuk komunikasi massa dengan jangkauan luas, bersifat persuasif dan disusun untuk menarik perhatian kalangan publik. Karena itu, bahasa yang digunakan dalam iklan sering kali mencerminkan variasi menarik dan sesuai dengan konteks sosial masyarakat yang dituju. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan jenis-jenis variasi bahasa Indonesia dalam iklan televisi, mengidentifikasi penyebab sosiolinguistik yang berdampak pada variasi tersebut, serta menganalisis peran bahasa dalam mencapai tujuan persuasif iklan. Dengan menerapkan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui metode perekaman, pengamatan, dan pencatatan dari sejumlah iklan televisi yang ditayangkan di saluran televisi swasta nasional di Indonesia. Pemilihan data dilakukan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling agar memperoleh kasus-kasus yang informatif. Kata kunci: sosiolinguistik; iklan televisi; bahasa iklan televisi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence between the Influence of the Problem Based Learning Model Based on the Independent Curriculum on Increasing Motivation to Learn Christian Religious Education and Character Education of Class X Students of SMA Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive inferential data analysis. The population is all students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar who are Protestant Christians, totaling 372 people and a sample of 52 people is determined using the sample random sampling technique. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire of 44 items, namely 22 items for variable X and 22 items for variable Y. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the Problem Based Learning Model Based on the Independent Curriculum on Increasing Motivation to Learn Christian Religious Education and Character Education of Class X Students of SMA Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar in the 2023/2024 Academic Year, as evidenced by the following data analysis: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.612> rtable (a=0,05,n=52) = 0.297. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount value = 5.600> ttable (a=0,05,dk=n-2=50)= 2.000. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂="36.60" + 0.45X. b) Test of regression determination coefficient (r2) = 38.5%. 3) Hypothesis test using F test obtained Fcount > Ftable = =(a=0,05,dk numerator k=33,dk denominator t=n-2=52-2=50) which is 31.29 > 1.51. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
