Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara pola makan dan aktivitas fisik terhadap status gizi pada siswa kelas XI di SMAN 76 Jakarta Timur. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dan melibatkan 128 siswa sebagai responden. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner APAR-Q untuk menilai aktivitas fisik dan SQ-FFQ untuk pola makan, serta pengukuran Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) sebagai indikator status gizi. Hasil menunjukkan mayoritas siswa memiliki status gizi normal (75,8%), sedangkan 15,6% mengalami obesitas dan 8,6% memiliki gizi kurang. Analisis statistik menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara pola makan dan status gizi (p = 0,032), di mana siswa yang mengonsumsi lebih banyak karbohidrat dan lemak cenderung mengalami obesitas. Namun, tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara aktivitas fisik dan status gizi (p = 0,084). Selain itu, faktor jenis kelamin juga memengaruhi status gizi, dengan siswa perempuan lebih berisiko mengalami obesitas dibandingkan laki-laki. Rekomendasi penelitian ini mencakup perlunya peningkatan edukasi tentang pola makan sehat, penyediaan makanan bergizi di kantin, serta mendorong siswa untuk lebih aktif melalui program yang lebih menarik. Kata Kunci: Status gizi, pola makan, pola aktivitas This study aims to examine the relationship between dietary patterns and physical activity on the nutritional status of 11th-grade students at SMAN 76 East Jakarta. The research employed a cross-sectional approach, involving 128 students as respondents. Data were collected using the APAR-Q questionnaire to assess physical activity and the SQ-FFQ to evaluate dietary intake, along with Body Mass Index (BMI) measurements to determine nutritional status. The results showed that the majority of students had normal nutritional status (75.8%), while 15.6% were classified as obese, and 8.6% were undernourished. Statistical analysis revealed a significant relationship between dietary patterns and nutritional status (p = 0.032), with students consuming higher amounts of carbohydrates and fats being more likely to experience obesity. However, no significant relationship was found between physical activity and nutritional status (p = 0.084). Additionally, gender was found to influence nutritional status, with female students being more at risk of obesity compared to males. The study recommends improving education on healthy eating, providing more nutritious food options in school canteens, and encouraging students to be more physically active through engaging programs.
