Abstract

Salah satu capaian pembelajaran lulusan pogram studi Psikologi jenjang sarjana (S1) dalam Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI)  yang disusun oleh Kolokium Psikologi Indonesia (AP2TPI, 2019)  adalah mampu melakukan observasi, wawancara dan tes psikologi yang diperbolehkan sesuai dengan prinsip dasar psikodiagnostik dan Kode Etik Psikologi Indonesia. Untuk itu, para mahasiswa dan alumni program studi Psikologi perlu dibekali keterampilan untuk menjadi tester dalam pelaksanaan tes psikologi. Oleh karena itu, penyelenggara pendidikan Psikologi dituntut perlu lebih proaktif membekali para alumninya dengan keterampilan tersebut diluar mata kuliah formal yang sudah ditentukan, seperti dengan memberikan pelatihan soft skill terkait. Pelatihan ini dilakukan bekerja sama dengan salah satu konsultan psikologi di Palembang dan diberikan kepada 9 orang mahasiswa dan alumni psikologi. Pelatihan diberikan dalam kurang waktu kurang lebih dua bulan dan terdiri dari dua sesi, yaitu teori dan praktik langsung. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan ini berada pada kategori sangat baik dan baik.

Abstract

One of the factors of high traffic accidents is the growing rate of vehicles.  In Indonesia, traffic accidents that occur are dominated by two-wheeled vehicles, namely motorcycles and often involve young drivers. One of the causes of adolescent involvement in accidents is aggressive driving behavior which can be influenced by moral disengagement. This quantitative study aims to determine the role of moral disengagement on aggressive driving behavior in adolescent motorcyclists. The hypothesis of this research is that moral disengagement plays a role to aggressive driving behavior on adolescent motorcyclist. This research uses purposive sampling as a sampling technique. The respondents range from 14-19 year old motorcyclists in Palembang, amounting to about 150 respondents. The instrument used is the Aggressive Driving Behavior Scale (ADBS) by Houston et al. (2003) and the Moral Disengagement Scale by Bandura et al. (1996), both modified. Simple regression technique was used to analyze the research data and with the help of IBM SPSS 22. Based on the results of the regression analysis, the R square value between moral disengagement and aggressive driving behavior is 0.107, the F value is 17.682, and the significance value is 0.000 (p smaller than 0.005). This shows that moral disengagement has a significant role in aggressive driving behavior. Thus, the hypothesis proposed by this study can be accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara harga diri dan optimisme terhadap work family enrichment pada tenaga kesehatan wanita. Adapun hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan harga diri dan optimisme terhadap work family enrichment pada tenaga kesehatan wanita. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah tenaga kesehatan wanita di salah satu Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah di Kota X dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 90 orang. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala harga diri, skala optimisme dan skala work family enrichment. Skala tersebut diujicobakan terlebih dahulu pada 50 tenaga kesehatan wanita yang memiliki karakteristik yang sama dengan sampel penelitian.

Abstract

Psychoeducation on Emotion Regulation in Coping with Stress in Pregnant Women and Mothers with Toddlers. Psychoeducation on emotion regulation is a very important element in helping individuals cope with stress. Stress experienced by mothers, especially pregnant women and mothers with toddlers, can lead to a decline in the quality of interaction between mother and child. This study aims to conduct psychoeducation activities for the community regarding the importance of emotional regulation in coping with stress in pregnant women and mothers with toddlers, particularly in the Ogan Permata Indah Community Health Center (Puskesmas OPI) area in Palembang. The subjects in this study were pregnant women and mothers with toddlers in the Puskesmas OPI working area in Palembang. Before conducting the outreach activities, the researchers collected field data to determine the conditions and needs of the community in the working area of the OPI Community Health Center in Palembang. The data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and surveys. The analysis technique used to measure the success of these psychoeducation activities was a pre-test and post-test. The results of the study showed an increase in participants' knowledge of emotional regulation strategies in coping with stress, with an average pre-test score of 7.3 and a post-test score of 8.6. These findings indicate that psychoeducation activities are effective in increasing participants' understanding and awareness of emotional regulation, so it is hoped that the adaptive emotional regulation strategies learned can be applied in daily life.

Abstract

Premarital counseling is a guidance and consultation service provided to couples who are planning to get married. The main goal is to help couples to understand and prepare themselves for various aspects of marriage, so that they are better prepared to face challenges that may arise in married life. In this counseling, couples are invited to discuss important topics such as communication, finances, roles and responsibilities, values and expectations, how to manage conflict, and family planning. This activity is carried out using assessment, counseling, and case study methods. Based on the results of the counseling, it is known that overall, both MRR and VAI felt very satisfied (score 25 for both). Likewise with AY (score 24) and DF (score 23), they were also very satisfied with all aspects of their relationship, namely general satisfaction in the relationship; communication in the relationship; intimacy and emotional closeness; support and cooperation; conflict resolution; balance between personal life and relationships; and overall satisfaction with the current relationship. To strengthen the relationship, AY and DF have the same steps to improve communication and create a joint financial plan. While MRR and VAI have similar steps to improve communication and manage time for personal activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara spiritualitas dan kesejahteraan psikologis pada ibu yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan antara spiritualitas dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 100 ibu yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua buah skala psikologi sebagai alat ukur, yakni skala kesejahteraan psikologis yang mengacu pada dimensi Ryff (1989) dan skala spiritualitas milik Underwood dan Teresi (2002). Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi pearson’s product moment. Hasil korelasi pearson’s product moment menunjukkan nilai r= 0,213 dengan nilai p=0,033 (p<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara spiritualitas dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan diterima.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the role of religious coping on fear of failure among students working on their thesis. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a role of religious coping on fear of failure. The population in this study were students from Islamic-based universities who were working on their thesis. The number of samples in this study consisted of 200 students with 50 students for try out. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The fear of failure variable is measured using the proposed by Conroy (2001). To measure religious coping variables, a religious coping scale was used which was compiledfear of failure scale compiled by the researcher referring to the dimensions by researchers referring to the dimensions put forward by Strelhow, Sarriera, and Bedin (2017). Data analysis was used using a simple linear regression technique. The results of the simple regression analysis between religious coping and fear of failure showed that the R square value is 0,031, the F value is 6,230, and the significance value is 0,013 (p>0.05). This shows that religious coping has a significant role in fear of failure. Thus, the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted.
