Abstract

Max Weber's theory-based leadership emphasises the importance of authority, especially charismatic authority, in influencing and motivating others. Charisma, as a key characteristic, plays a central role in helping educational leaders to achieve their vision and overcome various obstacles. Through a deeper understanding of these concepts, educational leaders can be more effective in creating an inclusive and social justice-orientated educational environment. The purpose of this study is to explain the understanding of charisma and leadership in the context of education management: A Review Based on Max Weber's Theory. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. The sources of information in this study are reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, scientific essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to Understanding Charisma and Leadership in the Context of Education Management: A Review Based on Max Weber's Theory. The results of this study show that educational leaders have a key role in shaping a more inclusive and socially just future for education. With characteristics of charisma, strong leadership and commitment to social justice values, educational leaders can help create equitable learning environments, provide every student with equal opportunities to grow and develop, and drive positive change in the education system. With charismatic and committed leaders, education has the potential to be a powerful tool in creating a more inclusive and socially just society.

Abstract

Understanding mechanical and organic solidarity theories, education management can utilise these insights to design an effective, inclusive and relevant education system in the face of continuous social and technological change. The purpose of this research is to explain the Dynamics of Mechanical Solidarity and Organic Solidarity in Education Management: A Durkheimian Perspective. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. The sources of information in this study were reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to the Dynamics of Mechanical Solidarity and Organic Solidarity in Education Management: A Durkheimian Perspective. The results of this study show that education management should be able to create the right balance between these two types of solidarity. This means understanding the importance of maintaining valuable social norms while accommodating individual diversity. In a modern society, education management should allow students to grow according to their potential, enable student participation in decision-making, encourage collaboration between stakeholders, and respond with flexibility to social change.

Abstract

Studi berikut tujuannya guna menganalisa strategi pemasaran yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing UMKM melalui studi kasus di Ayam Geprek San-San di Universitas Bandar Lampung. Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang kian ketat di antara para pelaku bisnis, UMKM dihadapkan pada tantangan untuk berinovasi dan beradaptasi guna mempertahankan keberlangsungan usaha. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan ialah deskriptif kualitatif melalui pendekatan wawancara, observasi, serta pengumpulan dokumen. Perolehan analisis membuktikkan bahwasannya Ayam Geprek San-San memiliki keunggulan dalam kualitas produk dan lokasi yang strategis, namun menghadapi kelemahan dalam efektivitas promosi. Melalui analisis SWOT, penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi pemasaran yang fokus dalam menaikkan kualitas pelayanan serta promosi yang begitu agresif untuk menarik pelanggan dan memperluas pangsa pasar. Dengan implementasi strategi pemasaran yang tepat, diharapkan Ayam Geprek San-San dapat meningkatkan daya saingnya di pasar UMKM.

Abstract

Competency management of PAI teachers is not only related to theoretical understanding of religion, but also their ability to deliver subject matter in an interesting way, motivate students to apply religious values in their lives, and create a learning environment that supports students' moral development in shaping students' morals. The purpose of this study is to explain the Competency Management of PAI Teachers in the Formation of Moral Character of Students of SMPN 2 Sintoga Padang Pariaman. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The case study approach is a powerful tool for exploring a particular situation or event carefully, deeply, and in detail. This approach allows researchers to gain a better understanding of the complexity and dynamics of a phenomenon or problem in a real context. The results of this study show that the role of PAI teachers, the initiatives and teaching methods used, as well as the positive impacts, we can appreciate the school's efforts in shaping better student characters. However, challenges and measures of success must also be considered so that PAI teachers' competency management can continue to improve and contribute to students' educational and moral development in the future. PAI teachers' competency management plays a key role in shaping students' good character. With a strong commitment, schools can continuously improve this process and make a significant positive contribution to students' religious education and moral development in the future. Abstrak Manajemen kompetensi guru PAI tidak hanya berkaitan dengan pemahaman teoritis agama, tetapi juga kemampuan mereka dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran dengan cara yang menarik, memotivasi siswa untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupan mereka, dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung perkembangan moral siswa dalam membentuk akhlakul karimah siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang Manajemen Kompetensi Guru PAI dalam Pembentukan Akhlakul Karimah Siswa SMPN 2 Sintoga Padang Pariaman. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pendekatan studi kasus adalah alat yang kuat untuk menjelajahi situasi atau peristiwa tertentu dengan cermat, mendalam, dan rinci. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kompleksitas dan dinamika suatu fenomena atau masalah dalam konteks nyata. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peran guru PAI, inisiatif dan metode pengajaran yang digunakan, serta dampak positifnya dalam pembentukan akhlak siswa. Dengan komitmen yang kuat, sekolah dapat terus meningkatkan proses ini dan memberikan kontribusi positif yang signifikan pada pendidikan agama dan pembentukan akhlakul karimah siswa di masa depan.

Abstract

This research examines the role of bureaucracy and power structure in modern educational organizations using the Max Weber's theoretical approach. The primary objective of this study is to understand how Weber's concepts related to bureaucracy and power can be applied in the context of contemporary educational institutions. The research methodology employed in this study is a literature review, involving a comprehensive examination of literature from various sources, including books, scholarly journals, and conference papers, relevant to Max Weber's theory, bureaucracy, and power structure in modern educational organizations. The collected data were qualitatively analyzed to support the research findings. The research findings indicate that Weber's bureaucratic principles, such as division of labor, hierarchy, and rational rules, still hold relevance in modern educational organizations. However, their impact may differ in an educational context, where aspects such as flexibility, innovation, and participation also hold significance. Furthermore, the power structure in modern educational organizations can be understood through Weber's concepts of authority and control. This study provides in-depth insights into how Weber's theory can help us comprehend the dynamics of bureaucracy and power in educational institutions, which, in turn, can support improvements and developments in modern education systems.

Abstract

In the context of modern education management, Auguste Comte's theory offers a valuable contribution in shaping thought and practice. The relevance of Comte's theory is not limited to one aspect of education management, but involves various dimensions such as scientific understanding, adaptation to social change, character and moral building, and the role of education in the evolution of society. The purpose of this study is to explain the Relevance of Auguste Comte's Theory in the Development of Modern Education Management. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. Sources of information in this study were reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, scientific essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to the Relevance of Auguste Comte's Theory in the Development of Modern Education Management. The results of this study show that Comte's thought, especially the concept of positivism, the role of science in education, social evolution, morals, and the role of education in the development of society, has a significant impact on educational thinking and practice. The application of Comte's principles in education management allows us to design education that is based on evidence, science and scientific approaches. In addition, an understanding of social evolution helps us adapt to changes in society, while a focus on the formation of character, morals and social values supports the development of responsible individuals in society.

Abstract

The concepts of solidarity and social integration play an important role in creating an effective learning environment. They form the basis of learning, character building and preparing students to play an active role in an increasingly complex society. The purpose of this research is to explain about Solidarity and Social Integration in the Context of Education Management: An Analysis Based on Émile Durkheim's Theory. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. The sources of information in this study were reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, scientific essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to Solidarity and Social Integration in the Context of Education Management: An Analysis Based on Émile Durkheim's Theory. The results of this study suggest that an understanding of solidarity and social integration in the context of Durkheimian theory is important. These concepts help guide approaches and practices that promote a balance between uniformity and diversity, respect for shared social norms, and understanding of the unique role of individuals in achieving common goals. Education, as a key tool in shaping society, plays an important role in facilitating social integration and creating solidarity. In education management, curriculum development, student participation, collaboration between stakeholders, inclusive approaches, and an understanding of the role of education in social integration are key in achieving this goal.

Abstract

Education management plays an important role in making decisions about curriculum content and how education is planned and delivered. Inequality in access to education and curricular issues are two aspects of concern in Marx-inspired analyses of social inequality in education. The purpose of this research is to explain about the Assessment of Karl Marx's Perspective in Education Management: An Analysis of Social Inequality in the Education System. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. The sources of information in this research are reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, scientific essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to the Study of Karl Marx's Perspective in Education Management: An Analysis of Social Inequality in the Education System. The results of this study suggest that addressing social inequalities in the education system, education management should prioritise fairer access for all students, regardless of their social and economic background. This could include providing financial aid, scholarships and support programmes for underprivileged students. In addition, education management needs to focus on improving the quality of education across the region. Improved school facilities, better teacher training and more relevant curriculum development are important steps in creating higher quality education. In this way, all students have the same opportunity to get a quality education.

Abstract

Creating a social justice-orientated education system through resource redistribution will open the door for every individual to get a quality education and develop their full potential. This will help reduce social inequality in education, which in turn can have a positive impact on society and the economy as a whole. The purpose of this research is to explain about Karl Marx's Theory and Redistribution of Educational Resources: Reviewing Social Justice-Oriented Education Management. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. Sources of information in this study were reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, scientific essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to Karl Marx Theory and Redistribution of Educational Resources: Reviewing Social Justice-Oriented Education Management. The results of this study show that applying Marx's theory in education management involves a number of concrete steps, including equitable resource allocation, free or affordable education, inclusion, critical education, the role of government, community participation, and quality evaluation. These are measures that aim to transform the education system into a powerful tool for reducing social inequality and ensuring that every individual has an equal opportunity to develop fully. Working towards social justice in education requires the co-operation of various parties, including governments, educational institutions, communities and individuals. Only with concerted efforts can we create an education system that empowers all individuals, without exception, to reach their full potential and build a more just and socially equitable society.
