Abstract

As a country with the largest Muslim population, Indonesia must be able to compete with the halal industry. Food products are one of the important aspects in the halal industry. One of the food providers that is mushrooming a lot today is fast food restaurants. In this regard, fast food restaurants must be able to guarantee that the products provided are guaranteed to be hallowed. One of the fast-food restaurants located in Yogyakarta is XYZ restaurant. This study aims to determine the performance of halal supply chain performance in restaurants to help restaurants in improving performance so that they can compete in the halal industry. The methods used in this study are Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) 12.0, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and Traffic Light System. It was found that there were 44 metrics with 4 of them based on Islamic values. There are 2 metrics with marginal categories and 9 metrics with unsatisfactory categories. Overall, it was found that the restaurant's performance value was 67.65% with a marginal or average category.

Abstract

Purpose – The study aims to develop a risk mitigation approach based on the operational aspects of services and restaurants in sharia hotels.Methodology – A series of semi structured interviews was conducted with various relevant participants consisting of lecturers and Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) employees. The interviews aimed to elicit information pertaining to the identification of risks and risk handling priorities in halal certification sharia hotels.Findings – In general, risk identification and risk handling were proposed to provide recommendation to sharia hotels in mitigating risks to obtain halal certificate. The findings indicate that numerous risk factors made it difficult for hotels to obtain halal certification. Therefore, the hotel needs to know potential hazards in their operational activities of the given services so that appropriate risk mitigation can be implemented.Implications – This study's findings can be applied to improve research in the field of sharia hotels, specifically certification and implementation criteria. With the exact terms and circumstances of each criterion, it will be easier for the hotel to prepare to become a sharia hotel that adheres to Islamic sharia principles, particularly in growing halal tourism in various regions of Indonesia.Originality – This research contributes significantly to the area of halal tourism. In addition, this paper investigates risk analysis based on Indonesian regulations that are hardly ever discussed. Therefore, the findings of this study can assist hotel management, sharia tourism practitioners, and policymakers with relatively new information.

Abstract

AbstrakDistribusi berkelanjutan berfokus pada tahap distribusi rantai makanan (dari gerbang produsen hingga konsumen) dimana kegiatan ini melibatkan resiko yang berkelanjutan. Dalam minimalisasi kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh peningkatan ketahanan terhadap bahaya untuk mendorong efisiensi ekonomi, kesejahteraan dan kesetaraan sosial, serta perbaikan lingkungan dalam jangka panjang. Dengan aktivitas distribusi yang begitu kompleks maka rentan adanya risiko terhadap proses distribusi pada pertanian organic. Untuk menangani risiko distribusi berkelanjutan pada Pertanian orgainik dengan mengidentifikasi risiko dan menentukan prioritas sumber risiko yang dapat ditimbulkan beserta prioritas strategi penanganannya pada proses distribusi dengan melihat kinerja dari KPI dan model House of risk (HOR). Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat 15 KPI, dengan 22 risk event dan 35 risk agent yang teridentifikasi. Hasil dari HOR fase 1 diketahui 13 risk agen dominan dan pada peta resiko Terdapat 5 kategori merah, 7 kategori kuning dan 1 kategori hijau. Kemudian pada HOR fase 2 dilakukan prioritas strategi penanganan. Terdapat 19 prioritas strategi penanganan pada proses distribusi yang dapat dilakukan dan pada peta resiko untuk semua risk agent berada pada kategori hujau.

Abstract

Kinerja supply chain di PT. ABC masih perlu dilakukan pengembangan sebab seringkali disrupsi logistik yang dipengaruhi oleh pemasok masih terjadi sehingga isu ketahanan rantai pasok dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan menjadi perhatian yang perlu dicari solusinya. Analisa manajemen rantai pasok terutama pada aspek ketahanan (resilience) penting bagi PT. ABC yang terus berupaya untuk mengembangkan kinerja dan produktivitas perusahaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui sejauh mana ketahanan rantai pasokan di PT. ABC dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan serta menghasilkan strategi yang harus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan rantai pasokan di PT. ABC. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Model SCOR-DS (Digital Standard) dalam scope resilience dan reliability sebagai performance attribute-nya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan ketahanan rantai pasokan di PT. ABC masih belum stabil dengan persentase capaian leadtime supply oleh supplier hanya memperoleh nilai 67,29%, sedangkan target capaiannya adalah 90% yang berarti supplier belum mampu mensuplai dalam waktu maksimal 7 hari. Project improvement yang harus dilakukan meliputi procurement terms & conditions review, freight carrier delivery performance evaluation, dan regular reconciliation meetings sebagai prioritas pertama, lalu consignment inventory sebagai prioritas kedua.

Abstract

Halal food has increasing demand in recent years. Many countries are promoting its tourism and culinary by providing halal status. In order to implement Halal system which is used to obtain Halal status, the culinary or restaurant company should accomplish several requirements that covers from many stakeholders in their supply chain management such as supplier, logistics, and production process. Hence, there are some risks obtained in conducting Halal supply chain system. The risks found at this research are from its business process which is procurement, raw material delivery, inventory, production, and consumer. From those processes, the risks discovered are listed and assigned with their severity and probability, ended up in Risk Priority Index. The risks then ranked and mapped in the risk map in order to know which risks that has high impacts. Some responses are proposed to overcome the critical risks, such as sanitary checking before delivered to the customer, make some chambers, and make SOP related to hygiene of the kitchen.

Abstract

Supply chain performance is a crucial factor for the handicraft industry in coping with the increasing and complex competition. This study aims to determine the enhancement strategy for the supply chain performance in the handicraft industry of ISR Bone SMEs in the Reliability sector by using the SCOR Racetrack version 12.0 method. This method can assess the gap between actual and target performance on level 1 and level 3 metrics. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant gap in the RL.1.1 Perfect Order Fulfillment metric of 78.63% and in the level 3 metrics: RL.3.32, RL.3.24, and RL.3.55. The proposed enhancement strategies include socialization, promotion, cooperation, fast drying equipment, training on weaving and packaging processes, as well as the use of technology, and scheduling of returned products. This study is expected to contribute to the development of the handicraft industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

Jasa titip barang (JASTIP) menjadi satu layanan yang sangat dibutuhkan dan dapat menjadi solusi bagi mereka yang menyukai kemudahan dan kepraktisan dalam hal mengirimkan suatu barang terlebih jika itu menyangkut keterjangkauan wilayah sehingga menjadi sangat penting bagi masyarakat seiring dengan mahalnya biaya pengiriman melalui jasa pengiriman konfesional. Proses pelayanan jastip yang langsung bersentuhan dengan pelanggan sehingga perlu adanya keseimbangan dalam hal keinginan dan harapan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan jastip.Metode Servqual sangat cocok untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan, tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat harapan pelanggan dengan menggunakan 5 dimensi pelayanan yaitu, bukti fisik, kehandalan, responsive, asuranci dan empati. Hasil dari penelitian ini dimana yang menjadi fokus untuk dilakuakan perbaikan yakni di kuadran A yaitu meliputi atribut yang dianggap sangat penting oleh pengguna namun pada kenyataan atribut ini belum sesuai kenyataan terdiri dari atribut ke 3,12,15,16,17,19,20,21 dan 22 dan kuadaran C yaitu merupakan wilayah yang memuat atribut yang dianggap Cukup penting oleh pengguna dan pada kondisi sesungguhnya kinerjanya tidak cukup baik terdiri dari atribut ke 10 dan 24.

Abstract

In manufacturing companies, vendors supply raw materials for production. There are two vendor selection methods: the merit system and the lowest-cost method. Criteria and their weights are crucial in determining the winning vendor. One approach that can be taken is the AHP method, which is used for decision-making. This research contributes to vendor selection through AHP training and support. Determining vendor criteria is crucial for information technology project success, so AHP training is considered beneficial and has a positive impact on the company.

Abstract

Increasing logistics efficiency is one aspect that contributes to improving company performance through reducing costs, on-time delivery, and improving customer service. One effort to increase logistics efficiency is to increase the understanding of logistics actors themselves through training activities. Therefore, training activities are carried out from academics to logistics practitioners at companies operating in the logistics and supply chain sector. This training was carried out to increase knowledge and understanding of managing logistics. The training was conducted online and attended by various agency participants. The training material discusses efficiency strategies in logistics management and standardization of logistics performance. Various strategies in planning distribution and transportation, selecting transportation modes, selecting delivery routes, and the rules in Incoterm 2020 are discussed accompanied by examples and best practices. Based on the assessment of 14 participants, the pre-test results show that 50% of participants still got a score below 60 and the post-test score shows that the participants' knowledge has experienced a significant increase with more than 70% of participants getting a score above 80. This reflects an increase in understanding. from participants and demonstrate the effectiveness of the training. Collaboration between the world of practitioners and the world of academia needs to be improved, in the form of training programs for academics so that they can work together to contribute to the development of knowledge and increase professionalism in work to support progress and efficiency in various industrial sectors, especially in the fields of logistics and supply chain.

Abstract

Risk is the uncertainty of events that can hurt organizational goals. The risks that exist in the company need to be managed or controlled to reduce risk pressure on the goals the company wants to achieve. ERM is an integrated or holistic strategic risk management that manage risk more comprehensively. Meanwhile, the Balanced scorecard is a tool used to help companies measure performance based on financial and nonfinancial perspectives. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which companies can apply ERM based on the balanced scorecard perspective and how the integration of ERM and balanced scorecard can help managerial decisions. This research conducted at a consulting service company using semi-quantitative methods. The results showed 36 events identification. Risk management is carried out based on the level and amount of risk that has been evaluated and made in a risk priority map. Handling risk three strategies, apply namely accept, share and reduce under capabilities, and resources the company has in managing risk. Implementation of ERM and Balanced Scorecard companies can reduce existing risks, and assist stakeholders in making decisions related to risk management
