Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang studi mutu dan relevansi pembelajaran pada hasil rapor pendidikan di UPT SD Negeri 179 Inpres Balang Kabupaten Takalar, dengan fokus pada faktor penyebab rendahnya mutu dan relevansi pembelajaran beserta tindak lanjutnya. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh dari kepala sekolah dan guru melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data, reduksi data, paparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan akhir. Keabsahan data diperiksa menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Manajemen kelas: Pemetaan tempat duduk berdasarkan kemampuan membaca memperlambat pembelajaran karena fokus guru tertuju pada siswa berkemampuan rendah. Tindak lanjut: Mengombinasikan siswa secara acak, serta menggunakan tugas berbasis proyek. 2). Pemahaman sikap terhadap hukuman fisik: Perkelahian antarsiswa dan pelanggaran aturan sering dihukum secara fisik, seperti berdiri lama atau dipukul. Tindak lanjut: Penerapan pendekatan restoratif untuk mendorong siswa memahami dampak tindakan mereka dan memperbaiki kesalahan. 3). Iklim kesetaraan gender: Siswa laki-laki enggan mengikuti ekstrakurikuler seni karena takut stigma dan tidak mau terlibat dalam menjaga kebersihan kelas. Tindak lanjut: Guru mempromosikan kesetaraan gender melalui diskusi dan kegiatan kolaboratif, serta menerapkan program DOSATA untuk memotivasi pengelolaan sampah. 4). Toleransi dan kesetaraan peserta didik: Bullying terhadap siswa yang dianggap berbeda masih terjadi meski sudah ditegur dengan alasan bercanda. Tindak lanjut: Guru mengajarkan penghargaan terhadap keragaman melalui pendekatan budaya, seperti papan nama kelas berbahasa Makassar. 5). Layanan satuan pendidikan untuk peserta didik cerdas dan bakat istimewa: Siswa sering tertinggal materi karena mentoring dilakukan saat jam reguler. Tindak lanjut: Guru mengadakan kelas remedial dan memberikan tugas tambahan untuk mengejar ketertinggalan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui impelementasi rencana kerja tahunan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan serta apa yang menjadi faktor pendukung dan penghambat Implementasi Rencana Kerja Tahunan (RKT) Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di SDN 229 Inpres Cambaya Kabupaten Maros. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, maka dari itu agar dapat mencapai suatu tujuan penelitian digunakan metode pengumpulan data yakni wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan orang tua siswa di SDN 229 Inpres Cambaya Kabupaten Maros. Analisis data dari penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rencana kerja tahunan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SDN 229 Inpes Cambaya Kabupaten Maros dilihat dari beberapa indikator yaitu kesiswaan, kurikulum dan kegiatan pembelajaran, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, sarana dan prasarana, keuangan dan pembiayaan, budaya dan lingkungan sekolah, peran serta masyarakat dan kemitraan, dan rencana- rencana lain yang mengarah kepada peningkatan dan pengembangan mutu. Indikator yang paling berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan yaitu kesiswaan. Dimana kesiswaan pada kegiatan non akademik dilihat dari siswa yang ikut serta dalam perlombaan mereka mampu mendapatkan beberapa prestasi. Selain dari kesiswaan, indikator yang berkontribusi juga yaitu budaya dan lingkungan sekolah dimana dilakukannya pembiasaan-pembiasan dimana pembiasaan ini mampu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SDN 229 Inpres Cambaya Kabupaten Maros juga dipengaruhi oleh peran serta masyarakat dan kemitraan termasuk pada partisipasi orang tua peserta didik. Adapun faktor pendukung adalah kerja sama yang baik dan adapun faktor penghambat yaitu dana yang masih sangat minim.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Pelaksanaan Program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah di SD Inpres Cilallang Kota Makassar serta faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data dari Kepala Sekolah, tenaga pustakawan, dan guru disekolah tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, kemudian di analisis mengunakan teknik pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan akhir. Keabsahan data diperiksa menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pelaksanaan Program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah di SD Inpres Cilallang Kota Makassar dilaksanakan berdasarkan tahap pembiasaan, tahap pengembangan, tahap pembelajaran. Pada tahap pembiasaan melakukan kegiatan membaca 15-20 menit sebelum pembelajaran dimulai, menyediakan perpustakaan, menyediakan pojok baca dikelas dan halte literasi diluar kelas. Pada tahap pengembangan meningkatkan kemampuan literasi melalui kegiatan-kegiatan literasi yang beragam dan menarik, pengelompokan siswa berdasarkan kemampuan literasi. Pada tahap pembelajaran mengintegrasikan pembelajaran literasi kedalam kurikulum sekolah, Memberikan pelatihan kepada guru dan staf perpustakaan berbasis literasi, serta melibatkan melibatkan orang tua dalam mendukung kegiatan literasi di rumah dan di sekolah. Faktor Pendukung dalam pelaksanaan program gerakan literasi sekolah di SD Inpres Cilallang Kota Makassar yaitu sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, lingkungan yang kondusif, dan program dan kegiatan literasi yang beragam. Faktor Penghambat dalam pelaksanaan program gerakan literasi di SD Inpres Cilallang Kota Makassar yaitu rendahnya minat baca sebagian siswa, minimnya variasi dan ketersediaan bahan bacaan yang menarik serta sarana pendukung yang kurang maksimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strengthening of higher education governance in realizing transparent and accountable academic services. In the context of the globalization of higher education and increasing public accountability demands, universities are required not only to excel academically but also to provide services that are open, responsive, and accountable. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies involving university leaders, academic administrators, lecturers, and students. Data analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the principle of transparency has been implemented through digital-based academic information systems; however, consistency in updating information still needs improvement. Accountability has been supported by standard operating procedures and service evaluations, although performance measurement based on indicators has not been fully integrated. Stakeholder participation has been facilitated through evaluation forums, but involvement in strategic decision-making remains limited. Overall, the dimensions of transparency, accountability, participation, effectiveness, and responsibility are interrelated in shaping the quality of academic services. This study emphasizes that strengthening governance must be systemically internalized within organizational culture and institutional operational systems to enhance trust and stakeholder satisfaction.

Abstract

This study examines the Implementation of Graduate Competency Standards at the UPT-SPF SD Inpres Mangga Tiga Makassar. This study aims to determine the Implementation of Graduate Competencies at the UPT SPF SD Inpres Mangga Tiga Makassar. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The data sources in this study are the Principal and Teachers. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that: 1). Students demonstrate positive attitudes, discipline, responsibility, and respect for moral values through compliance with regulations, group work, and participation in social and religious activities. 2). Students gain knowledge through the use of technology, developing creativity through art, and introducing local culture that supports dynamic learning, social skills, and cultural awareness. 3). Students develop creativity, analytical skills, and social skills developed through art, technology, problem-based learning, and structured group work with teacher evaluation. 4). The improvement of graduate competency standards is supported by adequate infrastructure, parental support, relevant curriculum, improving teacher quality, and the active role of the management team through educational quality assurance and collaboration with related parties. 5). Barriers to improving graduate competency standards include limited teacher competency, student motivation, and financial challenges. The management team addresses these challenges through teacher training, discussions, extracurricular activities, and increased communication with parents and student support.   Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Pelaksanaan Standar Kompetensi Lulusan di UPT-SPF SD Inpres Mangga Tiga Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan Kompetensi Lulusan di UPT SPF SD Inpres Mangga Tiga Makassar. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini Kepala Sekolah dan Guru. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1). Peserta didik menunjukkan sikap positif, disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan menghargai nilai moral melalui kepatuhan tata tertib, kerja kelompok, serta partisipasi dalam kegiatan sosial dan keagamaan. 2). Peserta didik memperoleh pengetahuan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi, pengembangan kreativitas melalui seni, serta pengenalan budaya lokal yang mendukung pembelajaran dinamis, keterampilan sosial, dan kesadaran budaya. 3). Peserta didik mengembangkan kreativitas, keterampilan analitis, dan sosial yang dikembangkan melalui seni, teknologi, pembelajaran berbasis masalah, serta kerja kelompok terstruktur dengan evaluasi guru. 4). Peningkatan standar kompetensi lulusan didukung oleh sarana prasarana memadai, dukungan orang tua, kurikulum relevan, peningkatan kualitas guru, serta peran aktif tim pengelola melalui penjaminan mutu pendidikan dan kolaborasi dengan pihak terkait. 5). Hambatan peningkatan standar kompetensi lulusan meliputi keterbatasan kompetensi guru, motivasi siswa, dan tantangan biaya. Tim pengelola mengatasinya melalui pelatihan guru, diskusi, ekstrakurikuler, serta peningkatan komunikasi dengan orang tua dan dukungan bagi siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the physical and motor development abilities of children in the control and experimental groups before and after treatment in the study on the influence of sports games. This study uses a quasi-experimental method. The research design is a Nonequivalent Control Group Design with two groups: the experimental group receiving treatment and the control group not receiving treatment. The data collection technique uses observation, testing, and documentation. The data analysis used a t-test. The results showed that the physical and motor development abilities of the group B children in the control group before treatment were generally moderate to high. In the experimental group B, the initial ability before treatment was similar to that of the control group, with basic gross motor potential (82%+) but limited agility. After being given the sports game treatment, there was a marked improvement to a high level (87%+), especially in muscle strength, balance, and hand-eye coordination, proving the effectiveness of the intervention., there was a significant difference in the physical and motor development of the children of group B between the experimental group that participated in the sports game and the control group that did not, where the experimental group showed superior progress on all motor indicators—confirming the positive influence of sports games on early childhood development. Early childhood teachers are advised to integrate simple sports games such as jumping rope, throwing balls, or obstacle courses at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes for gross and fine motor optimization. Schools need to provide safe facilities such as mini courts and playgrounds with early age standards, as well as train teachers through workshops for fun game variations.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the description of children's language skills after being given the storytelling method with picture storybook media, the description of the storytelling method with picture storybook media in the learning process, and the effect of the application of storytelling methods with picture storybook media on the language development of PAUD children. The type of research used in this study is the quantitative type. The design of this study is a quantitative research with an associative objective that explains the relationship (influence) of the variables of the storytelling method with picture story book media (X) on the language development of early childhood at the age of 5-6 years (Y). The data collection techniques used were observations, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis, research instrument test, validity test and reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and determinant coefficient. The results of the study showed that based on the t-test, the significant value of 0.000 < out of 0.05 means that the storytelling method with picture storybook media has a significant and positive effect on the development of early childhood language at the age of 5-6 years. This means that the better the application of the storytelling method using picture storybooks, the more the child's language development will increase, both in the ability to listen, speak, enrich vocabulary, and understand the content of stories in learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the description of the application, children's receptive language skills before and after the application of educational game media, as well as the influence of educational game media on children aged 5-6 years, the description of children's receptive language skills before and after the application of digital educational game media in children aged 5-6 years. The type of research used is quantitative research, with an Ex Post Facto approach. The data collection technique uses performance tests, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses a data normality test. The results of the study show that first, the application of educational game media in children aged 5-6 years shows that children's ability to carry out lessons with the use of educational game media is in the category of high tendencies, with most children who have scores being around the average score. This condition shows the existence of a representative nature between children aged 5-6 years which is used as a research sample., second, children's receptive language skills before using educational game media can be relatively low because there is no special media that significantly helps the development of receptive language skills of children aged 5-6 years. After using educational game media in learning, the receptive language ability of children aged 5-6 years experienced significant changes based on the results of the study stating that the positive influence given from educational game media showed that learning with educational game media had a significant effect on the receptive language ability of children aged 5-6 years. A positive regression coefficient of 1.920 indicates that any increase in the application of learning through educational game media is followed by an improvement in children's receptive language skills.

Abstract

The growing demand for transparency, accountability, and measurable performance has transformed higher education institutions into complex public organizations required to deliver reliable and stakeholder-oriented services. Within this governance-driven environment, institutional governance plays a fundamental role in shaping service excellence and institutional legitimacy. Drawing on a public administration perspective, this study examines how governance dimensions influence academic service performance in higher education. This research employs a qualitative descriptive-analytical design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, document analysis, and institutional observations involving university leaders, academic administrators, faculty members, and students. The analysis focuses on governance dimensions—transparency, accountability, participation, effectiveness, and responsibility—and their integration into institutional systems such as performance management, quality assurance, and digital infrastructure. The findings reveal that governance frameworks are formally established through regulations and digital systems; however, their operational integration remains uneven. Transparency improves service reliability when supported by consistent information management, while accountability mechanisms tend to emphasize procedural compliance rather than performance-based evaluation. Stakeholder participation is institutionalized but largely consultative. The study concludes that service excellence in higher education is a governance-driven outcome that requires systemic alignment between governance principles, institutional capacity, and performance management processes. Strengthened governance integration enhances service reliability and institutional legitimacy.
