Hypertension or high blood pressure is a disorder of the blood vessels that results in the supply of oxygen and nutrients carried by the blood being obstructed to the body's tissues. Hypertension is often referred to as the Silent Killer, because it is a dark killer disease without being accompanied by symptoms first. Soursop leaf (Annona Muricata Linn) is a traditional medicine used as a therapy for hypertension, the content of soursop leaves which is thought to reduce blood pressure is potassium ions. High potassium levels can increase sodium excretion, as a result it can reduce blood volume & blood pressure. Menopause in women is associated with the depletion of ovarian follicles accompanied by physical and psychological changes. One of the comorbidities often experienced by menopausal women is hypertension. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of soursop leaf decoction on lowering blood pressure in menopausal women with hypertension. This type of research is a quasi experiment (quasi experimen). This study uses a one group pretest-postest design, which is a treatment design using only the experimental group without a comparison or control group. Based on the results of the study seen from 15 respondents obtained with the Wilcoxon test results, it can be seen that the resulting p-value is 0.000. This means that p < (a = 0.05), this shows that there are changes in blood pressure in wa.

The increase in adolescent reproduction-related cases is currently a serious concern, and one contributing factor is adolescents' lack of understanding of various aspects of reproduction related to themselves. This phenomenon has resulted in an increase in adolescent problems, such as pregnancies out of wedlock, incidents of rape during dating, and an increase in sexually transmitted diseases. This can be attributed to a lack of awareness and understanding of proper sexual behavior among adolescents. This study aims to identify the relationship between learning motivation and sources of information about reproductive health with adolescent sexual behavior at Smk Al-Washliyah 9 Perbaungan This type of research uses quantitative methods with a cross sectional approach. A sample of 36 respondents was taken using purposive sampling techniques. Based on the results of the data obtained, it was concluded that learning motivation and sources of information about reproductive health are related to adolescent sexual behavior. This can be seen from the P-value of 0.033 which means smaller than ? (0.05). So it was concluded that there is a relationship between learning motivation and Chi-Square test results show a P-value of 0.018, which is smaller than the significance level of ? (0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between sources of information about reproductive health and adolescent sexual behavior at SMK Al-Washliyah 9 Perbaungan.

Childbirth is a natural process that every pregnant woman will experience. Labor is defined as the stretching and dilation of the cervix due to contraction of the uterine muscles to promote the expulsion of conception. The labor experienced was a painful, most maternity mothers began to feel the peak of pain in the first stage of the active phase, namely in the maximal dilatation phase and deceleration phase. , and strong so that the sensation of pain felt increased by HIS and the opening of labor affected the pain felt by the mother. The more intense the HIS and the bigger the opening, the stronger the pain, so it requires birthball exercises as a decrease in labor pain scale during pregnancy, Counterpressure is a massage by placing the heel of the hand or the flat part of the hand, massaged 20 minutes every hour during labor will be more free from pain, can manage fear, create a feeling of comfort, relax and respond positively, Birth ball is a physical therapy ball that helps mothers in the first stage of labor to kneel and lean on the birthball can reduce pain so that mothers are more comfortable . Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by increased blood glucose levels as a result of decreased insulin secretion, insulin action or both. This can cause long-term damage such as vascular complications and circulatory disorders. Metabolic disorders are often associated with changes in lifestyle and diet. Diabetes mellitus can arise due to defects in the effect of insulin in tissues, and most of this occurs in patients who are overweight. The shift from a traditional lifestyle to a modern lifestyle will increase the risk of developing diabetes mellitus. Lifestyle in this community service includes diet, smoking habits, consuming alcohol, and physical activity. Lifestyle in patients with diabetes mellitus can help manage and control glucose in the blood. The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling about lifestyle on changes in glucose values ??in the blood of diabetes mellitus patients. This community service uses a method with activities starting from the stage of providing material on the concept of diabetes mellitus, lifestyle, management, checking blood glucose values ??and evaluating the results of implementation in diabetes mellitus patients. Hypertension, which is usually known as high blood pressure, is a disorder in the blood vessels, which inhibits the supply of both oxygen and nutrients to the body. Hypertension is a dark killer or commonly called Silent killer, called a dark killer because this disease can kill victims who suffer from it without being accompanied by symptoms first. Some alternative traditional medicine therapies to reduce hypertension are soursop leaves (Annona Muricata Linn), because they contain potassium ions, because high potassium levels can increase sodium excretion, which can consequently reduce voulume and blood pressure. Hypertension is also common in menopausal women, because it is related to the depletion of ovarian follicles and also physical and psychological changes in menopausal women. This community service aims to educate elderly class mothers to use soursop leaves for non-pharmacological treatment to reduce blood pressure when given a decoction of soursop leaves to mothers, this service uses an accidental sampling prepost design approach, namely a treatment design using an experimental group only without a comparison or control group. Based on the results of the study seen from 30 respondents who were given soursop leaf decoction education for 1 week, 30 respondents understood or 100%, this shows that respondents understand about blood pressure in menopausal women after being given a decoction of soursop leaves.

Labor pain arises because of the mother's physical and psychological response. Emotions become unstable due to anxiety and fear which worsen the condition of labor pain. The pain experienced by the mother during labor can give rise to fear which makes her anxious and often leads to panic attacks. This condition causes a physiological response that can disrupt the condition of the uterus when it contracts so that the impact of labor will last a long time. Usually, the mother who is about to give birth will find it difficult to adjust to the conditions of labor pain, so that uterine contractions cannot be controlled which causes the first stage to lengthen and the fetus to be disturbed. A prolonged labor process is a type of birth complication that is worrying, complicated, and unpredictable. A non-pharmacological method that can reduce labor pain is birth ball therapy. Research that has been conducted has found that birth ball exercises affect reducing labor pain. PkM is implemented through educational activities where there are 30 PkM participants. The results of the PkM implementation show that the PkM participants have been successfully educated through this PkM activity so that they can apply birth ball exercises to reduce labor pain in mothers. Due to the implementation of this PkM activity, it is hoped that there will be an increase in the knowledge of midwives who play a role in initial level services to provide appropriate steps in dealing with labor pain in mothers using complementary therapy, and birth ball exercises.

Food quality needs to be considered, especially for the nutrition and chemical content contained therein. One of these chemicals can act as a sweetener which can enhance the taste and aroma of a product. The artificial sweetener is saccharin, which is generally added to packaged food and beverage products. However, the permitted use of saccharin in a product is around 0.005 - 0.03%. If the quantity of saccharin exceeds the threshold, it will cause health problems such as nervous diseases, hypertension, and cancer. This socialization activity aims to educate the public to be more concerned about health by carefully reading the composition of packaged beverage products before consuming them. The Community Service activity was carried out through socialization which was attended by 20 participants, namely residents around the Lubuk Pakam sub-district.
