Abstract

Socialization and education about Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) are important to be implemented in MSMEs, especially in the aluminum craft sector, to encourage environmental desire and efficiency. In Tanjung Atap Barat Village, most aluminum craftsmen still use practices that are less environmentally friendly, such as less than optimal waste management and the use of raw materials that are not fully based on recycling. Therefore, a GHRM approach is needed that integrates the principle of desire through increasing the ability, motivation, and opportunities for craftsmen to contribute to preserving the environment. This study aims to understand and analyze the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in aluminum craft MSMEs in Tanjung Atap Barat Village, with a focus on preserving human resources that support environmental sustainability. The method used in this study consists of three main stages: socialization, education, and evaluation. The results of this study indicate that the socialization and education of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) carried out on aluminum craftsmen in Tanjung Atap Barat Village with the ability-motivation-opportunity (AMO) approach successfully introduced GHRM principles such as energy efficiency, use of recycled materials, and waste management.

Abstract

The sales accounting information system and internal control are crucial components in ensuring the operational effectiveness and accuracy of financial statements in the company. This study focuses on PT Dwi Ola, which relies on LPG gas sales, to analyze the implementation of cash and credit sales accounting information systems as well as existing internal controls. The results of the study show that although the accounting information system at PT Dwi Ola already includes transaction recording and sales reports, there are still weaknesses in system integration that result in inconsistencies between physical stock and system records. In addition, internal controls are not optimal, with a lack of separation of duties and a robust authorization system, potentially increasing the risk of fraud. This study recommends the importance of separation of functions, improvement of internal control systems, and increased supervision to improve efficiency and accuracy in the sales process and recording of transactions in the company.

Abstract

In terms of maintaining the liquidity of PT Marisa Jaya Abadi, this study analyzes cash flow management. The method used was descriptive analysis, and data was collected through interviews and document studies. The research shows that the business has used several approaches to manage their cash flow, such as managing debt payments and accelerating the collection of receivables. However, to achieve ideal liquidity, these strategies still need to be improved. According to this study, PT Marisa Jaya Abadi should conduct regular cash flow evaluations to improve efficiency and financial stability.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam aspek pengembangan kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas program pendampingan dalam optimalisasi pengembangan kompetensi SDM UMKM guna meningkatkan daya saing di sektor ekonomi kreatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan dan workshop, pendampingan intensif, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan digital, di mana 75% peserta mampu memanfaatkan platform digital untuk pemasaran produk. Dalam aspek manajemen keuangan, 70% peserta berhasil menerapkan sistem pembukuan dasar dan memisahkan keuangan pribadi dengan bisnis. Di bidang inovasi produk, 60% peserta mampu menciptakan produk baru yang lebih kreatif dan sesuai dengan permintaan pasar. Secara keseluruhan, pendapatan rata-rata UMKM mengalami peningkatan sebesar 30% dalam tiga bulan pasca-pendampingan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendampingan dalam pengembangan kompetensi SDM efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di sektor ekonomi kreatif. Diperlukan keberlanjutan program melalui sinergi antara akademisi, pemerintah, dan pelaku usaha untuk memastikan dampak jangka panjang.

Abstract

Keripik Singkong Alif, a micro-enterprise located in Suka Damai Village, faces challenges in managing human resources due to its traditional and unstructured operational system, leading to inefficiencies and obstacles in business development. To address this issue, socialization and education on Digital Talent Management (DTM) were conducted as a solution to improve HR management through a simple and applicable digital approach. This activity aimed to educate micro-business actors on the importance of talent management. The methods used included field observations, interviews, socialization, training, mentoring, and step-by-step evaluation to ensure that business owners could understand and independently implement the system. The results of the activity show that the socialization program consisted of several stages, namely observation, problem identification, implementation of socialization and education, and evaluation. Through four days of socialization and education, Keripik Singkong Alif successfully established a clearer division of tasks, recognized employee potential, and agreed on work procedures through the development of a simple Guidebook. The digital approach used effectively raised awareness among business owners about the importance of work documentation and performance evaluation, despite initial challenges in digital literacy.

Abstract

Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) has emerged as a strategic approach to integrate environmental sustainability principles into human resource practices. This study aims to examine the effect of GHRM on employees’ green behavior at PT Buana Sriwijaya Sejahtera. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from employees through structured questionnaires and analyzed using regression analysis. The results indicate that GHRM has a positive and significant influence on employees’ consistent engagement in environmentally friendly behaviors. Key factors such as continuous training, supportive incentive systems, active employee involvement, and the alignment of HR policies with sustainability principles were found to play a crucial role in fostering a green organizational culture. These findings imply that organizations seeking to promote environmental awareness and sustainable practices should strengthen their GHRM implementation. This research is limited to a single company, and future studies are recommended to expand the scope to different industries and company scales, incorporating moderating or mediating variables such as green leadership or organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk on the interest in using e-wallets among the people of Palembang. With the rapid growth of digital financial technology, e-wallet usage has become increasingly popular. However, factors such as users' financial knowledge, the simplicity of technology, and concerns about potential risks may affect their intention to adopt this payment method. The research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to a sample of Palembang residents. Data were analyzed using statistical methods to determine the relationship between these variables and e-wallet usage interest. The results indicate that financial literacy and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant effect on the interest in using e-wallets, while perceived risk has a negative impact. The findings highlight the importance of increasing financial education and improving user-friendly features to encourage wider adoption of e-wallets in Palembang.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly influenced the financial behavior of young people, particularly Generation Z, who have grown up in an era of speed and convenience. In Palembang City, the rising trend of online payment usage and consumer-oriented lifestyles is not yet accompanied by sufficient financial understanding. This study aims to examine the influence of online payment systems, lifestyle patterns, and financial knowledge on the financial behavior of Generation Z. A quantitative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique, involving 400 respondents. This study focused on individuals aged 17 to 18 only. The findings indicate that online payment systems do not significantly affect financial behavior, while lifestyle patterns have a significant but weak influence. Financial knowledge emerges as the most dominant and significant factor. In conclusion, financial literacy plays a crucial role in fostering healthy financial behavior among today’s younger generation.
