Abstract

This research aims to identify and describe the meaning of quality management of Al-Quran learning in Al-Azhar Islamic High School Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) and identify how the steps for quality management of Al-Quran learning at Al-Azhar Islamic High School BSD are. The results of this research are that what is meant by quality management of al-Quran learning at Al-Azhar Islamic High School BSD is the management of al-Quran learning that is oriented towards quality, which means all of learning aspects starting from planning, implementing, evaluating and learning supervision is entirely carried out on a quality-based basis, including the quality of inputs, quality of processes, and quality of outputs. Al-Azhar Islamic High School BSD has taken four steps to manage the quality of learning: learning planning, learning implementation, learning evaluation, and learning supervision. In the management aspect of Al-Quran learning planning at Al-Azhar Islamic High School BSD, it has been going well although it is still not optimal, this is because the RPP that has been prepared by the teacher still does not meet the RPP standards in the 2013 curriculum. Meanwhile, in the management of implementation’s aspect has been going well and in accordance with the 2013 curriculum standards. Likewise in the aspect of learning evaluation which carries out an evaluation of 3 aspects of learning assessment: attitudes, knowledge and skills, and in the aspect of learning supervision’s management has also been going well and has clear and measurable supervision instruments and makes supervision as a way to improve the professionalism of Al-Quran teachers at Al-Azhar Islamic High School BSD

Abstract

AI, or Artificial Intelligence, is a technology developed to perform tasks that typically require human intelligence. The use of AI remains a hot topic in both developed and developing countries as the technology continues to advance. AI is considered to have significant potential in revolutionizing the education sector due to its ability to provide more personalized learning experiences. However, the emergence of AI also raises various concerns about the potential threats it poses to the education system. This research aims to further discuss the opportunities and threats of using AI in learning within Islamic higher education. This study employs a qualitative research method as it seeks to understand and describe the phenomena related to its research subjects. A phenomenological approach is used, focusing on the essence of the data, which is factual and based on the experiences of the research subjects, or the invariant structure, which pertains to how the subjects interpret their experiences. The research was conducted at the State Islamic Institute of Curup, and the subjects included students, lecturers, and administrative staff at the institute. Data were collected through interviews and observations and were processed and analyzed using data triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that AI holds great potential for Islamic higher education in both the educational and administrative fields. In education, AI can enhance the efficiency of learning, while in administration, AI can simplify tasks and boost the productivity of educational staff. Alongside these significant opportunities, AI also brings threats. The emergence of laziness, the tendency to take tasks lightly, and dependence on AI are major concerns in its usage. Additionally, automation in administration poses a threat to the need for administrative staff, as their roles may be replaced by AI.

Abstract

Tata usaha merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dari unit pelaksana teknik penyelenggara sistem administrasi serta infomasi pendidikan di kantor. Informasi yang tata usaha kelola sangat penting karena sebagai basis pelayanan serta bahan pengambilan sebuah keputusan di kantor, Peran administrasi tata usaha dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan yaitu membantu pelaksanaan pekerjaan-pekerjaan induk untuk mencapai tujuan tujuan dari kantor tesebut,  serta menyediakan keterangan-keterangan bagi pimpinan tata usaha atau kepala kantor, tenaga ASN kantor, atau personal lain, terutama untuk keperluan pembuatan keputusan serta pengendalian yang menjadi tugas pokoknya. Dapat di lihat terlihat betapa pentingnya penelitian ini dilakukan lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan konsepnya yaitu peran tata usaha dalam pengelolaan arsip di Kantor di Rejang  Lebong, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui betapa pentingnya peran tata usaha dalam pengelolaan arsip Kantor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala Kantor , kepala tata usaha, dan staf tata usaha. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini pertama Peran tata usaha dalam pengelolaan arsip Kantor sudah cukup baik. Peran tata usaha antara lain yaitu: pertama, kepala tata usaha sebagai penanggung jawab sekaligus sebagai panutan operator tata usaha yang bertugas mengkordinasikan seluru aktipitas dan seluruh kegiatan administrasi Kantor. Kedua pola kerja tata usaha dalam mengelola arsipnya  sudah baik karena para tata usaha sudah melakukan pengelolaan arsip sesuai dengan tugasnya masing-masing dan dalam pengelolaan arsip kepala tata usaha telah mengarahkana seluruh stap untuk pola kerja dalama mengelola arsip sesuai dengan sistem serta masih menggunakan sistem harkdis internal dan eksternal, dan belum banyak yang menyimpan datanya di email atau google drive.

Abstract

The development of the Educational Quality Assurance System (SPMP) is important to create independence in educational institutions, to foster a culture of quality awareness, to reduce dependency on the government, and begin to focus on meeting the needs of students and society as well as adapting to changes in times, environments, and Science and Technology (IPTEK). This research aims to describe the implementation of SPMP and quality improvement at MAN 2 Lebong. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of the research show that: first, the SPMP at MAN 2 Lebong is implemented through 5 cycles, namely (1) Educational Quality Mapping; (2) Planning for Educational Quality Improvement; (3) Implementation of Educational Quality Fulfillment; (4) Monitoring and Evaluation; (5) Establishment of New Standards and Preparation of Quality Improvement Strategies. Second, quality improvement at MAN 2 Lebong refers to the School Work Plan (RKS) that has been prepared and involves all members of the madrasah, coordinated directly by the head of the madrasah along with the madrasah quality development team. Keywords: Quality of Education; Education Quality Assurance System; Islamic Senior High School.   ABSTRAK Pengembangan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (SPMP) penting untuk menciptakan kemandirian pada lembaga pendidikan, menumbuhkan budaya kesadaran mutu, mengurangi ketergantungan pada pemerintah, serta mulai berfokus pada pemenuhan kebutuhan siswa dan masyarakat serta beradaptasi dengan perubahan zaman, lingkungan, dan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi (IPTEK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan implementasi SPMP dan peningkatan mutu di MAN 2 Lebong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, SPMP di MAN 2 Lebong diimplementasikan melalui 5 siklus, yaitu (1) Pemetaan Mutu Pendidikan; (2) Perencanaan Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan; (3) Pelaksanaan Pemenuhan Mutu Pendidikan; (4) Monitoring dan Evaluasi; (5) Penetapan Standar Baru dan Penyusunan Strategi Peningkatan Mutu. Kedua, peningkatan mutu di MAN 2 Lebong mengacu pada Rencana Kerja Sekolah (RKS) yang telah disusun dan melibatkan seluruh anggota madrasah, yang dikoordinasikan langsung oleh kepala madrasah bersama tim pengembangan mutu madrasah. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana MAN 2 Lebong telah mengembangkan sistem manajemen mutunya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode triangulasi dalam bentuk meninjau sumber primer dan sekunder yang relevan. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa manajemen mutu madrasah dimulai dengan memiliki kerja tim yang berkualitas dengan peran dan tanggung jawab yang terstruktur untuk meningkatkan mutunya dalam menghadapi persaingan global. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan manajemen mutu pendidikan dapat dilakukan melalui siklus penjaminan mutu PPEPP, yaitu: 1). Perencanaan program yang dirumuskan dengan pemangku kepentingan. 2). Pelaksanaan rencana kerja oleh kepala madrasah yang bertanggung jawab, 3). Pengawasan, evaluasi dan pengendalian dilakukan secara objektif dan terus-menerus berdasarkan standar nasional, dan 4). Proses perbaikan manajemen perubahan mutu. Madrasah yang unggul dan berkualitas adalah madrasah yang mampu bersaing dengan siswa di luar madrasah dan memiliki karakter serta nilai moral yang baik. Dengan menciptakan sistem penjaminan mutu berdasarkan ISO 9001: 2008, MAN 2 Lebong, secara teori, telah menerapkan model manajemen mutu, menurut temuan penelitian sementara ini. Namun, sistem tersebut hanya berfungsi sebagai pedoman dan persyaratan untuk sertifikasi, dan belum sepenuhnya berkembang menjadi dasar pelaksanaan proses pendidikan yang tepat yang akan menjadikannya faktor yang relevan dan titik acuan untuk meningkatkan hasil pendidikan yang berkualitas. Sebaliknya, sistem ini terutama berfungsi sebagai sarana menarik perhatian pengguna jasa pendidikan.

Abstract

This research aims to construct a conceptual model by testing influential relationships among parental engagement, Students’ attitudes towards Islamic religious learning, school policies, and student academic achievement. Using PLS-SEM, six hypotheses modeled based on the interactions of the four variables were analyzed. 500 students from Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) located in Bengkulu were recruited using a convenient sampling technique. Data were collected using a valid and reliable questionnaire and analyzed based on measurement models and structural models. This research found a significant influence of variables related to Islamic religious learning. The analysis showed that parental engagement had a big impact on Students’ attitudes (original sample value: 0.698, T-statistics: 23.268, p-values: 0.000), school policies (original sample value: 0.327, T-statistics: 12.332, p-values: 0.000), and students’ achievements in learning Islamic religion (original sample value: 0.224, T-statistics: 6.984, p-values: 0.000). Apart from that, students' attitudes also contributed significantly to school policies and their academic achievement in learning Islamic religion (original sample value: 0.147, T-statistics: 5.871, p-values: 0.000). School policies were also proven to substantially influence students’ achievements in religious learning (original sample value: 0.536, T-statistics: 8.498, p-values: 0.000). These results emphasize that the model has been well-established and well-confirmed, demonstrating the important roles of parental engagement, Students’ attitudes, and school policies in advancing Islamic religious education. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen konflik dalam pendidikan agama di MAN 2 Lebong. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MAN 2 Lebong menerapkan program pendidikan karakter, mediasi dan transparansi sebagai tindakan manajemen konfliknya. Simpulan, implementasi manajemen konflik di MAN 2 Lebong tergolong sudah tepat dalam menyikapi segala permasalahan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Agama Islam.
