Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat jenis pelanggaran siswa di MAN 1 Lebong, intervensi yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI, serta persamaan dan perbedaan kiat yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI di MAN 1 Lebong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa: jenis pelanggaran siswa di MAN 1 Lebong adalah bolos sekolah, ribut pada jam pelajaran berlangsung, berkelahi, keluyuran, merokok, pacaran, dan tawuran. Intervensi yang dilakukian oleh guru PAI di MAN 1 Lebong adalah penanaman akhlak, memberi hukuman, bekerjasama dengan guru BK, mengadakan konsultasi individu, berkomunikasi dengan wali siswa, memantau siswa, mengembangkan kurikulum PAI. Adapun perbedaan kiat guru PAI antar dua sekolah ini adalah Adapun cara pelaksanaannya seperti pada cara penanganan jika siswa ribut, jika di MAN 1 Lebong guru PAI akan menegur dengan tegas. Jika siswa bolos sekolah di MAN 1 Lebong siswa akan dihukum agar sholat zuhur di lapangan, siswa diharuskan untuk membersihkan WC dan musholla, jika siswa keluyuran di MAN 1 Lebong guru tidak mengizinkan siswa untuk keluar kelas selama pelajaran berlangsung guru PAI membatasi waktu siswa maksimal 10 menit jika ingin izin keluar kelas.

Abstract

The Role of Reality Counseling Services to Build Confidence in Inmates of Ex-Drug Users in Class II A Curup Prisons. Indonesia has been declared an emergency drug state, because of its harmful effects, both physically and mentally and social. The year 2021 revealed 19,229 cases with 24,878 people involved. In 2021 Bengkulu with a population of 2,091,314 people, 1055 people are involved in drugs, and for the Curup Class II.A prison, 228 residents are assisted for drug cases, coming from 3 districts (Rejang Lebong, Lebong and Kepahiang). This study is to see the effectiveness of reality counseling in building self-confidence of former drug users. This is very necessary to restore self-confidence, as well as build a positive self-concept during and after being released from prison. Rejection and labeling from the community makes them not confident and sometimes choose to return as users or dealers. This study uses an experimental approach with pre-experiments with 5 drug inmates with varying lengths of detention and remaining prisoners. The research results show that; first, their self-confidence becomes stronger if they are among the inmates, second; worried about the rejection of society that makes it difficult for him to adapt in society. Third; Reality counseling can build self-confidence, by fostering responsibility, truth and the reality of facts, by not condoning his problematic behavior. Fourth; from the counseling assessment they are very satisfied, and forbid drugs.Keywords: Reality Counseling; Self Confidence; Drugs.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The National Assessment is a program to assess the quality of each school, madrasah, and equality program at the primary and secondary levels. Research with qualitative descriptive type that describes or describes a phenomenon, using the CIPP evaluation method (Context, Input, Process and product). The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques through the methods: 1) Interview, 2) Observation, 3) documentation. The results of this study are (1) the implementation of the National Assessment at SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong needs to be evaluated because through this evaluation the school can correct deficiencies and overcome obstacles encountered during implementation. (2) Condition of infrastructure facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong in fulfilling the requirements to support the implementation of the 2021 National Assessment has referred to the technical guidelines (juknis) for the 2021 ANBK implementation set by the Central Level Executor; (3) The implementation of AKM at SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong runs according to schedule, for 2 days, namely on 27-28 September 2021, it is appropriate and follows the Standard Operating Procedures (POS) of the National Assessment in 2021. (4) Obstacles that occur in the implementation of the assessment the minimum competencies at SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong are the absence of several students during the simulation, the lack of knowledge of teachers and students about the functions and objectives of the national assessment; (5) Several solutions were carried out to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the minimum competency assessment at SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong, namely participating in the National Assessment workshop, utilizing the guru.Id account in learning, besides that all school elements strive to improve the education system through achievement indicators. Education report card for SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong to serve as a forum for remedial measures for the implementation of AKM in 2021 and as a reference for preparation for AKM in 2022Keywords: National Assessment, quality, evaluation ABSTRAK Asesmen Nasional adalah program penilaian terhadap mutu setiap sekolah, madrasah, dan program kesetaraan pada jenjang dasar dan menengah. Penelitian dengan jenis deskriptif kualitatif yang mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan suatu fenomena, dengan menggunakan metode evaluasi CIPP ( Konteks, Input, Proses dan produk ). Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Tehnik pengumpulan data melaui metode : 1) Wawancara, 2) Observasi, 3) dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Pelaksanaan Asesmen Nasional di SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong perlu di evaluasi karena melalui evaluasi tersebut sekolah dapat memperbaiki kekurangan dan mengatasi hambatan yang ditemui pada saat pelaksanaan.(2) Kondisi sarana dan prasarana infra struktur pada SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong dalam memenuhi persyaratan untuk mendukung pelaksanaan Asesmen Nasional tahun 2021 sudah mengacu pada petunjuk teknis (juknis) pelaksanaan ANBK tahun 2021 yang ditetapkan oleh Pelaksana Tingkat Pusat; (3) Pelaksanaan AKM di SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong berjalan sesuai jadwal, selama 2 hari yaitu pada tanggal 27-28 september 2021 sudah sesuai dan mengikuti Prosedur Operasional Standar (POS) Asesmen Nasional tahun 2021. (4) Hambatan yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan asesmen kompetensi minimum di SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong yaitu ketidakhadiran beberapa siswa pada saat simulasi , minimnya pengetahuan guru dan siswa terhadap fungsi dan tujuan Asesmen nasional; (5) Beberapa solusi yang di lakukan untuk mengatasi kendala dalam pelaksanaan asesmen kompetensi minimum di SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong yaitu mengikuti kegiatan workshop Asesmen Nasional,pemanfaatan akun guru.Id dalam pembelajaran, selain itu semua elemen sekolah berupaya untuk memperbaiki sistem pendidikan melalui indikator capaian Rapor Pendidikan SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong guna menjadi wadah remidi terhadap pelaksanaan AKM tahun 2021 dan menjadi acuan persiapan menghadapi AKM tahun 2022 Kata Kunci: Asesmen Nasional, mutu, evaluasi

Abstract

The integration of behavior theory in individual and group counseling has emerged as a pertinent topic in psychology and counseling. Stemming from the works of pioneers like John B. Watson and B.F. Skinner, behavior theory emphasizes observable behavior change through environmental understanding and modification. This paper explores its application in counseling, examining benefits, challenges, and effective techniques such as reinforcement, exposure therapy, modeling, and behavioral activation. While offering structured, data-driven approaches, integration faces challenges like neglecting internal client factors and therapeutic rapport. Nevertheless, its structured framework facilitates goal setting, intervention, and evaluation, promoting positive behavior change and psychological well-being

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memeriksa bagaimana Standar Kompetensi Lulusan (SKL), Kompetensi Inti (KI), Kompetensi Dasar (KD), Indikator Pencapaian Kompetensi (IPK), materi pelajaran, proses pembelajaran, dan rencana penilaian dalam konteks pendidikan berhubungan satu sama lain. Penelitian ini menjelaskan betapa pentingnya memahami komponen-komponen ini secara menyeluruh dan terintegrasi ketika merancang kurikulum yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dan tuntutan zaman. Penelitian ini menunjukkan peran guru dalam menerjemahkan kurikulum ke dalam praktik pembelajaran dan bagaimana pentingnya bekerja sama dan mendukung semua yang terlibat. Hasil analisis akan membantu guru membuat materi pelajaran, mengatur waktu, dan memilih metode penilaian yang tepat. Proses pembelajaran dapat menjadi lebih terorganisir dan berfokus pada pencapaian keterampilan yang diharapkan. Untuk menjamin pendidikan berkualitas tinggi dan memenuhi kebutuhan dan tuntutan perkembangan zaman, sangat penting untuk melakukan penelitian dan diskusi tentang hubungan antara komponen pendidikan ini

Abstract

The development of the Educational Quality Assurance System (SPMP) is important to create independence in educational institutions, to foster a culture of quality awareness, to reduce dependency on the government, and begin to focus on meeting the needs of students and society as well as adapting to changes in times, environments, and Science and Technology (IPTEK). This research aims to describe the implementation of SPMP and quality improvement at MAN 2 Lebong. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of the research show that: first, the SPMP at MAN 2 Lebong is implemented through 5 cycles, namely (1) Educational Quality Mapping; (2) Planning for Educational Quality Improvement; (3) Implementation of Educational Quality Fulfillment; (4) Monitoring and Evaluation; (5) Establishment of New Standards and Preparation of Quality Improvement Strategies. Second, quality improvement at MAN 2 Lebong refers to the School Work Plan (RKS) that has been prepared and involves all members of the madrasah, coordinated directly by the head of the madrasah along with the madrasah quality development team. Keywords: Quality of Education; Education Quality Assurance System; Islamic Senior High School.   ABSTRAK Pengembangan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (SPMP) penting untuk menciptakan kemandirian pada lembaga pendidikan, menumbuhkan budaya kesadaran mutu, mengurangi ketergantungan pada pemerintah, serta mulai berfokus pada pemenuhan kebutuhan siswa dan masyarakat serta beradaptasi dengan perubahan zaman, lingkungan, dan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi (IPTEK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan implementasi SPMP dan peningkatan mutu di MAN 2 Lebong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, SPMP di MAN 2 Lebong diimplementasikan melalui 5 siklus, yaitu (1) Pemetaan Mutu Pendidikan; (2) Perencanaan Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan; (3) Pelaksanaan Pemenuhan Mutu Pendidikan; (4) Monitoring dan Evaluasi; (5) Penetapan Standar Baru dan Penyusunan Strategi Peningkatan Mutu. Kedua, peningkatan mutu di MAN 2 Lebong mengacu pada Rencana Kerja Sekolah (RKS) yang telah disusun dan melibatkan seluruh anggota madrasah, yang dikoordinasikan langsung oleh kepala madrasah bersama tim pengembangan mutu madrasah. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut mengenai kegiatan supervisi pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling dan Kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Dimana, Supervisi merupakan satu komponen penting dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah. Melalui supervisi diharapkan dapat menjadi upaya dalam pengentasan permasalahan yang terjadi dalam dunia pendidikan. Permasalahan yang beragam tentu berimbas pada kualitas dan produktivitas pengajar dalam bekerja. Hakikatnya guru mampu melaksanakan tanggung jawabnya yakni memberikan pengajaran serta pendidikan, tidak hanya berlaku untuk guru kelas dan guru mata pelajar, hal serupa juga berlaku bagi guru BK yang bertugas untuk membantu peserta didik dalam mengentaskan permasalahan akademik maupun non akademiknya. Dengan demikian supervisi memegang peranan penting dalam proses pendidikan. Oleh karenanya, peneliti dalam hal ini melakukan analisis terhadap implementasi supervisi dan pengaruhnya pemberian layanan bimbingan dan konseling serta kegiatan pengajaran di sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan library research dimana data-data yang dikumpulkan diperoleh dari berbagai literatur karya ilmiah penelitian terdahulu, seperti; jurnal, buku, tesis, dan lain sebagainya yang kemudian dianalisis sesuai dengan teori dan pokok isu yang peneliti angkat. Bagaimana perbedaan antara supervisi pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling dan supervisi pembelajaran di sekolah. Serta apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti berharap dapat menjadi referensi tambahan bagi pembaharuan sistem kinerja pendidik sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidik di sekolah-sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to find out students' perception of information services provided by Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers at SMP 8 Sarolangun. The approach used in this study is quantitative with a descriptive design. The population of this study consisted of 101 students, and the sample used amounted to 50 students taken by purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnaire consisting of 10 statements with a closed questionnaire that measured three aspects, namely information services, communication quality, and student satisfaction levels with BK teacher services. Validity: The instrument is considered valid if the validity of the content, the validity of the construct, and the empirical validity indicate that this questionnaire can measure the three aspects in question well. Reliability: The instrument is considered reliable if the Alfa Cronbach ≥ 0.70, and the test-retest and split-half tests show high consistency. The data obtained was then analyzed using descriptive analysis by calculating the percentage of student answer distribution. The results of the study showed that the average score for information services, communication quality, and satisfaction with BK teacher services were all in the Good category. The average score of the statement ranged from 2.54 to 3.36, indicating that students felt that the information provided was clear and useful, and felt comfortable when consulting. Student satisfaction is high with an average score of 2.82 to 2.84, and many are willing to recommend BK teachers to their friends. Based on these results, it is recommended that BK teachers continue to improve the quality of information delivery and communication in order to better meet the needs and expectations of students.

Abstract

Effectiveness of the Islamic Guidance and Counseling approach combined with behavioral theory in addressing behavioral and spiritual problems among adolescents at MTs Muhammadiyah Curup. Behavioral theory emphasizes that behavior can be shaped through stimulus and response using reinforcement and punishment principles. Within the Islamic framework, this approach is enriched by spiritual values derived from the Qur'an and Hadith, thus addressing not only behavioral aspects but also the spiritual dimension of faith. This research employed a library research method alongside documentation, observation, and interviews in the field. The findings indicate that the combination of behavioral theory and Islamic counseling significantly aids students in improving discipline, responsibility, and emotional control, while also enhancing spiritual values and religious motivation. This approach is considered effective as it reaches the students' internal awareness and fosters consistent personal transformation. The study recommends that the Islamic Guidance and Counseling approach be continuously implemented in Islamic educational settings to support adolescents in overcoming behavioral and spiritual challenges.
