Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and work environment on employee performance, as well as the mediating role of organizational commitment at the Social Service Office of Pasuruan Regency. Specifically, this research examines the direct effect of competence and work environment on employee performance, their impact on organizational commitment, and the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. In addition, the study evaluates the mediating role of organizational commitment in the relationship between competence and work environment on employee performance. A quantitative approach was employed using a census technique, involving 60 employees as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that both competence and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment. Organizational commitment also has a significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment acts as a mediating variable that strengthens the influence of competence and work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Perceived Organizational Support (POS), job placement, and job satisfaction on employee performance, as well as the mediating role of job satisfaction at the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency of Pasuruan Regency. The population in this study consisted of all employees, totaling 100 individuals, who were also used as the research sample through a census method. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach with the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that POS, job placement, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, POS and job placement also indirectly affect performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. These findings emphasize the importance of organizational support and accurate job placement in improving employee satisfaction and overall performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, discipline, and organizational commitment on employee performance, as well as the mediating role of commitment at the Department of Culture, Youth and Sports, and Tourism of Tuban Regency. A quantitative approach was used with a census method, involving all 55 employees as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results indicate that work culture, discipline, and organizational commitment each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment was found to mediate the relationship between work culture and performance, as well as between discipline and performance. These findings suggest that improving work culture and discipline will be more effective in enhancing employee performance when accompanied by strong organizational commitment. Therefore, management should strengthen work culture, discipline, and commitment to achieve optimal organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital competence and work culture on employee performance, both directly and through organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The research subjects were all employees of the Goods/Services Procurement Division at the Regional Secretariat of Pasuruan Regency, totaling 91 individuals. A census method was used, involving the entire population as the sample. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach to examine the relationships among variables. The results showed that digital competence had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Likewise, a supportive and constructive work culture also contributed to performance improvement. Furthermore, organizational commitment was found to be a mediating variable that strengthens the influence of digital competence and work culture on employee performance. Thus, enhancing digital competence and fostering a positive work culture can reinforce organizational commitment, ultimately leading to improved employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance, both directly and through the mediating role of OCB at the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) of Pasuruan Regency. The population consists of 100 employees, with a saturated sampling technique (census). Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results indicate that work motivation, job satisfaction, and OCB have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, OCB was found to mediate the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on performance. Therefore, employees who are motivated and satisfied with their jobs tend to exhibit higher levels of OCB, which ultimately leads to improved performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of procurement system utilization, human resource (HR) competence, and organizational maturity level on the performance of employees in the Procurement of Goods/Services Division of Pasuruan Regency. The population consists of all 50 employees in the division, and the research uses a census method. The data analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression. The results show that: (1) Procurement system utilization has a positive impact on employee performance by enhancing efficiency, transparency, and accountability in task execution; (2) HR competence significantly contributes to performance improvement, as employees with adequate knowledge, skills, and work attitudes tend to be more productive; (3) The level of organizational maturity positively influences employee performance by creating a systematic and supportive work environment; and (4) Simultaneously, the three variables collectively have a significant positive impact on employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of system integration, competency development, and organizational maturity in enhancing work effectiveness in the public procurement sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and role clarity on employee performance and work commitment at the Financial and Regional Revenue Management Agency of Pasuruan Regency. Using a sample of 100 employees, the data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach and SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that: (1) Workload positively affects employee performance, (2) Workload positively affects work commitment, (3) Role clarity positively affects employee performance, (4) Role clarity positively affects work commitment, (5) Work commitment positively affects employee performance, (6) Workload affects employee performance through work commitment, and (7) Role clarity affects employee performance through work commitment. These findings confirm that effective management of workload and clear role definitions can enhance employee performance through increased work commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and work stress on employee performance, as well as to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and work stress on employee performance through job satisfaction. The population of this study consists of all Civil Servants in the Procurement of Goods/Services Section of the Regional Secretariat of Pasuruan Regency, totaling 75 employees. The sample was selected using a census method, resulting in a sample size of 75 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study show that: 1) There is a positive influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance in the Procurement of Goods/Services Section of the Regional Secretariat of Pasuruan Regency; 2) There is a positive influence of work stress on employee performance in the Procurement of Goods/Services Section of the Regional Secretariat of Pasuruan Regency; 3) There is a positive influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance through job satisfaction in the Procurement of Goods/Services Section of the Regional Secretariat of Pasuruan Regency; 4) There is a positive influence of work stress on employee performance through job satisfaction in the Procurement of Goods/Services Section of the Regional Secretariat of Pasuruan Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran bumdesa “Pengalangan Sejahtera” terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi dan Peningkatan kualitas hidup, serta mengetahui peran pemberdayaan ekonomi terhadap kualitas hidup. Populasi penelitian sebesar 856 nasabah sehingga sampel di ambil 10% sebanyak 86 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan Uji T, Uji F, dan analisis jalur. 1. Berdasarkan hasil output regesi model 1 didapatkan hasil variabel X1 didapatkan signifikasi sebesar 0,000 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang artinya variabel Bumdesa “Pengalangan Sejahtera” memiliki peran terhadap pengembangan kualitas hidup. didapatkan R square pada tabel “model summary “ adalah sebesar 0,210 hal ini pengaruh bumdes kepada kualitas hidup adalah sebesar 21% sementara sisanya 79% merupakan kontribusi dari variable-variable yang belum diteliti sementara nilai e1 = (1-0.210) = 0.88819. Dari hasil output regesi model 1 didapatkan hasil variabel X1 didapatkan signifikasi sebesar 0,000 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang artinya variabel bumdes memiliki peran terhadap pengembangan kualitas hidup. Sedangkan nilai X2 sebesar 0.795 atau lebih besar dari 0,05 yang artinya pemberdayaan ekonomi tidak memiliki peran terhadap kualitas hidup.

Abstract

Stress is something that can be experienced by employees and staff who work in any sector (education, health or economic sectors). This research analyzes stress through the variables 1) Role Overload, (2) Role Conflict,(3) Role Ambiguity, (4) Work Family Conflict which influences Turnover Invention through the influence of the Performance variable. This research used a total of 240 respondents who were divided into 5 characteristics, namely Age, Gender, Position, Age and Education Level. The results of this research are that Role Overload, Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity and Work Family Conflict have a negative effect on Performance. On the other hand, the stress variable has a positive effect on Turnover Invention. Employee performance has a negative effect on Turnover Invention. Keywords: Stress, Performance, Turnover Invention
