Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Likuiditas, Profitablitas, Leverage dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Return Saham pada Perusahaan Transportasi dan Logistik di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2) Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Likuiditas terhadap Return Saham pada Perusahaan Transportasi dan Logistik di Bursa Efek Indonesia 3) Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Profitabilitas terhadap Return Saham pada Perusahaan Transportasi dan Logistik di Bursa Efek Indonesia 4) Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Leverage terhadap Return Saham pada Perusahaan Transportasi dan Logistik di Bursa Efek Indonesia 5) Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Return Saham pada Perusahaan Transportasi dan Logistik di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 37 perusahaan dengan sampel sejumlah 7 perusahaan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang mengggunakan software spss versi 27, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t dengan taraf nyata 5 %. Hasil pengujian (uji F) menunjukkan likuiditas (CR), profitabilitas (ROA), leverage (DER) dan Ukuran Perusahaan size (LN) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. Hasil pengujian (uji t) menunjukkan likuiditas yang diukur dengan current ratio (CR) ada pengaruh terhadap return saham, profitabilitas yang diukur dengan return on asset (ROA) tidak ada pengaruh terhadap return saham, leverage yang di ukur dengan debt to equity ratio tidak ada pengaruh terhadap return saham, ukuran Perusahaan yang diukur dengan size (LN) tidak ada pengaruh terhadap return saham.

Abstract

The study conducted to look at the effect of decision making and motivation toward the working satisfaction of the employees of Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra Province aims to identify (a) how the decision making and motivation affected the working satisfaction of the employees of Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra Province, and (b) dominant variables affecting the working satisfaction of the employees of Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra Province. The method used in this study was causal method. The number of the population, 90 employees, was used as samples in this study. The technique of data collection was using questionnaires. To measure the effect among the variables, the multiple linear regression analysis was used. The research finding shows that simultaneous decision making and motivation affected the working satisfaction of the employees of Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra Province. The motivation variable partially affects dominantly the working satisfaction of the employees of Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Celebrity Endorser Television Advertising and Product Quality on the Purchase Decision of Mustika Ratu Cosmetics in Muara Enim. The research used purposive random sampling method. Thus, the number of samples in this study were 137 female respondents in Muara Enim district. The method of data analysis using the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results showed that Celebrity Endorser Television Advertising and Product Quality Influenced Purchase Decisions for Mustika Ratu Cosmetics in Muara Enim and the variable Celebrity Endorser Television Advertising was the most dominant variable influencing consumer purchasing decisions for Mustika Ratu cosmetics in Muara Enim district.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality on Community Satisfaction at the Kayuagung District Court. The sample in this study was the people who were present at the Kayuagung District Court as many as 103 respondents. This study took samples using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The analysis method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method using statistical formulas adapted to the research to assess the results of filling out questionnaires and tested through statistical testing. The test results of the instruments in variable X (Quality of Service) and variable Y (Community Satisfaction) using the validity test are valid with a calculated value of 0.492 and the results of the reability test are with a value of rCalculate = 1.0823 >0.60. These results mean that the research instruments used are declared realiable. Meanwhile, the results of the linear regression test on the hypothesis, showed that the variable X had a positive effect on the variable Y by 0.961%, the test value of the coefficient of determination was 24.2% and the result of the T Test obtained also a significant effect with the value of tcount = 5.680 greater than the value of t table, which means that Ho rejected and Ha accepted or in other words there is a positive and significant relationship between the Quality of Service to Community Satisfaction in the Kayuagung District Court. However, based on the results of the questionnaire that was distributed, there were several statements that received disagreements / strongly disagreed regarding empathy from service personnel, facilities and infrastructure and others. The advice from the author after conducting research at the Kayuagung District Court is to make improvements regarding facilities and infrastructure as well as improve the quality of officer services by providing training related to service and ethics.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to determine the effects of claim service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Asuransi Bhakti Bhayangkara Palembang Branch. This research was associative quantitative. The data collection method used was the census. Respondents in this study were all employees of the PT Asuransi Bhakti Bhayangkara Palembang Branch of i.e. 98 customers. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The data were analysed using SPSS. The conclusions that can be drawn from this study were Claim Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT Asuransi Bhakti Bhayangkara Palembang Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employeeperformance at the Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University. This study takes samples using the saturated sample technique because the population is relatively small. Employees of the Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University consist of Civil Servants (PNS), Non-PNS BLU Employees. The research method is carried out by testing the relationship (quantitative associative) of two variables, namely variable X (Work Environment) and variable Y (Employee Performance) with statistical tests using the Classical Assumption correlation. This study, from a population of 41 people, used a sample of 41 people to fill out a Likert scale questionnaire. The results of the calculation of the Classical Assumption correlation show that the work environment affects employee performance, this can be seen from the r-test with 41 respondents greater than rtable with an error rate of 5%. Based on the results of the calculation of the Coefficient of Determination whichstates that there is a strong correlation between the Work Environment variable and the Performance variable, so it can be seen that rcount is greater than rtable (0.829 > 0.308), meaning Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. This shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the Work Environment and Performance of employees of the Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to determine the effects of Bhabinkamtibnas work effectiveness on performance of village head in managing village funds at Sembawa district Banyuasin. This research was associative quantitative. The data collection method used was the purposive sampling. Respondents in this study were all employees of the village office of the Sembawa district of i.e. 121 employees. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The data were analysed using pearson product moment correlation. The conclusions that can be drawn from this study were Bhabinkamtibnas work effectiveness had a positive and significant effect on performance of village head in managing village funds at Sembawa district Banyuasin.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to determine the effects of promotion, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Oppo Smartphones in Palembang Square, Palembang City. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection method used by researchers is purposive sampling method. Respondents in this study were 96 people. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis tool uses the SPSS model. The conclusion from the research that can be drawn is that there is a simultaneous influence of promotion, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions for Oppo Smartphones in Palembang Square, Palembang City. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable (Service Quality) on the dependent variable (Job Satisfaction) is 33.1%, while the remaining 66.9% is influenced by other variables, such as service quality, location and so on.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of transformational leadership style and interpersonal communication on employee performance at the Public Works Department of Highways, South Sumatra Province. The results show that partially/individually the transformational leadership style has a significant effect of 32.9% and interpersonal communication has a significant effect of 26.4% on the performance of employees of the South Sumatra Province Public Works Department of Highways. Simultaneously/together, transformational leadership style and interpersonal communication have a significant effect of 65.8% on the performance of employees of the South Sumatra Province Public Works Department of Highways. The application of a transformational leadership style is the factor that has the most dominant influence on the performance of employees of the Public Works Department of Highways, South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Kayuagung Regional General Hospital (RSUD). Respondents who became the object of research were inpatients at the Kayuagung Hospital who had been allowed to go home or do outpatient care. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with the number of samples calculated using the Slovin formula and a sample of 85 respondents was taken. The data used is primary data collected through a questionnaire instrument. The analysis technique used is correlation analysis and simple linear regression. Based on the results of calculations in regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test) it was found that the quality of rehabilitation services had a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Kayuagung Hospital. Judging from the value of the coefficient of determination (R-Square) it was found that the variable quality of rehabilitation services had an influence of 53.8 percentin shaping the satisfaction variable of inpatients at the Kayuagung Hospital, while the remaining 46.2 percent was determined by other variables outside the regression model. Based on the descriptive analysis of the percentage of respondents' answers to the questionnaire, it was concluded that patient satisfaction was dominated by the influence of the responsiveness indicators of medical officers who were considered alert and fast in serving inpatients at the Kayuagung Hospital.
