Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang Kinerja Tenaga Administrasi di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Sjakhyakirti Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Robbins (2016) dalam indikator kinerja, dapat di lihat dari beberapa variabel yaitu kualitas kerja, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, efektivitas, kemandirian. Untuk mengukur faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja menggunakan teori Kaswan (2012) dapat dilihat dari beberapa variabel yaitu faktor kemampuan, faktor motivasi, faktor lingkungan kerja, dan faktor sistem penghargaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan jenis data primer dan sekunder diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan narasumber, dan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Dalam teknik analisis data peneliti menggunakan teori Miles and Hubberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Informan dalam penelitian ini ada 5 orang informan yang terdiri dari Wakil kurikulum SMK Sjakhyakirti Palembang, dan 4 staf tenaga administrasi SMK Sjakhyakirti Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Tenaga Administrasi di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Sjkhyakirti Palembang sudah cukup baik, dalam kualitas kinerja denagan menguasai teknologi informasi, serta sistem manajemen informasi sekolah, dan komunikasi antar staf administrasi. Sebaiknya ditingkatkan lagi dalam kepastian diri, ketepatan waktu dengan mengikuti seminar dan pelatihan baik di sekoah maupuan di luar sekolah, agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah yang efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the level of spiritual care competence in Ners Professional Program (PPN) students. The research method used was descriptive quantitative, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results showed that the level of spiritual care competence was 76.6% in the high category and 23.4% in the medium category. In conclusion, almost all respondents have a level of spiritual care competence in the high category, but in the aspects of referring, personal support and client counseling, as well as professionalization and improving the quality of spiritual care, only some respondents have a level of competence in the high category. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Penerapan model Student Facilitator And Explaning pada mata pelajaran IPS dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 146 Asaan Kecamatan Enrekang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Fokus penelitian adalah proses dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaning. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 146 Asaan Kabupaten Enrekang tahun 2023 yang berjumlah 16 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian. Hasil tes siklus I berada pada kategori cukup (C) dan pada siklus II yang berada pada kategori baik (B). Jadi disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan model Student Facilitator And Explaning pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 146 Asaan Kecamatan Enrekang.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Effect of Social Media Marketing on Brand Equity, Brand Trust, and Brand Loyalty on Traveloka Instagram". The main focus is to understand the influence of social media marketing activities on brand trust, brand equity, and brand loyalty on Traveloka's Instagram platform. The background of this research is based on the estimation that the tourism industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly along with the widespread use of social media which affects marketing methods. The phenomenon in this study was explored using a questionnaire survey method using a Likert scale with the criteria of Instagram social media users and Traveloka applications in the DKI Jakarta area and SEM-PLS analysis. The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of social media marketing on Traveloka's brand trust, brand equity, and brand loyalty on Instagram. This is important given the growth of Indonesia's tourism sector and the important role of social media in the marketing strategy of online travel agents (OTAs). The results showed that social media marketing has a significant influence on brand equity, brand trust, and brand loyalty. In addition, the factor that needs to be considered is brand trust because it has the greatest influence than other variables, which indicates that consumers' trust in the brand affects their perception of value and their desire to remain loyal to the brand. The benefits of this research include theoretical contributions in the field of management, especially in the aspects of social media marketing, brand trust, brand equity, and brand loyalty, as well as practical benefits for academics and companies in planning marketing strategies and business development.

Abstract

This study addresses the limited recognition of earthworm farming and the lack of detailed financial record-keeping and feasibility analysis within the business. The research aims to evaluate the revenue and income of CV RAJ Organik and assess the financial feasibility of its earthworm agribusiness. Conducted in Sukun District, Malang City, from February to April 2024, the study involved the business owner and financial manager, who provided insights into the company’s financial operations. The analysis employed includes revenue and income evaluation, followed by a financial feasibility assessment using Net B/C, NPV, IRR, and PP criteria. The results indicate that earthworm farming is profitable, with the financial analysis confirming the business's viability. The study recommends that the company maintain its financial management practices, as they meet the necessary feasibility criteria, ensuring the long-term sustainability and success of the agribusiness.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a discharge planning instrument based on experiental learning theory. The Research method uses a Research and Development with interview, document reciew and observation. The results showed that the content standards were following SNARS but needed adjustments so that they were easily understood by healthworkers in implementation. The incomplete discharge planning documentation was because healthworkers lacks an understanding of the material that must be delivered. Interviews with health professionals (76%) nurses suggested guideline discharge planning, (65%) nurses recommended revision of instruments. Health education has been done by applying the experiental learning theory that involves the client and family, giving clients and families real experience and can apply it. Conclusion the instrument develope the adjustment of the items on the instrument at the beginning of the admission and when being treat as well as the addition of items when going to the discharge and the guideline in the form of application of educational material at each stage that can be use by healthworker so that discharge planning can be optimize. Abstract

Perpustakaan umum berfungsi sebagai pusat informasi dan pengetahuan bagi masyarakat, menyediakan akses terhadap koleksi buku, jurnal, dan sumber daya digital. Dalam Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Gowa, mahasiswa tidak hanya belajar tentang pengelolaan arsip tetapi juga tentang pentingnya perpustakaan sebagai lembaga yang mendukung pendidikan dan literasi masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai pengelolaan perpustakaan dan arsip. Aktivitas ini melibatkan mahasiswa dalam berbagai aspek operasional perpustakaan, termasuk pengelolaan koleksi, layanan kepada pemustaka, dan penyimpanan arsip.  Melalui pengalaman langsung, mahasiswa dapat mengaplikasikan teori yang telah dipelajari di bangku kuliah serta memahami tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan informasi. Selain itu, mahasiswa terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan sehari-hari perpustakaan, seperti penyelenggaraan program literasi dan layanan pemustaka, yang menekankan pentingnya interaksi antara petugas perpustakaan dan pengguna. Dengan demikian, PKL ini menjadi sarana penting bagi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan praktis dan memahami dinamika pengelolaan perpustakaan dalam konteks pelayanan publik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mahasiswa di ajarkan bagaimana cara memelihara koleksi dengan benar, seperti memperbaiki buku yang rusak, melakukan inventarisasi, dan menjaga agar koleksi tetap terorganisir. Pada aspek pengelolaan arsip, praktikan belajar metode pengarsipan manual dan digital, pengelompokan dokumen berdasarkan kategori, serta teknik preservasi untuk menjaga kondisi arsip.

Abstract

Counting board media is a tool to attract students' learning attention. With one of the supporting subjects, namely mathematics. However, learning math in elementary school (SD) is very feared by students and is considered difficult even though learning math is very easy when we already know the method. This study uses development research or research and development. In this study the number of subjects was 22 students. This media was developed using the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection was carried out by observation, validation questionnaire sheet, and student response questionnaire sheet. This research produces counting board media which is a real learning media and there are animated images. The data analysis technique was carried out by analyzing validity using a validation questionnaire sheet addressed to experts, and analyzing practicality using student response questionnaires. The results of data analysis of the development of counting board media in mathematics learning subjects conducted and developed by researchers are categorized as very valid from the validation questionnaire sheet with an average of 92%, the counting board media in mathematics learning subjects developed are categorized as very practical from the aspect of teacher response with an average of 88% and small group questionnaire sheets in trials with an average value of 89.5%. The counting board media in mathematics learning subjects developed was categorized as effective in the posttest test of students with an average of 86%. Based on the results of validation and trials, it is concluded that the counting board media in mathematics learning subjects is suitable for use in the learning process and can be an attractive alternative for students.

Abstract

Implementasi peramban khusus anak sebagai inovasi literasi digital merupakan salah satu pendekatan strategis dalam membangun kemampuan literasi digital sejak dini di lingkungan sekolah dasar. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan teknik edukasi khusus anak di SD Negeri 3 Kombo sebagai bentuk intervensi edukatif yang ramah anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus pada strategi pemanfaatan perangkat digital berbasis peramban yang menarik, asik, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan usia anak. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya menekankan pada penguasaan teknologi, tetapi juga pada pembentukan karakter digital melalui penggunaan media digital yang selektif dan bertanggung jawab. Peramban khusus anak dirancang dengan fitur kontrol konten, antarmuka sederhana, serta pengawasan yang memungkinkan guru dan orang tua memantau aktivitas daring siswa. Hasil dari pendekatan ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa menjadi lebih terbimbing dalam mengeksporasi sumber informasi digital, sementara guru terbantu dalam mengelola aktivitas pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Selain itu, tercipta lingkungan digital yang lebih aman dan kondusif bagi siswa sekolah dasar. Dengan demikian, implementasi peramban khusus anak terbukti efektif sebagai inovasi dalam meningkatkan literasi digital dan sebagai solusi praktis menghadapi tantangan pembelajaran di era digital.

Abstract

Hypertension is one of the leading Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) causing cardiovascular complications in Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of hypertension management through early detection, health education, and hypertension exercise interventions. A pre-experimental design was used with a community nursing care approach. The intervention included early detection and hypertension education for 55 residents, as well as hypertension exercise involving 15 residents, with blood pressure measured before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed using bivariate analysis. Results showed that early detection identified a prevalence of 49.1% of respondents as severely overweight, 29.1% with grade 2 hypertension, and 9.1% with blood glucose levels >200 mg/dL. Unhealthy lifestyle habits included high sodium intake (69.1%), sugar (60%), fat (45.5%), while only 25.5% consumed vegetables and fruits adequately, 52.7% had low physical activity, and 10.9% were smokers. Hypertension education significantly increased knowledge scores from 5.33 to 7.69 (p = 0.000), and hypertension exercise significantly reduced systolic blood pressure from 129.47 mmHg to 122.73 mmHg (p = 0.000), and diastolic pressure from 83.53 mmHg to 81.13 mmHg (p = 0.027). Hypertension management through early detection, education, and exercise proved effective in increasing knowledge and reducing blood pressure among residents.
