Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload and compensation on work stress at PT. Mighty Puja. The things raised in this study are: a) how big is the influence of workload on work stress at PT. Puja Perkasa, b) how big is the influence of compensation on work stress at PT. Puja Perkasa, c) how big is the influence of workload and compensation on work stress at PT.Puja Perkasa. To determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable partially used t test and to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable simultaneously used ANOVA. The sample used in this study were 35 people who were saturated samples. The data collection methods used are literature study, documentation and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that with an alpha error degree of 0.05 through the -t test, it turns out that the workload variable significantly affects employee work stress, and compensation significantly affects employee work stress. Simultaneously through the ANOVA test, the two variables have a positive and significant effect on employee work stress.

Abstract

Household waste in RW 12, Jati Melati, Pondok Melati, Bekasi City if not managed properly will result in piles of garbage that pile up and cause unpleasant odor pollution. This problem can be overcome by the presence of the Kemuning Waste Bank in the local environment. The impact of the waste bank, household waste can be reduced because some of the waste is deposited into the waste bank and provides economic value for the depositor. However, there is a problem faced by the Kemuning Waste Bank, namely in terms of recording customer data which is still done manually because it does not have technological devices that support digital recording. This makes it difficult for officers to recapitulate customer data reports, present information on the amount of waste obtained based on the category and type of waste, and calculate customer savings payments when due. This activity uses the method of designing a data input system, socialization, training and mentoring. The results of Community Service Activities show that officers have the competence to input, process and present data on the same day as the day of deposit and weighing customer waste.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Shopeepay e-wallet on online shopping applications and pocket money on the saving behavior of students at SMK Negeri 25 Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach, and the sample used is 65 students who use Shopeepay e-wallet from the population of 11th grade students majoring in AKL, MPLB, and BDP in the 2024/2025 academic year. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaire answers and secondary data. All of this is done with SPSS 23 calculations, that there is a significant partial effect of the use of e-wallet on online shopping applications on students' saving behavior can be seen from the calculated t of 3.642> and the t table is 1.999. Pocket money has a significant effect on students' saving behavior, this is indicated by the results of the t test where the calculated t is 5.984> and the t table is 1.999. Based on the results of the SPSS 23 output, the results of the study on the effect of using the Shopeepay e-wallet on online shopping applications and pocket money on students' saving behavior simultaneously have a significant impact, as shown by the results of the F test with a calculated F value > F table (48.762 > 3.14). The independent variables in this study can explain the dependent variable by 61.1% and the rest is influenced by other components not included in the study.
