Abstract

The goal of this study is to investigate preschool teachers' roles in contributing towards the Imaginative Free-Play activities in the preschool curriculum learning activities, to explore and comprehend preschool teachers' roles in the concept of creative teaching, and to comprehend preschool teachers' roles in Imaginative Free-Play activities in order to improve preschool children's learning and development processes. This exploratory study adopted a qualitative method of inquiry to provide an in-depth understanding of the area being investigated. Interviews and observations of four preschool teachers, who were purposefully selected from a private preschool, were used to collect data. Findings revealed that all the preschool teachers in this study expressed their views that preschool teachers played multi-character roles in conducting Imaginative Free-Play activities, and it is regarded as fundamental to the child's learning and development to be creative. All the teachers also foster creative ideas to stimulate children’s ideas during the teaching and learning process. Therefore, preschool teachers play a few important roles in order for children to think and act creatively while also being problem solvers.

Abstract

The Anak Dalam tribe is an underdeveloped/primitive ethnic group living in Jambi province, spread across Muaro Bungo, Tebo, Merangin, Sarolangun and Batanghari. The purpose of this paper is to see and understand the development of education in the tribe. The research method used is through a qualitative approach with a library research data collection method using sinta indexed journal sources with the last 10 years of publication, and several books that researchers have as primary data in this study. The results obtained are the government issued a nine-year compulsory education policy and specifically for Suku Anak Dalam, informal education is carried out as character education, reading, writing, counting education and counseling on the importance of education. With this, it can build the social status of the Suku Anak Dalam which can be observed that they have dared to interact with the wider community, so that the Suku Anak Dalam are not classified as a disadvantaged group anymore.

Abstract

Adolescence is often characterized by various challenges and obstacles that can have a negative impact. In an increasingly complex educational context, resilience or the ability to bounce back and adapt to change becomes very important for students. Guidance and counseling teachers play an important role in helping students develop this resilience. One strategy that can be used is cognitive restructuring techniques, which aim to change negative thought patterns into more positive and adaptive ones. By applying this technique, students can better overcome feelings of hopelessness, anxiety, and inability to face problems. This article provides insight and guidance for guidance and counseling teachers in implementing cognitive restructuring techniques to increase student resilience.

Abstract

This research investigates the management of child care from the perspective of the Book of Ihya' 'Ulūm al-Dīn in Malaysia. Against the backdrop of a country rich in Islamic heritage and cultural diversity, this study explores the relevance of the concepts in the Book of Ihya' 'Ulūm al-Dīn in the context of childcare in Malaysia. The library research research method is used to collect, evaluate and analyze related literature, including relevant primary and secondary sources. The results of the analysis show that concepts such as religious education, character formation, and the development of moral values in the Book of Ihya' 'Ulūm al-Dīn have a strong suitability to the life of Malaysian society. This research also highlights the important role of parents, teachers and society in implementing Islamic principles in child care management practices. The implications of the findings of this research include the need to integrate the values of the Book of Ihya' 'Ulūm al-Dīn in educational policies and community development programs to form a generation with noble and responsible morals. In conclusion, this research provides an in-depth understanding of the contribution of Islamic teachings in the management of child care in Malaysia and paves the way for further research in understanding the practical application of these values in society.

Abstract

This article aims to elucidate the interconnection between ethical politics and the resurgence of Islamic doctrine in Indonesia, which serves as the foundation for the enduring tradition of Islamic doctrine. The development of Islam in Indonesia is seldom connected to the history of colonialism. Nevertheless, numerous transformations in Islamic thought and teaching occurred in close proximity to the implementation of ethical policies in the late colonial era. This study employs a qualitative methodology with a historical anthropological perspective. The research data is derived exclusively from historical literature and is analysed in accordance with Foucault's theory of power relations. The study concludes that ethical politics exerts an indirect influence on the resurgence of Islamic teachings. The aversion to all things European among Islamic circles has resulted in the importation of comprehensive Islamic teachings from the Middle East as a foundation for the evolution of Islamic teachings in Indonesia. This article posits that colonial ethics played a role in the resurgence of Muslim intellectuals and reinforced the standing of Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Sehat secara fisik, psikologis, dan sosial, merupakan tujuan dari pendidikan di sekolah maupun dirumah agar remaja kita Sehat secara psikologis, yaitu mempunyai integrasi yang kuat antara nilai, sikap dan perilaku, memiliki pengetahuan atau informasi yang benar tentang seksualitas manusia, tidak terjadi pemaksaan seksual dan tekanan seksual. Dan sehat secara sosial, adalah perilaku seksual yang dapat diterima oleh masyarakat umum, tidak melanggar norma-norma masyarakat, mampu mempertahankan diri dari tekanan teman atau pacar yang mengarah pada perilaku seksual tidak sehat. Dari beberapa pendekatan dan teknik konseling. Pendekatan CBT dengan Teknik Bibliotrherapy merupakan salah satu intervensi yang jelas dan mudah untuk diakses dalam mengembangkan perilaku seksual sehat, hal ini di dukung dengan perkembangan terbaru, bibliotherapy lebih focus kepada meningkatkan keterampilan sosial, perilaku yang positif dan efektif, serta meningkatkan kemampuan remaja untuk mengatasi masalahnya. Sebagai salah satu teknik yang berasal dari cognitive behavior therapy, bibliotherapy melibatkan berbagai metode dalam prosesnya. Metode yang dimaksud adalah membaca buku, mendengarkan dan menonton film. Metode yang disajikan berkaitan dengan bagaimana remaja dapat mengembangkan perilaku seksual sehat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali hubungan antara kematangan diri dengan pilihan karir siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan. Kematangan diri merupakan faktor penting dalam pengambilan keputusan karir yang tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur, dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber yang relevan seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan laporan penelitian terkait. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana kematangan diri mempengaruhi pilihan karir siswa.

Abstract

Dewasa ini banyak ditemukan siswa yang sering berpindah jurusan karena mengikuti teman-temannya dalam memilih jurusan. Sehingga siswa menjadi bingung dalam merencanakan karirnya. Perencanaan karir merupakan suatu proses lingkungan yang menghubungkan berbagai aspek, antara lain preferensi terhadap jurusan dan rasa percaya diri. Minat terhadap jurusan merupakan ketertarikan seseorang terhadap suatu bidang penelitian atau pekerjaan tertentu. Rasa percaya diri merupakan keyakinan seseorang terhadap kemampuannya dalam mencapai cita-citanya. Aspek yang mempengaruhi perencanaan karir siswa adalah aspek internal dan aspek eksternal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara minat terhadap jurusan dengan perencanaan karir. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka. Minat terhadap jurusan merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi perencanaan karir siswa SMK. Siswa yang berminat terhadap jurusan yang dipilihnya akan lebih termotivasi dalam merencanakan karirnya dan mencapai cita-cita karirnya. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi siswa untuk mengenali minat dan bakatnya sebelum memilih jurusan di SMK.

Abstract

Masa remaja ialah sesuatu fase dalam ekspedisi hidup manusia yang menandai transisi dari masa anak- anak mengarah berusia. Ada pula aspek yang pengaruhi keyakinan diri merupakan konsep diri serta. Seorang yang mempunyai pemikiran yang positif tentang dirinya, hingga hendak bisa merealisasikan seluruh keahlian yang dimilikinya secara optimal. Tujuan riset ini merupakan buat mengenali ikatan konsep diri dengan keyakinan diri pesertadidik Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Dhuafa Padang. Riset ini ialah riset korelasi dengan memakai metode analisis revew literatur. Tinjauan literatur ini mempraktikkan tata cara analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber rujukan yang digunakan mencakup postingan, novel, serta data dari media teknologi serta komunikasi yang relevan dengan topik yang lagi dibahas. Lewat tinjauan literatur ini, dicoba proses analisis, sintesis, ringkasan, serta perbandingan antar literatur yang terdapat. Bersumber pada hasil riset ini membuktikan kalau ada ikatan yang signifikan antara body image serta konsep diri terhadap keyakinan diri partisipan didik gadis.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly exacerbated stress levels, particularly among working women in Malaysia, who faced increased domestic and professional responsibilities during the crisis. This study explores the effectiveness of Expressive Art Therapy in managing pandemic-induced stress among this demographic. Through qualitative research involving in-depth interviews with 30 participants, the study investigates how Expressive Art Therapy has been utilized to alleviate emotional and psychological strain. The findings reveal that engaging in activities such as painting, drawing, and dance allows these women to articulate emotions nonverbally, fostering a therapeutic release and promoting mental health resilience. This therapeutic approach has proven beneficial in enhancing emotional well-being, offering an innovative outlet for stress management, and improving overall life satisfaction among participants. The research underscores the potential of Expressive Art Therapy to serve as a valuable tool in occupational stress management strategies, particularly in times of crisis. However, the study acknowledges limitations, including the sample size and the specific focus on women who have opted for this therapy, potentially skewing broader applicability. Future research is recommended to explore Expressive Art Therapy's efficacy in broader demographic settings and to examine its long-term psychological benefits. This study highlights the need for policy enhancements to integrate creative therapies into workplace mental health programs, thus supporting gender-specific mental health needs during unprecedented times.
