Abstract

Introduction: DKI Jakarta Province still ranks first for the highest number of Covid-19 cases, namely 73,736 cases (25.7%). RSUD X Jakarta is one of the Covid-19 referral hospitals. With the continued high number of Covid-19 cases, health workers on the front line are vulnerable to experiencing conditions of stress and anxiety. Objectives: This research aims to determine the influence of workload, comorbidities, availability of PPE, resilience, and community stigma on the anxiety level of health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods: This is quantitative research using analytical descriptive methods with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling process was carried out using proportional random sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria with 140 samples. The questionnaire uses a Semantic differential scale. Anxiety was measured using the Indonesian version of the GAD-7 (Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7) questionnaire. Research design using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) via PLS (Partial Least Square). Results: The anxiety level of health workers is influenced by public stigma by 14.74%, workload by 0.58%, availability of PPE by 2.86%, comorbidities by 0.78%, and resilience by 0.11%. The model was able to explain 65.6% of data variability, while 34.4% was explained by other variables not studied in this study. Conclusion: There are direct and indirect influences as well as the magnitude of workload, comorbidities, availability of PPE, resilience, and community stigma on the level of anxiety of health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic at the X Jakarta Regional General Hospital in 2021.

Abstract

Economic recovery since the Covid-19 pandemic must be carried out, the MSME sector has become the focus of researchers in research. Because MSMEs do not require large capital to start a business, it will be easier for people to start. South Jakarta is a good market share for MSMEs, apart from being densely populated, culinary consumption has great potential. Knowledge of marketing strategies makes MSMEs have to compete fiercely, brand equity and service quality are fundamental in how they make customers buy their products again, which has implications for customer loyalty. This research will be oriented towards the development of MSMEs in the South Jakarta area, in collaboration with the National Development University (UPN). TKT in this research is oriented towards the use of information technology that is developing in society, in this case the use of online must be emphasized by MSME players to increase knowledge that will support their business. Researchers will ensure that MSME players will utilize technology to increase customer loyalty in their restaurants. 105 respondents will be the sample in the research which will then be processed using statistical applications with Smart PLS with the SEM method. The results show that high service quality contributes to customer satisfaction, which in turn has a positive effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to know the types of errors committed by students with high initial mathematical abilities and low initial mathematical abilities in solving TIMSS-based geometric questions for the cognitive domain of applying and reasoning. The type of this research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The research subjects as many as 2 people with of 1 people with early mathematical abilities and 1 people with low initial mathematical abilities from class VIII SMP. The research instrument consists of a TIMSS-based mathematical test devoted to the geometry content of the cognitive domain application and reasoning and interview guidelines. The difficulties analyzed were categorized using the Newman error category. The results of this research showed that: (1) For thecategory of applying , students with high initial mathematical abilities did not have errors, while students with low mathematical abilities had types of transformation errors, process skills, and encoding. (2) For the category of reasoning, the errors type of the students with high initial mathematical abilities are transformation, process skills, and encoding while students with low mathematical abilities had comprehension, transformation, process skills, and encoding errors.

Abstract

This article discusses the transformation of the concept of jihad in Islam through a historical approach, from the religious struggle that is integral in Islamic history to a narrowed interpretation that often leads to violence and terrorism. The main aim of this research is to provide an in-depth and systematic understanding of jihad, as well as how this concept has changed over time. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, where the authors analyze data from various library sources, including books, journals, and articles related to jihad. Using a historical approach, the authors explore how the meaning and practice of jihad has changed over time, thereby providing a deeper context regarding the development of the concept of jihad in Islamic history. The results obtained show that jihad actually has broader and more complex dimensions than is often perceived in the conrext of violence. This research also highlights the importance of religious education and interfaith dialogue to bulid a better understanding of jihad in the modern era. For further research, it is recommended that a more in-depth study be conducted on the application of jihad values in the current social and political context, as well as identifying ways to educate the public about the true meaning of jihad as as struggle for good.

Abstract

Physics experiments play a crucial role in fostering student engagement, serving as a foundation for active learning and critical skill development. Experiments provide hands-on experiences that help students develop problem-solving abilities, scientific reasoning, and collaborative skills. Understanding the trends in experimental physics publications for teaching is essential to assess how this field evolves and to identify research gaps. This study examines the publication trends of experimental physics research for teaching over the past decade (2015–2024) by analyzing 2352 articles from prominent journals, including Physics Education, The Physics Teacher, European Journal of Physics, and American Journal of Physics. The results highlight notable peaks in publication during key periods, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, which accelerated innovation in virtual and remote experimental setups. Mechanics emerged as the most frequently researched topic, while thermodynamics and modern physics were underrepresented, suggesting significant research gaps. The analysis also identifies the transformative potential of technological advancements like smartphone-based tools and augmented reality, which have significantly enhanced teaching methodologies. This study underscores the need for collaborative efforts among researchers, educators, and policymakers to develop accessible, scalable, and innovative experimental approaches.
