Abstract

The pattern of consumer behavior in today's society has shifted especially financial background. This study examines the impact of financial literacy and financial behavior on investment decisions with qualitative methods and uses a descriptive, comprehensive way of static analysis. Questionnaire techniques obtained the primary data on 100 respondents, millennials aged 18-39. The data is analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SmartPLS. All data Instruments will be tested using validation and reliability testing. The results show that financial literacy and financial behavior significantly positively impacted millennial investment decisions. Millennials need to increase confidence in understanding financial literacy and financial behavior in determining investment decisions.Keywords: Financial behavior, financial literacy, investment decisions

Abstract

Keberadaan produk dengan merek private label menjadi prioritas tersendiri bagi para ritailer, karena selain dapat membantu untuk meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan dan penjualan di toko, juga dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggannya.  Perkembangan private label yang sangat pesat dapat terlihat dari semakin banyaknya jenis produk private label yang dipasarkan. Namun perkembangan penjualan produk-produk private label di Toko Alfamidi masih belum memuaskan dan cenderung stagnan perkembangannya secara nasional. Kondisi masih rendahnya tingkat konsumsi produk private label Alfamidi, padahal perusahaan telah melakukan pendekatan dengan berbagai aktivitas promosi. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan model niat pembelian kembali dan mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas, loyalitas merek terhadap niat pembelian kembali produk private label. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan datanya survey penyebaran kuisioner pada 100 responden di lokasi penelitian Toko Alfamidi di Kota Tangerang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan antara kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas, loyalitas merek terhadap niat pembelian kembali produk private label.

Abstract

Sharia mortgage financing at PT Bank Permata Syariah Business Unit. Targets and achievements of Sharia KPR financing up to August 2018 there is a high enough gap because of not achieving the target. In addition, the ranking of Bank Permata Syariah which is still far below shows that the contribution of mortgage financing has not been high. This is caused by many factors including the financing process and product quality that still needs to be improved so that it affects the Buying decisions and also the repurchase of Bank Permata Syariah mortgage financing . This study aims to determine the effect of process and product quality on Buying and repurchase decisions. The design of this study was explanatory.The sampling technique in this study was the Bank Permata Syariah customers in the South Tangerang Region and filled out the questionnaire using the accidental sampling method but still fulfilled the specified criteria. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with a total population of 150 Permata Bank customers in the South Tangerang Region. By using the Slovin formula, a sample of 100 customers is obtained, the defined margin of error is 10% or 0.10. Quantitative analysis method with SEM analysis tools and Smart PLS and SPSS tools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how product quality, price, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and how much influence the product quality, price, on customer satisfaction has implications for customer loyalty. This study is a census, the number of objects in the population with 100 respondents. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. Data analysis techniques used are correlation analysis techniques and SEM (structural equation model) analysis techniques. Correlation analysis techniques to determine the relationship between variables, while SEM analysis techniques to determine how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. The software used to process and analyze data from this study is Smart PLS version 3.0.

Abstract

The food industry is quite promising for businesses both large and small businesses, quality of service is an aspect that is often used by the business field of food and beverage, related to quality of service, must often associated more with the quality of products, it is thus an aspect that should considered by the company to get customer satisfaction and repurchase interest . This research will be more in-depth about mobile restaurants, or food trucks, because they are much in demand by novice entrepreneurs and are in great demand by fast food customers. This research is a quantitative study conducted to examine the effect of service quality and product quality from food trucks that affect customer satisfaction and repurchase interest by food truck customers. It took 120 respondents in the study who were randomly selected to answer the questionnaire.

Abstract

Usaha kecil mikro dan menengah menjadi andalan bagi Sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia, di dalam peneltian ini khususnya UMKM yang bergerak pada bidang tanaman hias, yang mulai buming pada tahun 2020, dengan banyaknya persaingan yang terjadi pelaku UMKM tanaman hias harus lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam menentukan strategi dagang. Peneliti ingin berkontribusi dalam menentukan startegi tersebut, dengan memilih variabel promosi dan kualitas pelayanan yang akan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, peneliti memilikih 100 pelanggan sebagai responden, hasil menunjukan adnaya pengaruh yang diberikan kedua variabel independen promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian, yang menyatakan bahwa, jika pelaku umkm meningkatkan strategi promosi dan kualitas pelayanan akan berdampak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how price, service quality, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and how much influence, price, service quality on customer satisfaction which has implications for customer loyalty. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were taken by simple random sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was carried out with the help of the SEM program from Smart PLS 3.0. Besides, this research also proves that the price variable will affect customer satisfaction, then the price will also affect customer loyalty, as well as service quality affects customer satisfaction and will also affect customer loyalty. and also the mediating variable of customer satisfaction which will affect customer loyalty. Abstract

Economic growth and the growth of restaurant activities is very rapid, will affect many aspects of the economy, the need for staples, and other needs make distribution of merchandise will be increasingly busy. Business people will create strategies to complement the needs of the community or consumers. Nowadays, restaurant business is a solution for entrepreneurs, because the busyness of the community will make them prefer the meaning of fast food. Consumers will see the quality of products from the retail store they will buy, as well as the quality of service, whether the brand image displayed by fast food restaurants is in accordance with customer satisfaction. Abstract

The digital era brings humanity into life easier, even in ordering food or drinks in the modern era is very easy. Because it is supported by sophisticated technology, it will support a more aggressive economy.
