Abstract

Abstract The Impact of Service Quality, Price and Location on Customer Satisfaction at Wisma Jampea Makassar Lodging This research rigorously aimed to investigate the current customer satisfaction at Wisma Jampea customers. The variables used consisted of service quality (X1), price (X2), location (X3), and Customer Satisfaction (Y). Further, this study included 53 respondents as samples and conducted quantitative research using primary data. Thus, this research collected the data from questionnaires. The population of this study involved 53 Visitors then performed survey method as sampling techniques. Afterwards, this research applied analytical methods including validity tests, data reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroskedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous influence tests (F tests), partial influence tests (t) and R2 simultaneous determination tests. Therefore, the results showed that: (1) Service Quality indicated a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction at Wisma Jampea Makassar Lodging; (2) price reported a non-positive effect on Customer Satisfaction at Wisma Jampea Makassar Lodging; (3) location found a positive impact on Customer Satisfaction at Wisma Jampea Makassar Lodging. Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence employee performance. These factors consist of competence, integrity, excellent service, and intellectuality. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from respondents using a questionnaire of 50 respondents with the Likert scale calculation method. The respondents selected in this study were BCA customers in Makassar City. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS analysis tool by first transforming from ordinal numbers to interval numbers through the Successive Interval Method (MSI). Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results obtained are that partially the competence and excellent service variables have a positive and significant effect while the integrity and intellectuality variables do not have a significant effect on employee performance. It can be said that in this study there are two variables, namely competence and excellent service, which have a significant influence together on employee performance variables with a percentage level of 65%, while the remaining 35% is influenced by other variables. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk: Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Inflasi terhadap Return Saham pada Perusahaan Pembiayaan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Mengetahui pengaruh Tingkat Suku Bunga terhadap Return Saham pada Perusahaan Pembiayaan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Leverage terhadap Return Saham pada Perusahaan Pembiayaan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdapat 19 populasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 7 sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah jenis data kuantitatif  berupa data sekunder. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25. Variabel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel yaitu variabel dependen dan variabel independen. Variabel dependen (Y) dari penelitian ini adalah return saham. Variabel independen (X) berupa inflasi, tingkat suku bunga dan leverage. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Inflasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap return saham dan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. Tingkat Suku Bunga secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap return saham dan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. Leverage secara simultan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap return saham dan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure, Dividend Policy and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) on Company Value in Construction Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2022 Period. The Independent Variables used in this study are the Capital Structure Ratio, Dividend Policy and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS). While the dependent variable is Company Value. The sample in this study is a Construction Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which was selected based on certain criteria using the Purposive Sampling Method. The research method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and t-test processed with SPSS with data sources, namely secondary data in the form of annual reports of Construction Companies obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Capital structure proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) proxied by Earning Per Share have a positive and significant effect on company value as measured by Price Book Value (PBV) 2. Capital structure proxied by Debt to Asset Ratio has a negative and significant effect on company value as measured by Price Book Value (PBV) 3. Capital structure proxied by Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) proxied by Market to Book Value of Asset Ratio and Capital Expenditures to Book Value of Assets have a negative and insignificant effect on company value as measured by Price Book Value (PBV) 4. Dividend policy proxied by Dividend Yield and Dividend Payout Ratio and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) proxied by Capital Expenditures to Market Value of Asset. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor kepemimpinan, kepribadian, kemampuan diri, pemberdayaan, motivasi kerja, dan kerja tim terhadap agilitas polisi wanita (polwan) di Polres Luwu Timur. Agilitas dalam konteks ini mencakup kemampuan individu untuk berpikir cepat, beradaptasi, dan merespons perubahan serta tantangan di lingkungan kerja kepolisian yang dinamis dan sering kali didominasi oleh budaya maskulin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui program Smart-PLS. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi polwan di Polres Luwu Timur yang berjumlah 44 orang. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, semua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap agilitas polwan. Secara simultan, faktor-faktor tersebut berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan agilitas individu. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya dukungan kepemimpinan yang inklusif, pemberdayaan, pengembangan diri, dan kerja tim dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memungkinkan polwan untuk tampil optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam pengembangan literatur tentang agilitas di sektor publik dan rekomendasi praktis bagi institusi kepolisian dalam merancang kebijakan berbasis gender yang mendukung profesionalisme dan efektivitas kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment, and compensation on employee performance at cafes in Makassar, and to determine which of these variables has the most dominant effect on employee performance. This research was conducted at several cafes located in the city of Makassar. The population consisted of 4,800 actively registered cafe employees across 807 cafes. Using Slovin's formula, a total sample of 98 respondents was obtained. Data analysis employed descriptive statistics to explain research data, while quantitative analysis used Multiple Linear Regression as the analytical tool.The results show that leadership style, work environment, and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of cafe employees in Makassar. However, partially, leadership style has a negative and significant effect, indicating a mismatch between the leadership style applied and the expectations of employees. In contrast, work environment and compensation have a positive and significant effect, with the work environment being the most dominant variable. This finding emphasizes that the quality of workplace atmosphere, interpersonal relationships, physical comfort, and psychological aspects significantly contribute to improving performance, particularly in the service industry such as cafes, which rely heavily on direct interaction and a young workforce.   Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Environment, Compensation, and Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan saham, faktor intern dan ekstern terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan struktur modal sebagai variabel mediasi.Kebaruan penelitian ini adalah integrasi empat teori utama keuangan modern (agency theory, trade-off theory, pecking order theory, dan signaling theory) untuk menjelaskan peran struktur modal sebagai mediator, yang jarang diuji secara komprehensif dalam kajian literatur sistematis.Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan systematic literature review (SLR) terhadap studi empiris periode 2020–2024, dengan teknik analisis deskriptif-komparatif untuk mengidentifikasi pola hubungan, konsistensi, kontradiksi, dan riset gap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional lebih efektif sebagai mekanisme pengawasan dibanding kepemilikan manajerial. Faktor internal, terutama profitabilitas, konsisten meningkatkan nilai perusahaan, sementara variabel lain seperti likuiditas, leverage dan ukuran perusahaan memberikan hasil beragam antar sektor. Faktor eksternal seperti inflasi dan suku bunga berpengaruh pada struktur modal dan nilai perusahaan, meskipun dampaknya berbeda tergantung kondisi industri. Struktur modal terbukti berperan ganda: leverage optimal meningkatkan nilai perusahaan, sementara utang yang terlalu tinggi menurunkan kepercayaan investor. Penelitian ini terbatas pada literatur periode 2020–2024, sehingga generalisasi hasil masih terbatas. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi manajer untuk menjaga profitabilitas, menyeimbangkan struktur modal, serta memperkuat kepemilikan institusional, dan bagi investor dalam memprioritaskan profitabilitas serta mempertimbangkan leverage optimal dalam pengambilan keputusan. Kata kunci: kepemilikan saham, faktor internal, faktor eksternal, struktur modal, nilai perusahaan
