Abstract

This article focuses on how financial management in educational institutions can be implemented. Management includes everything related to administrative control or management. In addition, this article discusses the different types of school finance management that are crucial to achieving educational goals and improving the quality of education. One way to improve the quality of education is by knowing the national education standards that apply in Indonesia. To ensure that educational institutions succeed, madrasah financial management must be handled seriously and responsibly. This will prevent undesirable outcomes and improve the quality of education

Abstract

Abstrak Integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan tidak selalu berjalan mulus, terutama di lingkungan madrasah yang harus menjaga keseimbangan antara pendidikan umum dan nilai-nilai keislaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi strategi optimalisasi kepemimpinan guru di MTsN 1 Padang Pariaman dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran Islam di era revolusi industri 5.0 dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan guru madrasah, kepala madrasah, dan peserta didik serta observasi secara langsung di kelas selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) MTsN 1 Padang Pariaman secara aktif mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran dan melaksanakan pelatihan profesional bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. (2) Meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti infrastruktur terbatas dan kesenjangan digital, teknologi telah meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan peserta didik. (3) Kepemimpinan guru berperan penting dalam mengatasi hambatan dan mendorong penggunaan teknologi, sementara dukungan pimpinan madrasah dan kebijakan yang fleksibel memfasilitasi keberhasilan integrasi. (4) Pelatihan yang terfokus pada keterampilan digital dan pedagogis telah memperbaiki efektivitas pembelajaran. Upaya ini menunjukkan komitmen madrasah untuk beradaptasi dengan era digital, dengan harapan bahwa pengembangan profesional dan akses yang merata akan memperkuat kualitas pendidikan dan mempersiapkan peserta didik untuk masa depan.   Abstract The integration of technology in education does not always run smoothly, especially in madrasah environments which must maintain a balance between general education and Islamic values. This research aims to identify strategies for optimizing teacher leadership at MTsN 1 Padang Pariaman in an effort to improve the quality of Islamic learning in the era of the industrial revolution 5.0 using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews with madrasa teachers, madrasa heads and students as well as direct observations in the classroom during the learning process. Data collection techniques use techniques snowball sampling. The research results show that (1) MTsN 1 Padang Pariaman actively integrates technology in learning and carries out professional training for teachers to improve the quality of education. (2) Despite facing challenges such as limited infrastructure and the digital divide, technology has increased student motivation and engagement. (3) Teacher leadership plays an important role in overcoming barriers and encouraging the use of technology, while madrasa leadership support and flexible policies facilitate successful integration. (4) Training focused on digital and pedagogical skills has improved learning effectiveness. This effort shows the madrasa's commitment to adapting to the digital era, with the hope that professional development and equitable access will strengthen the quality of education and prepare students for the future.

Abstract

The educational institutions at the moment are controlled in the financial management of schools in the educational institution. Therefore, in an educational institution it is very important to implement a system of guarantees in the financial management of the school so that the educational institutions can manage their finances effectively and effectively. The aim of this research is to look at the system of funding in the school's financial management in SMAN 5. This research uses qualitative methodology, in particular using descriptive analysis and type of research case studies in the field. This research focuses on the theme of school education. Research findings suggest that budgetary planning has been proven effective by the existence of accurate manual accounting evidence and financial management carried out with the principles of openness and public accountability. Financial management at SMAN 5 Payakrasuh has successfully adopted the concept of openness and accountability in its internal reporting. It has been found that 85% of the money has been spent according to the planned.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek di SMAN 5 Payakumbuh sebagai upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis implementasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project-Based Learning) dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMAN 5 Payakumbuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Project-Based Learning (PBL) di SMAN 5 Payakumbuh menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu, variasi keterampilan guru, fasilitas yang kurang memadai, dan dukungan orang tua yang terbatas. Meskipun demikian, PBL efektif meningkatkan prestasi akademik, keterampilan sosial, dan motivasi siswa. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, sekolah perlu meningkatkan pelatihan guru, menyediakan fasilitas yang lebih baik, dan memperkuat komunikasi dengan orang tua. Strategi untuk mendukung PBL meliputi peningkatan kompetensi guru, kolaborasi antar-guru, penyesuaian kurikulum, dan dukungan moral dari manajemen sekolah. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, PBL dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendalam dan mendukung keterampilan abad ke-21 siswa.
