<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti mengenai tafsir, yang merupakan proses pengungkapan lafazh Al-Qur’an, atau sebuah produk dari keilmuan seorang mufassir. Metode penelitian ini melalui studi pustaka dengan pendekatan analisis data. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini meliputi pengertian tafsir secara bahasa dan istilah, periode penafsiran Al-Qur’an, metode penafsiran Al-Qur’an, pengertian pendidikan Islam, dan relevansi tafsir Al-Qur’an dan pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tafsir sebagai intisari ialah menjelaskan makna lafazh-lafazh yang ada dalam al-quran, yang mampu menerangkan maksud dan tujuan al-quran sehingga bisa difahami dan diamalkan isinya. Dan intisari tafsir adalah merupakan sebuah proses dari masa ke masa dalam menerapkan isi Al-Qur’an dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dan tafsir yang sebenarnya akan senantiasa terbarukan dengan hadirnya disiplin ilmu pengetahuan agar melahirkan karya tafsir yang baik. Penelitian ini diharapkan memiliki manfaat besar bagi penggemar kajian Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini hanya menerangkan topik terkait konsep Tafsir Al-Qur’an dan relevansinya terhadap pendidikan Islam. Lalu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar dapat melahirkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang konsep Tafsir Al-Qur’an melalui kajian komprehensif perspektif ilmuwan yang berkiblat pada literatur tafsir Al-Qur’an secara rinci.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between SMPN 5 Payakumbuh's Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) and students' overall character. The correlation quantitative method was used in this study. The information is gathered through the use of questionnaires with a Likert scale. Students from eighth grade at SMPN 5 Payakumbuh made up the 66-person sample size for this study. Spearman's correlation analysis was used to study the data. Using SPSS 22, we determined that the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) had no influence on students' personalities at SMPN 5 Payakumbuh. After calculating through SPSS 22, the results show that these two variables have no relationship by looking at Sig. between the two variables which is 0.960 (not correlated) because it is greater than alpha 0.05. The value of the Correlation Coefficient between the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) and Student Character is +0.009. When the Correlation Coefficient is preceded by a positive sign, it means that the relationship between the two variables is a positive one. Because the correlation between X and Y is so low and has a positive shape, we can conclude that there is no relationship between them. As a result, a higher Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) score indicates a higher quality of character among students.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by technological developments and educational institutions must further improve their human resource management. Human Resource Management plays an important role in improving the quality of institutional education, especially Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN). Researchers used descriptive qualitative methodology and the type of research was a case study in the field. To optimize the results, the researchers collected data through observations, interviews, and analysis of relevant documents. The research findings show that human resource management plays an important role in MAN 1 Pariaman City. This is evident from the significant beneficial effects resulting from its implementation. In addition, human resource management at MAN 1 Kota Pariaman is conducted through the application of various management functions, including planning, procurement, construction and development, promotion and transfer, dismissal, compensation, and staff evaluation. MAN 1 Pariaman City implements many strategies to improve human resource productivity. These strategies include providing continuous training and development programs, offering incentives and rewards, and ensuring proper construction and monitoring.]]>

<![CDATA[This research emphasizes the importance of teachers' professional skills to improve students' critical thinking skills, especially in the 21st century, where these skills are crucial. This study used a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. The purpose of this study is to see how the application of PAI teachers' professional competence in helping students improve their critical thinking. The results of this study show that teachers' professional competence has a significant impact on improving students' critical thinking skills. However, it was found that Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers still do not fully master the material. They also lack creativity in developing learning materials and rarely connect PAI materials with other sciences. Some teachers do not even use learning media at all because they do not have equipment such as projectors, so they use blackboards. Students can become bored and not understand the lesson if there is no learning media]]>

<![CDATA[Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan BTQ untuk santri rumah tahfizh fiisabilillah. Salah satu metode yang membantu dalam Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an (BTQ) adalah metode Card Sort. Metode Card Sort adalah metode dengan menggunakan kartu yang bervariasi yang nantinya akan diisi dengan huruf hijaiyyah beserta baris hurufnya. Hal ini dilakukan karena beberapa santri sering lupa dan kurang mampu menulis huruf hijaiyah yang telah diajarkan, serta mereka merasa jenuh dan bosan dengan pembelajaran yang menggunakan buku bacaan sehingga beberapa santri suka jalan-jalan, suka ngobrol, menggambar yang tidak sesuai dengan pembelajaran baca tulis Al-Qur’an. Pelaksanaan pelatihan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan PAR (Participatory Action Research) dan menggunakan tiga pilar utama yakni metodologi riset, dimensi aksi, dimensi partisipasi. Hasil dari penggunaan metode Card Sort ini, santri lebih mudah memahami dan mengingat setiap huruf hijaiyah beserta dengan baris bacaannya serta mampu menuliskan dan mengucapkan setiap huruf hijaiyah yang telah di jelaskan. Pelaksanaan pelatihan ini juga menghasilkan kualitas pemahaman dasar huruf hijaiyah yang bagus karna dalam prosesnya santri cenderung lebih fokus dalam mendengarkan dan memperhatikan arahan dari gurunya. Selain itu, santri lebih bersemangat dan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran Baca Tulis Alqur’an, karena media kartu hijaiyah yang digunakan sangat menarik dan berbeda dengan penggunaan buku bacaan. Pelatihan menggunakan metode ini bisa juga digunakan dan dilaksanakan oleh Rumah Tahfizh di tempat lainnya, karna metodenya sangat mudah di gunakan dan medianya sangat mudah di temukan.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyse the implementation of the independent curriculum in Islamic Religious Education learning. How are the stages in the implementation of the independent curriculum in Islamic Education learning at SMAN 1 2X11 Kayutanam. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data collection in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMAN 1 2X11 Kayutanam is carried out through 4 stages, namely: First, the stage of deepening the basic framework of the Independent Curriculum, where PAI teachers of SMAN 1 2X11 Kayutanam are actively involved in workshops and FGDs for the preparation of TP, ATP and learning modules. The stage of preparing documents, namely the Operational Curriculum for Education Units (KOSP), learning objectives (TP) and the flow of learning objectives (ATP), learning and assessment planning, and project planning to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). For PAI subjects, the PAI teacher team refers to the Formulation of Learning Outcomes phase E and sets a time allocation of 5 (five) lesson hours for PAI. In the learning implementation phase, PAI subjects consisting of 5 elements are presented with a regular approach with a time allocation of 5 hours per week. At the monitoring and evaluation stage, teachers refer to the learning objectives and then develop indicators of learning achievement based on the essential material.]]>

<![CDATA[This training aims to improve BTQ skills for students of the fiisabilillah tahfizh house. One method that helps in reading and writing the Qur'an (BTQ) is the Card Sort method. The Card Sort method is a method using a variety of cards that will later be filled with hijaiyyah letters and their letter lines. This is done because some students often forget and are less able to write hijaiyah letters that have been taught, and they feel bored and bored with learning using reading books so that some students like to walk around, chat, draw which is not in accordance with learning to read and write the Qur'an. The implementation of this training uses a qualitative method with a PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach and uses three main pillars namely research methodology, action dimension, participation dimension. The results of using the Card Sort method, students more easily understand and remember each hijaiyah letter along with the reading line and are able to write and pronounce each hijaiyah letters that has been explained. The implementation of this training also produces a good quality of basic understanding of hijaiyah letters because in the process students tend to be more focused in listening and paying attention to the direction of the teacher. In addition, students are more excited and active in the learning process of reading and writing the Alqur'an, because the hijaiyah card media used is very interesting and different from the use of reading books. Training using this method can also be used and implemented by Tahfizh Houses in other places, because the method is very easy to use and the media is very easy to find.]]>

<![CDATA[Guru PAI sekarang dituntut harus bisa menguasai digital dan mengkombinasikan metode dan media pembelajaran konvensional dengan modern untuk meningkatkan motivasi, pemahaman, dan keterlibatan siswa, serta menciptakan suasana belajar di SMPN 1 VII Koto Sungai Sariak dan banyak siswa mulai malas belajar dan suka menggunakan handphone dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang implementasi kepemimpinan guru pai meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui pemanfaatan teknologi di era digital di SMPN 1 VII Koto Sungai Sariak. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pendekatan studi kasus adalah alat yang kuat untuk menjelajahi situasi atau peristiwa tertentu dengan cermat, mendalam, dan rinci. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kompleksitas dan dinamika suatu fenomena atau masalah dalam konteks nyata. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi, pendekatan inovatif dalam pembelajaran, manajemen penggunaan teknologi, dan perhatian terhadap kesejahteraan emosional siswa adalah faktor penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kondusif dan efektif. Langkah-langkah ini membantu meningkatkan motivasi, pemahaman, dan keterlibatan siswa, serta menciptakan suasana belajar yang mendukung bagi pencapaian potensi belajar di SMPN 1 VII Koto Sungai Sariak. Guru PAI di SMPN 1 VII Koto Sungai Sariak memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa dengan menerapkan strategi efektif dan berkomunikasi secara baik. Dengan pendekatan yang fleksibel, baik otoriter maupun demokratis, mereka menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang memotivasi siswa.]]>

<![CDATA[The position of teachers in the world of teaching is very important. Teachers are the determining factor for the success of quality learning. Teachers as managers have the task of managing time and classroom conditions from the initial activities to the end of learning. Comfort for students while in class is important to find formulations for teachers according to the objectivity of their students. So before the learning process takes place, the teacher manages the class properly. Here the teacher is required to be sensitive to the condition of the classroom and find the character of students. The problem found at SMPN 4 Bukittinggi is how to shape the spiritual intelligence of students through the application of the managerial concept of PAI teachers. The research method uses descriptive qualitative method. The result of this study is that SMPN 4 Bukittinggi City in shaping students' spiritual intelligence conducts religious activities including conditioning Islamic schools, teachers as role models for students, and teachers help students to formulate life missions. And also by following several ways exemplified by the Prophet in terms of learning activities. ]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research is that teachers often deliver material in the usual way and if they can take advantage of technology and AI while the world has developed, one of which is the development of technology and AI in educational institutions. So educational institutions must follow the development of technology and AI in the teaching and learning process so that the quality of education is good for students, teachers and educational institutions. This is a challenge for educational institutions to change for the better so that utilising technology and AI in the teaching and learning process is a challenge that must be applied in educational institutions. The method in this research is qualitative research, namely: observation, interviews, field observations and obtaining research data in previous research journals that are in accordance with the title that the researcher raises. The results of the research are: teachers or educational institutions have felt and utilised the development of technology and AI in carrying out the learning and teaching process. By utilising AI, there are many conveniences and advantages obtained, one of which makes it easier for teachers and improves the quality of education. So with the development of technology and AI, it is very helpful for education personnel in the learning and teaching process so that the quality of education increases effectively and efficiently. Abstrak Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu masih sering sekali guru menyampaikan materi dengan cara seperti biasanya dan bila bisa memanfaatkan teknologi dan AI sedangkan dunia sudah berkembang salah satunya yaitu perkembangan teknologi dan AI di lembaga pendidikan. Jadi lembaga pendidikan harus mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan AI di dalam proses belajar mengajar agar mutu pendidikan baik itu siswa, guru mapun lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Ini tantangan lembaga pendidikan agar berubah ke lebih baik lagi agar memanfaatkan teknologi dan AI di dalam proses belajar mengajar ini adalah sebuah tantangan yang harus diterapkan dilembag pendidikan. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yaitu : observasi, wawancara, pengamatan dilapangan dan mendapatkan data-data penelitian dijurnal penelitian sebelumnya yang sesuai dengan judul yang peneliti angkat. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu: para pagu atau lembaga pendidik sudah merasakan dan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi dan AI dalam melaksanakaan proses belajar dan mengajar. Dengan manfaatkan AI banyak kemudahan dan keuntungna yang didapatkan salah-satunya mempermudah guru dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Jadi dengan adanya pekembangan teknologi dan Ai ini sangatlah mebantu para tenaga pendidikan dalam proses belajar dan mengajar sehingga mutu pendidikan bertamabh meningkat secara efektif dan efesien.]]>
