Abstract

Isolation and identification of mycorrhiza fungal that associated with Spathoglottis plicata Blumeand Phalaenopsis amabilis L. orchid root have be done. The descriptive research consist of threesteps that were isolation, purification and identification. Slice of roots were inoculated on PotatoDextro Agar (PDA) media for 2 – 5 days. The fungal colony were purified then identified basedon colony and morphology characters. The observed parameter were fungal colony, hypha andspore type. The result showed that there were 3 isolate found from root of terrestrial orchidSpathoglottis plicata Blume i.e SA1.1 was Chaetoium belonging to Ascomycetes class; SA2.2was Beltrania belonging to Ascomycetes class too and SA2.3 was Rhizoctonia belonging toDeuteromycetes class. Meanwhile the identification result of mycorrhiza fungal from root ofepiphytic orchid Phalaenopsis amabilis L. showed that 2 isolate i.e PA1.2 and PA1.3 both of themRhizoctonia belonging to Deuteromycetes class.Keywords : orchid mycorrhiza, Spathoglottis plicata Blume, Phalaenopsis amabilis L., orchid root

Abstract

Abstract.  The purpose of this study is to determine the growth and biomass allocation of Mahagony plant organs are planted on ex-gold mining soil with manure treatment. The experimental research with four treatments are control (without manure), manure (cow, goat, chicken) with five replications. The plant growth parameters are observed consist of plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, leaf area, rooth lenght, dry weight, and biomass percentage are located to leaves, stems and plant roots. The data are tested anova and continue with t-test. The result showed that the treatment of manure had efeect on the growth and mahagony planted on ex-golg mining soil. Plant biomass on all manure treatment are largest alloccated to leaves organ then to stems and roots. Based on t-test result that the cow manure treatment is better to supporting growth and biomass of mahagony plant than chicken manure, goat manure and control.Keywords: growth, biomass, mahagony, ex-gold mining soil, manure

Abstract

The existence of school principals both as learning leaders and as leaders of educational institutions is very important and strategic, because the principal is the top leader as well as the top manager in an education unit that will give color and determine the direction of achieving educational and learning goals at school. This study aims to describe the Principal's leadership in developing the quality of teacher resources in Ar Raihan Middle School and Darul Fattah Middle School in Bandar Lampung. The results showed that teacher personality development is carried out by empathizing and establishing; Developing teacher knowledge enhancement is done through several activities such as educative socialization and implement open management; Teacher guidance in an effort to understand and implement the vision and mission of the school is done through the socialization of the School Work Plan; The development of the teacher's ability to make decisions is done by empowering the work mechanism through the School Management Team for Ar Raihan Middle School, while the Darul Fattah Middle School through the founders of the school and the School Internal Quality Development Team; Fostering the ability of teachers to communicate both verbally and in writing in the school environment.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of accounting information systems, internal supervision, and the completeness of tasks on the performance of employees in the Aceh Cultural and Tourism Office. The object of this research is all employees of the office of the Aceh Culture and Tourism Bureau, as many as 186 employees, 36 employees use Sloven technology to draw samples as the result. The sample used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. As a result of the research, the accounting information system, internal supervision, and completion of tasks simultaneously and partially affect the performance of employees at the Aceh Cultural and Tourism Office.The correlation coefficient (R) value of 0.595 shows that the correlation (relationship) between free variables and bound variables by 59.5% is that the performance of employees in the work of the Aceh Cultural and Tourism Office has a moderate and positive correlation with the system of accounting issues, internal supervision and task complement age of 87.6%. While the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.445, is that any changes in employee performance variables can be explained by changes in accounting information system variables, internal supervision, and task completeness of 0.445 or 44.five% and the remaining 55.five% explained by other variables beyond the origin of this study can affect employee performance such as leadership style, financial accounting system, internal control system, financial management, and others. Abstract

Penyuluhan pemasaran online produk baru kepada kelompok karang taruna Rw 01 dan Rw. 02 di Kelurahan Cipinang Besar Utara merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan anggota karang taruna dalam memanfaatkan potensi pemasaran online untuk mengembangkan bisnis lokal. Melalui penyuluhan ini, peserta diberikan penjelasan mengenai berbagai media online dan sosial media yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat pemasaran, serta bagaimana memulai usaha agar produk yang dipasarkan dapat meraih banyak minat konsumen. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi penjelasan konsep, demonstrasi praktis, diskusi, dan sesi praktek. Hasil yang diharapkan termasuk peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, kepercayaan diri, dan dampak positif pada bisnis lokal. Kesimpulannya, penyuluhan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi anggota karang taruna dan mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis lokal melalui pemanfaatan strategi pemasaran online yang efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh harga terhadap peningkatan penjualan smartphone iPhone di Toko Handphone "Azzami" yang berlokasi di Mall Ambassador, Jakarta Selatan. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara harga dan jumlah penjualan iPhone, serta faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap konsumen yang membeli iPhone di toko tersebut, dan dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara harga dan penjualan iPhone, serta peran penting faktor-faktor lain seperti promosi, lokasi toko, dan kualitas pelayanan dalam memengaruhi penjualan. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini termasuk pentingnya merancang strategi penetapan harga yang responsif dan holistik, serta meningkatkan efektivitas promosi dan pelayanan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan kinerja penjualan di toko "Azzami".

Abstract

This research explores the differences between the two schools regarding three key variables: students' cognitive psychology, mathematical processing skills, and responses to mathematics learning, specifically within the context of comparative material in Grade VII. Additionally, it seeks to compare these three variables to understand how they vary across the two institutions. The study adopts a quantitative approach, with purposive sampling used to select a sample of 120 Grade VII students from two junior high schools. Data were gathered using a questionnaire based on a Likert scale, and analysis was conducted using comparison tests through specialized data processing software. The results revealed significant differences in students' cognitive psychology, mathematical processing skills, and responses to mathematics learning between the two schools. These variations suggest underlying factors related to the learning environment, teaching strategies, or institutional differences that influence student performance and engagement in mathematics. What sets this study apart is its comprehensive comparison of cognitive and skill-based factors in mathematics learning across different school settings. Unlike previous research that examines these variables in isolation, this study integrates cognitive psychology and mathematical processing skills with student feedback, providing a holistic view of the learning experience. Doing so offers more profound insights into how school-specific conditions can shape students’ cognitive and mathematical abilities, thereby informing more tailored educational strategies to improve mathematics learning outcomes across diverse educational contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa kelas VIII di MTs Safinatul Husna. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualiatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penentuan subjek pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII-B MTs Safinatul Husna yang terdiri dari 25 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen tes soal uraian kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 36% siswa yang mempunyai tingkat pemahaman konsep matematika materi SPLDV dengan kriteria tinggi, 32% siswa yang mempunyai tingkat pemahaman konsep matematika materi SPLDV dengan kriteria sedang, dan 32% siswa yang mempunyai tingkat pemahaman konsep matematika materi SPLDV dengan kriteria rendah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran berupa Modul Ajar matematika berbasis budaya lokal, pada materi kelas XI semester 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitiam dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Wira Buana 2 kelas XI untuk uji lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil validasi ahli materi, bahasa, dan media yaitu skor rata-rata yang diperoleh 92,05% masuk kedalam kategori “sangat baik”, hasil uji coba lapangan dan kepraktisan kepada siswa memperoleh rata-rata 84,62% masuk kedalam kategori “sangat menarik”. Untuk itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa Modul Ajar matematika berbasis budaya lokal dinyatakan menarik dan valid atau layak digunakan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran matematika SMK khususnya pada materi kelas XI semester 2.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa peluang usaha yang dijalankan bisa dimulai dari hobi yang biasanya kita lakukan. Melalui hobi yang dimiliki dengan mengembangkannya bisa dijadikan sebuah usaha yang menghasilkan pendapatan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif dan data primer. Hal ini dikarenakan data diperoleh melalui hasil observasi langsung dengan objek yang penulis teliti serta memperoleh sumber data dari wawancara secara langsung dengan pihak terkait pemilik usaha Garlid Adventure. Dalam mengembangkan hobi diperlukan adanya Percaya dan yakin bahwa usaha dapat dilaksanakan, Mau menerima gagasan, semangat kerja yang tinggi, Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, Bertanya pada diri sendiri, Mau mendengarkan saran orang lain. Peluang usaha juga harus dipersiapkan dengan matang. Jangan sampai peluang usaha hilang begitu saja hanya karena kecerobohan semata. Beberapa persiapan yang dapat dilakukan antara lain meneliti luas usaha yang dipilih, bentuk usaha, jenis usaha yang ditekuni, mengenal informasi usaha yang diterima, dan memiliki peta peluang usaha yang menguntungkan. Melalui penelitian yang dilakukan pada usaha Garlid Adventure meskipun tergolong UMKM tetapi,  usaha ini terbilang sukses hingga mempunyai beberapa cabang di berbagai kota, yakni Garlid Yogyakarta, Garlid Depok, Garlid Bojong, Garlid banten, Garlid Depok dua.
