Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bentuk pendayagunaan dana zakat bagi penyandang disabilitas di BAZNAS Kab. Bulukumba dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pendayagunaan dana zakat dalam rangka menciptakan ketahanan ekonomi bagi penyandang disabilitas. Penelitian ini merupakan peneltian kualitatif untuk memperoleh sumber data primer dari wawancara langsung bersama pengurus BAZNAS Kabupaten Bulukumba dan penyandang disabilitas yang merupakan penerima bantuan BAZNAS. penambak dan murtahin dan sumber data sekunder dari berbagai referensi terkait. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis melalui tiga tahap, yaitu tahap reduksi data, analisis data dan tahap penyelesaian/pengolahan. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, pendayagunaan zakat oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Bulukumba dilakukan dengan dua bentuk yakni konsumtif melalui pemberian sembako dan alat kebutuhan khsusus seperti kursi roda, kacamata, alat bantu dengar dan tongkat. Selanjutnya pendayagunaan produktif yakni pemberian modal tunai atau perlengkapan usaha dalam bentuk alat bengkel, alat jahit dan bantuan dana UMKM. Sementara itu dalam rangka memenuhi aspek ketahanan ekonomi, BAZNAS Kabupaten Bulukumba fokus pada pemenuhan empat kebutuhan utama yakni kebutuhan pendidikan dengan memberikan sekolah non-formal dalam bentuk pelatihan keterampilan. Kebutuhan pekerjaan, BAZNAS memberikan bantuan modal usaha baik secara tunai maupun non-tunai sehingga para kaum difabel dapat menciptakan lapangan kerjanya sendiri. Kebutuhan kesehatan, yang diberikan dalam bentuk bantuan peralatan kebutuhan khusus dan program bantuan Bulukumba Peduli untuk membiayai pengobatan. Kebutuhan aksesibilitas, dalam memudahkan penyandang disabilitas dalam mendapatkan ketahanan ekonomi secata mandiri BAZNAS memberikan media interaksi dan mendorong keikutsertaan masyarakat dalam rangka mendukung kemandirian kaum difabel

Abstract

Blockchain and cryptocurrency have emerged as global phenomena, driving significant changes in the modern economic system. Blockchain, the underlying technology of cryptocurrency, offers transparent, secure, and decentralized solutions for various applications in both financial and non-financial sectors. Cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, have revolutionized transactions by eliminating traditional intermediaries like banks. This technology holds immense potential for fostering financial inclusion, reducing transaction costs, and improving the efficiency of payment systems. However, its implementation faces challenges, including regulation, security, and technological adoption. This paper examines the fundamental concepts of blockchain and cryptocurrency, their potential benefits in the modern economic system, and the challenges that must be addressed to optimize their use. By understanding the technical and social aspects of these technologies, stakeholders are expected to leverage blockchain and cryptocurrency to support a more equitable, efficient, and innovative global economic transformation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the importance of portfolio diversification and effective communication in managing financial risk in 2025. Changes in global economic conditions that are increasingly dynamic and complex require innovative and adaptive risk management strategies. Portfolio diversification is one of the main approaches to minimize losses and increase investment stability. In addition, transparent and accurate communication between market participants, investors, and financial managers plays an important role in making the right decisions. This research uses the literature study method and secondary data analysis to evaluate diversification and communication practices in the modern financial context. The results show that a combination of optimal portfolio diversification and effective communication can improve financial resilience amid global economic challenges. The findings provide important insights for investors, money managers, and policymakers in crafting more resilient financial strategies in the coming era. The result shows that the involvement of networks in social media affects the effectiveness of Fight the Haze campaign. Also, the social relations between organizations that are united under the alliance of Fight the Haze campaign are based on sentimental networks.

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in employee training and development programs is increasingly becoming a key focus for companies in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources. AI has the ability to analyze performance data, personalize training materials, and provide real-time feedback, thus accelerating the process of improving employee skills. This research aims to analyze the role of AI in optimizing training programs, identifying the benefits and challenges faced in its implementation. The method used in this research is a literature study and secondary data analysis from various previous studies. The results show that the use of AI in employee training can increase engagement, accelerate the learning curve, and enable a data-driven approach to training decision-making. However, challenges such as employee resistance, limited technological infrastructure, and the need for ethical and privacy regulations are still barriers to the widespread application of AI. Therefore, companies need to develop the right strategies in integrating AI into the training system to improve competitiveness and workforce productivity.

Abstract

The creative industry has dynamic characteristics that demand flexibility and constant innovation. Organizational culture transformation is a key factor in creating a work environment that is professional, collaborative, and adaptive to market changes. This research discusses how changes in values, norms, and work practices in organizations can improve professionalism in the creative industry sector. By implementing a culture that is oriented towards innovation, openness and responsibility, companies can increase productivity and competitiveness. This study also examines the challenges and strategies that can be applied in the process of transforming organizational culture to support the sustainable growth of the creative industry.

Abstract

In this study by taking the East Java region as a case study, the research will focus on the resilience of the investment climate on labor fluctuations and the deterioration of infrastructure quality. The data used are at district and city level in East Java starting from year 2007 until year 2014 which is yearly. Dependent variable in this research is total investment (INVESTMENT) that enters into districts and cities in East Java in the form of foreign direct investment (PMA) and domestics investment (PMDN), while the independent variable is divided into two categories namely labor supply shock and infrastructure quality. To represent employment conditions, several independent variable were selected namely human development index (HDI), labor force participation rate (LFPR), and district / municipal minimum wage (UMK). The other independent variables representing the quality condition of the infrastructure consisted of good road length (ROAD), power supply electricity (electricity) and government expenditure on infrastructure (GMODAL). By using panel data regression analysis in 38 districts in East Java, it can be concluded that the coefficient of UMK that contradicts with the theory can be explained from the phenomenon of data where, the minimum wage increase of city districts start 2007 to 2013 slightly has impact on the total investment value. On the other hand, infrastructure variables such as roads, electricity and allocation of government funds do not significantly affect the value of investment in East Java. Keywords: Data Panel Regression, Fixed Effect Model, Minimum Wage and Infrastructure.
