Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this study are : (1) To analyze and test the effect of partial compensation on employee performance; (2) To analyze and test the effect of work motivation partially on employee performance; (3) To analyze and test the effect of compensation and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Banjar Elektronika Television facilities. There are 26 respondents who have been selected as samples using the slovin formula and saturated sampling technique. Research method using survey mthod and research type is quantitative research. While the nature of this reserach including explanatory reserach (explanatory research). Methods of data collection using questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques using hypothesis testing using SPSSprogram IBM version 21. The results showed that compensation (X1) did not have a partial effect on employee performance at PT Banjar Elektronika means Television, work motivation (X2) has a partial influence at PT Elektronika means Television facilities an compensation (X1) dan work motivation (X2) has no effect simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT Banjar Elektronika Television.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction. The independent variables in this research were Tangibles (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Empathy (X5). Whereas Patient Satisfaction (Y) is used as the dependent variable. The research was conducted at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital. The population used is inpatients who come from January 2019 s.d. October 2019 numbered 7,770 people. The sample was used as many as 99 respondents using the slovin formula with an estimated error of 10%. The sampling technique is simple random sampling technique. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression and t test. The results showed that patient satisfaction consisting of Tangibles (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Empathy (X5) variables affected the Satisfaction of Inpatients at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital. Responsiveness variables have a more dominant influence on patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to see if job involvement and transformational leadership have a significant impact on millennial employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The application may be different because the literature review by previous researchers hasn't yet established which idea models play a key role in influencing employee efficiency. This study is unique in that it is the first to look at the impact of job involvement and transformational leadership on the performance of millennial workers. Furthermore, using interaction theory as a knife of research, to measure the impact of job involvement and transformational leadership on millennial employee performance. The study was carried out at PT. Basirih Industrial. Using the survey criteria methodology, a total of 0 millennial workers (those born between 1980 and 1995) were included in the study. This study takes a quantitative approach to explanatory analysis. The data was gathered through an online questionnaire survey and was tallied using a Likert scale. After performing validity and reliability checks as well as classical assumption tests, the SPSS version 23 research tool was used to evaluate multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. According to online surveys, there were 0 millennial workers, with 0 dominating males accounting for 76 percent of the total, and 0 millennial female workers accounting for 23.9 percent. The results showed that job involvement and transformational leadership had a significant effect on the millennial performance of PT. Basirih Industrial, either partially or simultaneously. All hypotheses can be proved.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) tested the influence of the discipline of work partially on performance of employees; (2) to test the influence of partially working environment on performance of employees; (3) test the influence of the discipline of work and work environment on performance of employees simultaneously.This research was conducted on the PT Tanjung Selatan Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan. There are 71 respondents that have been selected as the sample slovin formula and using the technique of random sampling. Research method using the methods of survey and the type of quantitative research. While the nature of this research including research eksplanatory. Data retrieval method using questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS program Version 24.The results showed that the discipline of work (X1) has a partial influence on performance of employees at PT Tanjung Selatan Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan, the working environment (X2) has a partial influence on performance of employees on PT Tanjung Selatan Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan, and discipline work (X1) and the work environment (X2) features simultaneously influence on performance of employees at PT Tanjung Selatan Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan. From the results of the determination coefficient (R2) of 73% change in the performance of the employees of PT Tanjung Selatan Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan affected by variable discipline of work and work environment. Abstract

This study aims: (1) To test organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood South Kalimantan; (2) To test job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood South Kalimantan; (3) To test organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously affect turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood, South Kalimantan. This research was conducted at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood, South Kalimantan. There were 78 respondents who were selected as samples using the Slovin formula and random sampling techniques. The research method uses survey methods and types of quantitative research. While the nature of this research includes explanatory research. The data collection method uses a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination using the IBM Version 24 SPSS program. The results of the study are: (1) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted; (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted; (3) Organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted. Abstract

Seiring dengan kemajuan yang cukup pesat dalam dunia ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, secara tidak langsung berpengaruh pada majunya industri penyiaran yang  merupakan alat informasi melalui audio visual, salah satunya adalah Stasiun TVRI Kalimantan Selatan yang merupakan lembaga penyiaran publik dibawah naungan pemerintah. Persaingan yang cukup signifikan, membuat TVRI Kalimantan Selatan harus lebih memperhatikan kinerja karyawannya agar dapat memberikan produktivitas yang diharapkan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah dengan suatu pendekatan fenomenologi dengan cara kualitatif, dengan populasi penelitian sebanyak 87 orang karyawan Non PNS dan diambil responden secara acak sebanyak 46 karyawan Non PNS. Untuk menganalisis kinerja karyawan digunakan 5 indikator yang terdiri dari variabel kesetiaan, prestasi kerja, tanggung jawab, kerja sama, dan prakarsa. Setelah proses pengumpulan data dan pengolahannya didapat hasil, dari responden karyawan TVRI Kalimantan Selatan, menunjukkan bahwa dari 5 indikator kinerja hanya terdapat 2 indikator yang menunjukkan nilai positif yaitu kesetiaan dan kerja sama, sedangkan 3 indikator lainnya menunjukkan nilai negatif yaitu prestasi kerja, tanggung jawab dan prakarsa. Pada produktivitas yang menunjukkan nilai positif hanya pada variabel konsentrasi kerja, sedangkan variabel ketepatan waktu masuk kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, hasil pekerjaan sesuai dengan harapan dan tingkat pendidikan keterampilan menunjukkan nilai negatif. Sebagaimana ditunjukkan dari hasil responden karyawan TVRI Kalimantan Selatan. Kata kunci: Kinerja Karyawan dan Produktifitas kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the source of a company's profitability by choosing two main factors namely, Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning per Share (EPS) as the strength and resilience of companies engaged in food and beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses time series data from 2015 to 2018. The dependent variable is the stock price. Meanwhile the independent variables are Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning per Share (EPS). The determination of the sample uses positive sampling, the sampling technique uses two special criteria from researchers. The first criterion, only food and beverage companies that publish financial statements in full during the period 2015 to 2018, and the second criterion, food and beverage companies that have financial statement data in accordance with the studied variables, namely Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning per Share (EPS). Samples that meet the criteria are 11 registered food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 to 2018. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program.The findings show that Return on Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant impact on stock prices, while Earning per Share (EPS) has an impact negative and significant to stock prices. This finding confirms that strength the profitability of a company through Return on Equity (ROE) affects the stock prices of food and beverage companies in Indonesia. Therefore, it is important to maintain the company's profitability through Return on Equity (ROE) from the investor's perspective, not from the company's view. Meanwhile, interesting findings from a company's profitability through Earning per Share (EPS) do not affect the stock prices of food and beverage companies in Indonesia. Because earnings per share or earning per share (EPS) is obtained from the perspective of the company's financial statements where there are differences in the size and size of the company's expenses other than earning per share (EPS) can turn out to be high if the number of shares outstanding is reduced. Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is an important function in an organization to achieve its goals. In recent years, developments in information and communications technology (ICT) have brought about major changes in the way HRM is implemented. One of the innovations in HRM is the application of E-HRM (electronic human resource management). E-HRM is the use of ICT to support HRM functions. Implementing E-HRM can provide various benefits for organizations, such as increasing efficiency and effectiveness, increasing the quality of information, and increasing employee satisfaction. This research aims to examine the influence of implementing E-HRM on human resource behavior in Indonesia. This research uses a survey method with employee respondents from various companies in Indonesia. The research results show that the application of E-HRM has a positive influence on human resource behavior, namely: (1) increasing employee commitment, (2) increasing employee job satisfaction and (3) increasing employee performance

Abstract

This study intends to examine the effects of organizational culture and transformational leadership on employee performance at PT. Sumber Digital Media Tanaka Banjarmasin Elektronik, either independently or combined. The sample included 37 employees using saturated sampling criteria. This kind of research is explanatory and employs a quantitative methodology. The research method employs an online survey that is graded on a Likert scale. The validity, reliability, and traditional assumptions were validated using the SPSS version 23 research tool. Moreover, verify your hypothese. The findings demonstrated that transformational and corporate cultures at PT. Sumber Digital Media Tanaka Banjarmasin Elektronik significantly affected employee performance, either wholly or partially.
