Patient safety is the avoidance, prevention and repair of unexpected events and to overcome injuries from the health care process. This implementation is influenced by one factor only function manejemen head space. The purpose of this study is to determine the Relationship Function Manager Head Room With Application Patient Safety In Inpatient Room RSUD Dr.Pirngadi Medan City 2018. The type of this research is quantitative with correlation analytic design using cross sectional approach. The population of this study is all nurses who work in inpatient wards RSUD Dr.Pirngadi Medan as many as 249 people. Sampling technique of this research is Accidental Sampling as many as 50 people. The statistical test in this study used chi-square. Result of research indicate there is Relationship Function of Head of Room Management with Application of Patient Safety (P = 0,024, p <0,05). And it can be concluded that the better the management function of the head of space then the implementation of patient safety the better.

Caring is a dynamic approach, in which nurses work to further increase their attention to the clients. Generally, clients would expect the comfort and caring attitude from nurses, and nurses are also expected to provide attention, prayers, and motivation to the patients. The purpose of this study was to identify the correlation of nurse education level with the caring behavior at the inpatient ward of Datu Beru Hospital of Takengon in 2018. This research applied the analytic correlation method using a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was all nurses working at the inpatient ward of Datu Beru Hospital with a total number of 196 persons. The sampling technique was simple random sampling with total respondents of 67 persons. To obtain data from the respondents the researcher used a questionnaires sheet that was analyzed using chi-square test analysis. This study found that the majority of the nurses hold D3 Degree (59,7%) and the majority of the nurses’ behavior was good (47,8%). The result statistic test showed that there was a correlation between nurse education level and caring behavior on the patients at the inpatient ward with p-value = 0,028 (P <0,05), thus it was concluded that the level of education of nurses correlated with the caring behavior of nurses in the inpatient care room because the higher level of nurses education, the better-caring behavior was provided towards their patients. The results of this study became inputs for nurses to pursue further studies to improve their insight into caring behavior in providing nursing care.

Job satisfaction is an employee's attitude towards work related to work situations, cooperation between employees, rewards received at work, and matters relating to physical and psychological factors. In Indonesia, there are 55.8% of nurses in government hospitals experiencing low job satisfaction. There are several factors that influence job satisfaction including salary earned, organizational culture, relationships with coworkers, supervision, and career development. Career level is one of the efforts to realize nurse job satisfaction. Nursing career level is the implementation of several career plans that have been determined to provide nurses with positions/levels that are in accordance with the education, abilities, skills and competencies of nurses. The purpose of this study was to find out the career level relationship with Job Satisfaction of nurses at Sari Mutiara General Hospital Lubuk Pakam. The research design used is descriptive correlation with cross sectional design. The population in this study were all nurses at Sari Mutiara General Hospital Lubuk Pakam. The sample in this study amounted to 56 people obtained by using total sampling. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire sheet. The statistical test used was the chi square test. The results showed the majority of respondents had a high career level 69,6% and respondents’ performance satisfaction was satisfied as much as 67,8%. Based on the results of the Chi-Square statistical test value = 0,017 (p <0,05) which means that there is arelationship of career level with the satisfaction of nurse performance at Sari Mutiara General Hospital Lubuk Pakam It is recommended for nurses to improve their skills through training and education facilitated by hospitals.

Corona virus is a virus that can infect the respiratory system. In most cases, this virus only causes mild respiratory infections, such as the flu. However, this virus can also cause severe respiratory infections, such as lung infections. This condition is a challenge for nurses in providing nursing care to Covid 19 patients. Occupational health and safety is very important to implement, especially in companies that deal directly with patients so that their employees feel safe, comfortable, healthy and safe in doing their jobs, so that work productivity can be achieved effectively. optimal. This study aims to determine the relationship between occupational health and safety and the performance of nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic at Sari Mutiara Hospital. The research design used was an analytic survey design with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all nurses at Sari Mutiara General Hospital Lubuk Pakam. The sample in this study amounted to 60 people obtained by using total sampling. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire sheet. The statistical test used was the chi square test. The results showed that most of the nurses had occupational health and safety in the good category at 71.7% and the performance of nurses was in the good category at 65%. Statistical test results obtained pvalue = 0.002. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between occupational health and safety and the performance of nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic at Sari Mutiara Hospital. It is recommended for nurses to continue to comply with health protocols while carrying out their duties in providing services to patients, especially Covid 19 patients.

Workload is a condition that burdens the workforce, both physically and non-physically in completing work. Excessive workload can cause a person to become nervous which leads to stress. Workload must be considered because workload can affect nurse performance and indirectly affect nursing services to patients. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is a relationship between workload and nurse performance room at Advent Hospital. This type of research is quantitative research with a non-experimental design with a cross-sectional method. The object of this study were 34 nurses and the sampling technique used was total sampling where the entire population will be sampled. A questionnaire was used in collecting data and analyzed by using the Chi Square correlation test. The results show that the majority of nurses has a moderate workload of 25 respondents (73.5%) and the majority of nurses has good performance of 28 respondents (82.4%). The statistical results show that there is a significant relationship between workload and the performance of nurses in the inpatient ward of Advent Hospital, with a significance level of p value 0.02 (<0.05). So it can be concluded that the lighter the workload the better the nurse's performance. It is expected that the hospital will evaluate the workload and efforts of nurses to improve performance so as to improve the quality of service in providing nursing care services.

Nursing round is an activity whose purpose is to overcome patient nursing problems carried out by nurses and involve patients to discuss and carry out nursing care The implementation of nursing rounds can reduce errors in care and improve better performance results in the provision of nursing care The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the implementation of the nursing round and the performance of nurses in providing nursing care at Advent Medan General Hospital. The research design uses quantatid research with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this writing is all inpatient nurses at Advent Medan General Hospital which amounts to 115 nurses with a total sample of 53 taken using random sampling techniques. Data analysis using chi-square test. The results showed that the implementation of the majority of nursing rounds was good at 84.9%. The performance of nurses in the provision of nursing care was mostly high at 56.6%. There is a significant relationship between the implementation of the nursing round and the performance of nurses in providing nursing care at Advent Medan General Hospital with a p-value = 0.002 < 0.05. Therefore, it is better to carry out the continuous nursing round so that it can improve the ability of nurses in providing nursing care and as one of the aspects of monitoring evaluation in an effort to improve nurse performance.

Latar belakang: Pekerjaan seorang perawat untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang komprehensif merupakan pekerjaan yang mempunyai tingkat stres yang tinggi, karena dalam bekerja perawat berhubungan langsung dengan berbagai macam pasien dengan diagnosa penyakit dalam respon yang berbeda-beda. Berbagai situasi dan tuntutan kerja yang dialami dapat menjadi sumber potensial terjadinya stres, Kinerja perawat adalah melakukan pekerjaan sebaik mungkin sesuai dengan standar yang telah ada. Kinerja yang menurun salah satunya dapat disebabkan oleh stres yang dialami perawat. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan stres kerja dengan kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Advent Medan. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini Kuantitatif yang menggunakan design survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Advent Medan berjumlah 43 orang perawat. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling yaitu jumlah perawat 43 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan data dianalisis dengan uji chi- square. Hasil: menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja mayoritas rendah sebanyak 24 responden (100,0 %) dan kinerja perawat mayoritas baik sebanyak 20 responden (46,5 %). Berdasarkan analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara stres kerja dengan kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Advent Medan dengan p-value = 0,028 (≤0,05). Simpulan: Semakin rendah tingkat stress perawat, maka semain baik kinerja perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien

The head ofoom as a manager must be able to guarantee the services provided by the implementing nurse in providing safe services and prioritizing patient comfort. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the role of the head of the room and the performance of nurses in the inpatient ward at Medan Adventist Hospital. The type of research used is qualitative research and descriptive correlation research design with a cross sectional approach. The research population used were all nurses in inpatient rooms with a total of 82 nurses. The sample in this study was 45 nurses using a purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire and will be analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The research results showed that the majority of room heads' roles were adequate (53.3%), the majority of nurses' performance was adequate (48.9%) and there was a significant relationship between the role of room heads and nurses' performance with a p value = 0.005. So it can be concluded that the better the role of the head of the room, the better the nurse's performance will be. So it is necessary to suggest that the head of the room can implement his role as head of the room to improve the performance of nurses.
