Abstract

MA Banu Hasyim students have a very high tolerance attitude in every socio-cultural interaction at school. This is based on the instillation of the value of religious moderation which is implemented through the subjects of Citizenship Education and Islamic Religious Education. The aim of this research is to find out how the value of religious moderation is instilled at MA Banu Hasyim Waru Sidoarjo, to find out how students' attitudes of tolerance are at MA Banu Hasyim Waru Sidoarjo, and to find out how the instillation of religious moderation values is on students' tolerance attitudes at MA Banu Hasyim Waru Sidoarjo. By using quantitative research methods with a correlation approach. The sample in this research was all MA Banu Hasyim Waru Sidoarjo students because it was a population study. The variable The data collection technique uses questionnaires and documentation. Based on the data analysis carried out, it is known that the cultivation of religious moderation values at MA Banu Hasyim Waru Sidoarjo is going "well", this is based on the percentage results of 68.6% in the interval range 68.01% - 84.00%. Furthermore, the level of tolerance attitude Students at MA Banu Hasyim Waru Sidoarjo are in the "good" category, this is proven by the percentage value of 69.6% which is in the range 68.01% - 84.00%. Judging from the results of calculating the product moment correlation hypothesis test, it states There is an influence of instilling the value of religious moderation on the tolerance attitude of students at MA Banu Hasyim Waru Sidoarjo of 0.974. This value is in the range of 0.90 - 1.00 so it can be said that "there is a very strong or high relationship between the cultivation of religious moderation values and students' attitudes of tolerance at MA Banu Hasyim Waru Sidoarjo.

Abstract

People with mental disabilities, especially people with mental disorders (ODGJ) and individuals with Down Syndrome, face significant challenges in their daily lives. This journal explores the main problems they face. The purpose of this community service activity is to identify problems and solutions that must be taken for people with mental disabilities. The empowerment method used in this community service activity is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. This journal proposes several strategic efforts to overcome these problems. Increasing public awareness through education and counseling can help reduce stigma. Strengthening mental health services by increasing access and quality of services is essential. Support for inclusive education and vocational training for people with mental disabilities can improve their skills and job opportunities. Psychosocial support and family training are also very important to help care for family members with mental disabilities. Collaboration with various parties is also needed to create an inclusive and supportive environment for people with mental disabilities. They can live better and have equal opportunities to contribute to society through the right solutions.

Abstract

The Problem Based Learning learning model is a learning model that begins with giving problems to students where the problems given are everyday experiences or have been experienced by students. Then students solve the problems given to gain new knowledge. It is expected that students are able to learn knowledge related to these problems, as well as students have skills in solving problems. The purpose of this research is to increase student motivation in PAI subjects at Perlaungan Islamic High School. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions. The sources of data in this study are school principals, deputy heads of curricula, PAI teachers, and students. The results of the study show that: 1. Implementation of the Problem Based Learning learning model in PAI subjects at Perlaungan Islamic High School there are five stages, namely, student orientation to problems, organizing students to learn, guiding educators to search for data on a problem, developing and presenting the work , analyze and evaluate. 2. Student learning motivation, there are two learning motivations, namely, intrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation there are three indicators namely, there is a desire and desire to succeed, there are encouragement and needs in learning, there are hopes and ideals, and extrinsic motivation, there are five extrinsic motivations indicators namely, there is appreciation in learning, there are interesting activities in learning, there is a conducive learning environment, teacher-student relationships, student-student relationships.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service program is to increase awareness and ability of local communities in handling organic waste from homes to be composted. Waste that can be used effectively to reduce environmental pollution and improve the condition of agricultural land is called household organic waste. The method used is participatory Action Research (PAR) this activity is in the form of a field demonstration which takes place at the Green House of Bakungtemenggungan village by directly showing the process of making liquid compost in the field. The results obtained in this activity show that the community has increased its ability in terms of handling organic waste and making compost which is one form of organic fertilizer. Community service activities, villagers can reduce the amount of waste that ends up in the environment and increase knowledge and ability in waste management.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of assistance in teaching Quran reading and writing as well as Pegon script at Taman Pendidikan Qur'an (TPQ) Al-Kautsar, Sumokembangsri Village. The assistance is designed to enhance students' skills in reading and writing the Quran, as well as in Pegon script, which is part of the local tradition. The method used in this community service program employs Participatory Rural Appraisal, involving field surveys and direct communication with the community. The results indicate that routine and structured assistance significantly improves students' abilities in reading the Quran and writing Pegon script. The program also positively impacts students' understanding and skills in effectively practicing both aspects. This community service program is expected to contribute to the development of better and more adaptive teaching methods at TPQ and strengthen the preservation of local culture through Pegon script writing.

Abstract

The ability to write and read hijaiyah letters is very important for students to understand Islamic teachings. The PKM team at TPQ As-Sabiqun uses the flash card method in learning hijaiyah letters to improve students' abilities. This method invites students to learn visually and interactively, and encourages them to be more active, confident, and enthusiastic. This literature study aims to analyze the activity of reading and writing hijaiyah letters using the flashcard method to improve the abilities of students at TPQ As-Sabiqun. This study uses the PAR (Planning, Acting, Reflecting) method. The results of this activity show a significant increase in students' abilities in learning to write and read hijaiyah letters using the flashcard method..

Abstract

This study aims to improve the reading and writing skills of early age students in TPQ As-Sabiqun using the flashcard method. Learning the hijaiyah letters is very important in Islamic education because it is the first step to understanding the Qur'an. In implementing this activity, the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach was used with interview, observation, and documentation methods. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' interest in learning, cognitive abilities, and fine motor skills. Flashcards have proven to be effective as interactive and interesting visual learning media for children. This activity also encourages the formation of religious character from an early age and strengthens the relationship between students and teachers. This study recommends the use of flashcard media as a relevant and educational learning strategy in introducing the hijaiyah letters to children.

Abstract

Sholawat is a request to obtain blessings and respect for the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Sholawat diba' is a form of worship to get closer to Allah SWT. The Sholawat assembly was held in the community with the aim of increasing religious knowledge and belief, which in turn encourages the implementation of religious teachings as a way for the community to foster friendship between residents. Community service activities through Diba'an have succeeded in achieving an important goal, namely forming the religious character of Tropodo village. Not only that, this activity has also succeeded in increasing the spiritual values, social values ​​and cultural values ​​of the Tropodo village community. The Diba Sholawat Assembly activity held together with IPNU and IPPNU in Tropodo Village, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency, has a significant role in shaping the religious character of teenagers.
