Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product layout on purchasing decisions at Alfamidi Minimarket in Desa Poka. In this research, product layout is examined through three main indicators: room space allocation, placement of tables and chairs, and product positioning. Meanwhile, purchasing decisions are measured through several stages, including problem recognition, information search, alternative evaluation, purchase decision, and post-purchase behavior. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach utilizing simple linear regression to assess the relationship between the independent variable (layout) and the dependent variable (purchasing decisions). The results show that product layout has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, contributing 34.3%. This finding indicates that a well-organized product layout can enhance shopping convenience, encourage impulse buying, and ultimately, increase customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the production potential of rice farmers and their income levels in Kobisonta Village. The research utilises primary data collected through observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique employed is quantitative analysis with a descriptive approach. The results indicate that the total revenue of rice farmers amounts to Rp. 312,500,000, with total production costs reaching Rp. 112,464,201, resulting in a net income of Rp. 200,035,799. Further analysis reveals that the primary factors influencing farmers' income are revenue and production costs. To increase their income, farmers are encouraged to optimise production efficiency by reducing unnecessary expenses. Additionally, diversification of agricultural activities and the adoption of modern agricultural technology can enhance productivity and farmers' welfare. Therefore, support from the government and related institutions is essential in providing production facilities and technical assistance for farmers.

Abstract

The price of staple goods plays a crucial role in determining consumer purchasing power, especially in areas where economic conditions depend on market price stability. This study aims to analyze the effect of staple food prices on the purchasing power of the community in Wayame Village RT/RW 007/004. The research method employed a quantitative approach using simple linear regression analysis to measure the relationship between staple food prices (independent variable) and purchasing power (dependent variable). Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 72 respondents, while secondary data was obtained from relevant sources such as statistical reports and previous research. The results indicate that prices significantly influence purchasing power, with a regression coefficient of 0.356, meaning that an increase of one unit in price results in a 0.356 unit increase in purchasing power. The t-value of 5.291 and significance level (Sig.) of 0.000 confirm that price has a significant effect on purchasing power (p < 0.05). Additionally, the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.534 suggests a moderate positive relationship between price and purchasing power. Meanwhile, the R Square value of 0.286 indicates that 28.6% of the variability in purchasing power can be explained by price, while 71.4% is influenced by other factors not analyzed in this study. These findings suggest that competitive and stable prices can enhance purchasing power, whereas significant price increases may reduce people's ability to meet their basic needs. Therefore, sellers should set prices that align with consumer purchasing power, while government intervention is necessary to monitor and stabilize staple food prices through policies that support economic stability.

This study aims to determine is to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction on Wailela Cafe and Resto products in Rumah Tiga Village. The research approach used is a quantitative research approach. Quantitative research is an attempt by a researcher to find knowledge by providing data in the form of numbers. In this study, the population used is all parts or members of the object to be observed. The population is people, objects, objects, events, or anything that is the object of the survey. The research population is the consumers at Wailela Café Resto. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire, a number of questions given by researchers and respondents, and a scale. Based on a simple linear regression analysis of the results of the regression test (Coefficientsa) H0: 1≤ 0, that is, it has no positive effect on Y, H1: 1 0, that is X has a positive effect on Y. Then the results of the t test for the X1 variable physical evidence obtained the t value -count ₌ 11.818 and Pvalue rate ₌ 0.000. By using a significant limit of 0.05, so the value of sig 0.000 ˂ 0.05 means that the X variable affects the Y variable, meaning that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. From the results of this study, it can be proven that the proposed hypothesis is accepted with a significant value of 0.000 ˂ 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an effect of variable X on variable Y or Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Wailela Café And Resto in the Village House Three.

Abstract

Ambon City holds significant potential in the tourism sector through its unique cultural identity in music. However, the utilization of the “Ambon City of Music” brand remains suboptimal due to weak stakeholder synergy and limited supportive infrastructure. This study aims to analyze the tourism development prospects of Ambon by maintaining its music brand as a strategic identity. The research employs an exploratory-qualitative approach using field observations, interviews, and document analysis. Findings reveal that the music brand significantly contributes to building cultural-based tourism appeal, but lacks comprehensive support from regulations, physical infrastructure, and public awareness. Despite UNESCO's recognition of Ambon as a World Music City, there has been no visible transformation of the city’s spatial identity. The study highlights the importance of integrating cultural promotion with urban infrastructure enhancement to achieve global positioning. Recommendations include optimizing music-playing regulations, establishing musical landmarks, and promoting music education across sectors. This research contributes to developing a sustainable, identity-based tourism management model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of monthly finances by students of the Economic Education Study Program at FKIP Unpatti, as well as the influencing factors. The research is grounded in the importance of financial management skills for students who are beginning to live independently. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed to explore in depth the behaviors and strategies students use to manage their finances. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with eight purposively selected students. Thematic analysis was used to identify patterns in financial management, saving habits, lifestyle influences, and the challenges they face. The findings reveal that most students do not yet have structured financial habits. The main obstacles are a consumerist lifestyle, lack of discipline, and limited practical financial literacy. Students with better self-control and planning skills tend to maintain more stable financial conditions. This study suggests the need for applied and behavior-based financial education to enhance students’ capacity to manage their money effectively.
