Abstract

Character is behavior, actions, human nature that is naturally fundamental in humans, currently experiencing a crisis that has a great influence on the world of education, namely a character crisis. Seeing this reality, character education needs to be given to this country. It is known that in Indonesia there are many different religions that understand each other and recognize the uniqueness of each religion, accept differences and respect tolerance including Islam, in Islamic teachings religious values, religious in Islam there are five things, namely aqidah, worship, charity, morals (ihsan) and knowledge. How can efforts to develop character and religion unite, both components are needed to change children's behavior for the better, for that it is necessary to make efforts to form a religious character in children intended to instill values ​​of goodness and exemplary morals so that they become habits when they are adults or at the next level of education. By using qualitative methods using observation analysis, and emotional approaches with the aim of obtaining information from students and providing motivation to students. So that students have a positive basic character.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui implementasi akad mudharabah pada Tabungan Haji iB Maslahah di Bank BJB Syariah KCP Indramayu serta meninjau sistem bagi hasilnya dalam perspektif fiqih dan keadilan ekonomi Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan, melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan di peroleh hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akad yang digunakan adalah mudharabah muthlaqah, di mana nasabah sebagai shahibul maal menyerahkan dana kepada bank sebagai mudharib untuk dikelola pada pembiayaan syariah yang halal dan produktif. Nisbah bagi hasil sebesar 1% untuk nasabah dan 99% untuk bank dinyatakan sah secara fiqih, namun dinilai kurang proporsional dari sisi keadilan ekonomi Islam.

Abstract

The term 'tahsin' is often associated with the activity of reading the Qur'an. This term has found a place in the hearts of the community, especially those who realize the importance of carrying out the routine of reading the Qur'an with all its perfection. The purpose of this community service is to Basic Tahsin Learning in the Agricultural Environment in the Qur'an Reading Improvement Program in Sidamulya Village, Bongas District, Indramayu Regency. The method in this Community Service (PkM) is to use counseling and mentoring, intending to understand the problems experienced by children. Teaching and also direct practice, such as teachers first reading verses of the Qur'an then followed by students. The approach to this program uses a phenomenological approach, starting with observing and examining the target objects of the program implemented in Sidamulya Village. The results of this Community Service are that many children are enthusiastic about learning this tahsin. Because with this tahisn learning, children can better understand the makhrijul huruf and the science of tajwid in the Qur'an.

Abstract

Pembiayaan pemilikan rumah bersubsidi melalui akad murabahah merupakan solusi strategis untuk menjangkau masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah untuk memiliki hunian Impian. Namun, dalam praktiknya, terdapat risiko yang harus dikelola secara efektif untuk menjaga kualitas pembiayaan dan keberlangsungan operasional bank syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko-risiko yang muncul dalam pembiayaan rumah bersubsidi dan menganalisis implementasi manajemen risiko yang dilakukan oleh Bank Jabar Banten Syariah KCP Indramayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risiko utama yang dihadapi bank adalah risiko kredit, operasional, likuiditas, dan pasar. Bank menerapkan manajemen risiko dengan pendekatan 5C+1S, pemantauan berkala, dan strategi restrukturisasi. Implementasi ini terbukti efektif dalam menekan rasio pembiayaan bermasalah (NPF) serta menjaga stabilitas pembiayaan berbasis syariah.
