Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efforts of the Cirebon City UKM Mall in knowing the effect of price and promotion on brand awareness. In this study the research method used is quantitative data. The population in this study was five hundred and six recovered five (565) and the sample of this study were customers who had purchased products provided by the Cirebon City UKM Mall. The method used in this study is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis technique, F test, T test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research data was processed using SPSS 26 software. The independent variables in this study were price (X1) and promotion (X2). The variable associated with this study is Brand Awareness (Y). The results of this study indicate that the price and promotion variables simultaneously have a significant effect on brand awareness. Price and promotion variables also have a significant influence on brand awareness.

Abstract

In the development of the era of globalization 5.0, Indonesia has changed rapidly, there are increasingly developing technological advances. Technological advances are able to create new things and develop new thoughts (Adiningsih, 2019). The rapid development of technology in society is able to change the mindset of society globally, both in positive and negative terms because the role of technology is very important in determining people's welfare and triggering acts that are against the law (Ramli, 2007). Based on research results, Financial Technology (Fintech) among the public has been well implemented. It can be concluded that Playground X uses a payment strategy through Financial Technology (Fintech) in running its business in order to attract consumers' interest and be able to build a positive image, as seen from consumers who have experienced payment through Financial Technology (Fintech). With technological advances and digitalization when making payments at Playground X, it provides excellent value to increase Playground X's business interests. By implementing Financial Technology (Fintech) in the community, it has a positive impact on Playground X because it is considered capable of providing services that are in line with what consumers expect.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of internship experience on the job readiness of fresh graduates at Catur Insan Cendekia University. The research was conducted on fresh graduates of Catur Insan Cendekia University who graduated in 2021, 2022, and 2023. The research method used was quantitative with a descriptive approach by measuring indicators using a Likert scale of 1-5. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms, consisting of 20 statements with a total sample of 84 fresh graduate respondents. Sample selection used the Slovin method. Data analysis techniques used validity testing, reliability testing, simple regression analysis, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that internship experience had a significant effect on the job readiness of fresh graduates at Catur Insan Cendekia University (t-count 9.473 t-table 1.663). The R-square value of 0.523 or 52.3% indicates that the percentage of the influence of internship experience on job readiness is 52.3%, and the remaining 47.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Job Readiness, Internship Experience

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PkM) entitled "Digital Transformation of MSMEs in the Cirebon and Somalia Regions: Collaboration and Innovation for Global Market Development" is a collaborative initiative involving Catur Insan Cendekia University (UCIC) Cirebon, Department of Cooperatives , Small, Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry (DKUKMPP) Cirebon City, and the African Institute for Multidisciplinary Studies (AIMS) Somalia. This program aims to support Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in utilizing digital technology to increase competitiveness and market penetration at the global level. The methods used include intensive training, technical assistance, and interactive discussions conducted in a hybrid manner, utilizing digital platforms to reach participants from both countries. The focus of activities is the application of digital marketing technology, social media optimization, and effective e-commerce management. This activity also introduced cross-border collaboration strategies as an effort to expand business networks between MSMEs in Cirebon and Somalia. The results of this program show an increase in the ability of MSME players to use digital technology, with several participants succeeding in increasing the visibility of their products in the international market. Apart from that, business collaboration opportunities were created between MSMEs in Cirebon and Somalia through digital platforms initiated during the program. This collaboration is also a clear example of how synergy between educational institutions, government and international organizations can create a positive impact on empowering MSMEs in the era of globalization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul " Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Di Dinas Narrow Body PT. GMF AeroAsia Tbk". Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui seberapa pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan teknisi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Narrow Body di Akhir Bulan Juni sampai dengan akhir bulan juli . Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 69 responden, teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden, adapun variable penelitian adalah Pelatihan (X), Kinerja (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan untuk menguji tingkat reliabilitasnya dengan menggunakan Cronbach Alpha dan kemudian data diolah dengan Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana. Pengujian Hipotesis menggunakan Uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 10%. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu SPSS Versi 29. Dari hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja di pengaruhi oleh variable Pelatihan. Hasil Determinasi (R2) menggunakan nilai adjusted R-square, karena menggunakan regresi dengan satu variabel terikat. Yaitu sebesar 0,577, yang artinya variable Pelatihan mampu menjelaskan Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 57,7% sementara sisanya 42,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari hasil perhitungan Uji t dapat dilihat bahwa variabel Pelatihan Kerja secara Parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja. Kata kunci: Pelatihan, Kinerja This research is entitled “The Effect of Job Training on Performance in the Narrow Body Service of PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk”. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of training on the performance of technician employees. This research was conducted at the Narrow Body Service at the end of June to the end of July. Sampling in this study were 69 respondents, the data collection technique was through a questionnaire distributed to respondents, while the research variables were Training (X), Performance (Y). This study uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, and to test the level of reliability using Cronbach Alpha and then the data is processed with Simple Linear Regression Analysis. Hypothesis testing using the t test with a significance level of 10%. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that performance is influenced by the training variable. Determination Results (R2) uses the adjusted R-square value, because it uses regression with one dependent variable. That is 0,577, which means that the Job Training variable is able to explain Employee Performance by 57,7% while the remaining 42,3% is influenced by other variable factors not examined. From the results of the t test calculation, it can be seen that the Job Training variable partially affects performance. Key words: Training, Performance

Abstract

Pada awal Tahun 2020, seluruh dunia sedang mengalami Pandemi Covid-19. Hal ini berdampak pada perubahan kebiasan masyarakat dan ketergantungan masyarakat pada media sosial dalam mendapatkan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pemanfaatan media sosial untuk mendapatkan informasi yang sahih selama masa pandemi; (2) sikap dalam menghadapi informasi yang beredar di media sosial; dan (3) peran literasi informasi dan media dalam mendapatkan Informasi yang sahih. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan empat orang informan, yang aktif menggunakan media sosial dan dari berbagai latar belakang pekerjaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) para informan menggunakan media sosial untuk mencari hiburan dan berita terkini. Dalam memanfaatkan media sosial para informan menyadari bahwa informasi yang tersebar pada media sosial tidaklah semua sahih atau biasa disebut dengan informasi hoax. Keyakinan para informan dalam mendapatkan informasi sahih di media sosial, hal ini tidak terlepas dari informasi hoax yang banyak terjadi pada media sosia; (2) dalam menghadapi informasi yang beredar di media sosial, para informan telah mampu memilih, menganalisis, dan menggunakan informasi yang beredar di media sosial dengan bijak; dan (3) mereka menyadari akan pentingnya peran literasi informasi dan media harus disosialisakiakan kepada masyarakat yang aktif menggunakan media sosial sebagai bahan sumber informasinya.
