Abstract

The curriculum as a plan in the education unit has an important role in the continuity process of education. Thus, it is necessary to discuss the independent curriculum implemented in 2022 as a preparation for the younger generation in facing the era of society 5.0. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study research type. Data was obtained through articles, books, and previous research. The results and discussion of this research show that the independent curriculum is an improvement and refinement of the 2013 curriculum. This curriculum is centered on human resources so that human resources can improve their quality easily. The application of this independent curriculum is not only in one unit of education but all levels of education from elementary, secondary and tertiary levels. Returning to the purpose of the independent curriculum as a foundation for generations to be able to face the 5.0 era, it is known that the first superior and Islamic generation or human resources have literacy skills, secondly master technology and information, thirdly having good emotional intelligence and lastly having good spirituality.

Abstract

Educating the nation's life and creating quality human resources can be pursued through education. To create this, of course, professional educators are needed so that the education process runs well. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the performance of a teacher. Therefore, this study aims to inform about the strategies carried out by school principals in improving the performance of educators/teachers in their institutions. This study uses qualitative methods with the type of literature study research. The results of this study explain that the principal uses supervision management from planning, implementation, supervision, and even evaluation as a strategy for improving the performance of a teacher. Supervision carried out by the principal is very important in improving teacher performance because supervision can facilitate teachers in improving their competence. Of course, with several strategies including coaching, supervision, motivating, and evaluating teacher performance.

Abstract

Marketing is a crucial thing for educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools. Every Islamic boarding school needs marketing to maintain its existence in society. This study was conducted to find a marketing strategy based on information and communication technology through social media. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with observation data collection, questionnaires and literature reviews. The results of the study are: 1. Marketing based on information and communication technology is very important to be carried out in Islamic boarding schools through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. 2. Utilization of social media such as Instagram and YouTube as a marketing strategy. 3. The implications of using Social Media can increase public awareness and can provide a positive image for institutions and increase public interest.Keywords: Educational Marketing, Information And Communication Technology, Social Media, Islamic Boarding Schools

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program field study mahasiswa Magister Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) di Kementerian Agama dengan menggunakan pendekatan Responsive Evaluation dari Robert E. Stake. Pendekatan ini menekankan pada respons dan pengalaman para pemangku kepentingan dalam proses pelaksanaan program. Melalui tiga fase evaluative antecedents, transactions, dan outcomes penelitian ini mengkaji kesiapan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil program secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun program ini memberikan pengalaman nyata terkait birokrasi pendidikan, terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara pedoman pelaksanaan yang bersifat umum dengan kebutuhan spesifik prodi MPI. Selain itu, keterlibatan mahasiswa di lapangan cenderung bersifat administratif dan belum sepenuhnya mendukung capaian pembelajaran manajerial. Peran dosen pembimbing terbukti signifikan dalam mendorong refleksi kritis mahasiswa, namun belum terintegrasi secara sistematis dalam penilaian program. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penyusunan pedoman khusus per prodi, penugasan berbasis proyek strategis, serta penguatan mekanisme refleksi dan evaluasi kolaboratif. Dengan demikian, field study dapat menjadi instrumen pembelajaran kontekstual yang efektif dan transformatif bagi pengembangan kompetensi manajemen pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Manajemen keuangan adalah satu diantara pilar strategis dalam mendukung keberhasilan sistem pendidikan yang berkualitas, namun sering kali aspek ini kurang mendapatkan perhatian dalam pembangunan sistem pendidikan yang berkelanjutan.  Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji urgensi manajemen keuangan dalam pendidikan, menelaah integrasinya dalam setiap unsur (input, proses, output), serta mengidentifikasi strategi penguatan tata kelola keuangan di lembaga pendidikan. Studi ini  menawarkan pendekatan integratif dalam melihat manajemen keuangan pada seluruh unsur sistem pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif berdasarkan studi pustaka naratif integratif dengan pengumpulan data melalui buku dan artikel terkait dengan manajemen keuangan di lembaga pendidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen keuangan tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai instrumen administratif, tetapi merupakan elemen integral dalam menjamin tersedianya sumber daya pendidikan, kelancaran operasional pembelajaran, serta pencapaian hasil pendidikan yang bermutu. Selain itu, penguatan manajemen keuangan dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, digitalisasi sistem akuntansi, dan penerapan sistem monitoring serta evaluasi anggaran secara berkala. Kesimpulannya, efektivitas manajemen keuangan berperan penting dalam membentuk sistem pendidikan yang transparan, akuntabel, efisien, dan mampu beradaptasi dengan tuntutan mutu pendidikan nasional. Implikasi penelitian ini menjadi landasan penting dalam perumusan strategi pendidikan yang akuntabel, inovatif, dan berorientasi mutu berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the researcher’s interest in the university monitoring system through lecturer performance in improving the quality and reputation of universities in Indonesia. Although the Tri Dharma of Higher Education is an obligation that every lecturer must carry out, there are differences in its implementation in various universities. This study examines the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education by lecturers and its impact through an independent comparative survey in State Religious Universities and State General Universities with similar geographical, cultural, and social conditions. The approach used in this study is quantitative, with a comparative method to test the differences in the implementation of Tri Dharma in several universities. Data were collected through a validated questionnaire and then analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis, Mann-Whitney, and Spearman rank correlation tests. The study's results showed no significant differences in the implementation of education and teaching. However, there were differences in the implementation of research and community service among the universities studied. Its impact on the SINTA score shows that the implementation of research has a strong correlation. In contrast, the implementation of community service does not significantly impact the score. This study provides important implications regarding the need for universities to improve the quality of research and community service to impact their academic reputation positively.
