Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of training on employee performance at PT. EKK in Bekasi city. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method using SPSS techniques. The sample taken in this research was a saturated sampling technique, where the entire population was sampled, namely 110 people. The data collection technique used in this research is the questionnaire method. The data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. This research shows the strong influence of training (X) on employee performance (Y) with a regression of Y = 7.352 + 0.815X, the regression coefficient number is 0.815, which means that training has a positive effect of 0.815. The coefficient of determination value is 41.5% while the remaining 58.5% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained t-count > t-table or (8.746 > 1.980), this is reinforced by the probability significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between training and employee performance at PT. EKK. Companies should always pay attention and provide opportunities for employees to take part in training, so that employee competency can be maintained or improved and will support employee performance.

Abstract

The main problem in Indonesia for decades has been that unemployment has been increasing every year. Online transportation seems to bring heaven to unemployed people of various ages and levels of education. This research aims to find the relationship and influence of self-reward and work discipline on online motorcycle taxi income. Recently, motorcycle taxi drivers have been stigmatized as a job that is considered trivial. The strength of self-control from various work pressures as an online motorcycle taxi means that drivers can indulge themselves in work but not forget to obey their partner's rules. Using quantitative methods, survey research used four shelters in the East Jakarta area as objects. By distributing questionnaires on a Likert scale to respondents met by chance, the data was declared valid and reliable, with the contribution of the two independent variables to the dependent variable being strongly positive and having a significant effect. Abstract

In the last two years, the surge in job seekers in Indonesia has increased, where job opportunities are difficult, so productive people choose jobs that can easily obtained, one of which is as a porter or porter. This research aims to analyze the porter workers at Kutoarjo Besar Station for their ability to manage emotions and thoughts regarding their work as porters with discipline in carrying out freelance work at the station. Using descriptive qualitative methods and snowballing sampling technique with observation and in-depth interviews with 4 source person from 26 porters who considered to represent all the porters at the station were taken by the station security coordinator, senior and junior porters. Data analysis was carried out before entering the field, while in the field and after finishing in the field. Data validity is carried out starting from reduction, data presentation to drawing conclusions. The results show that the freelance porters at the Besar Kutoarjo station are aware of the profession they are in so that their self-management skills are maintained, with work discipline they can still exist working at the station and the income they receive must be happy and sincere.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, work discipline, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Alfamart Megaregency Branch. The research sample includes all employees, totaling individuals. The data utilized in this study comprise primary data gathered through literature reviews and secondary data collected via questionnaires, interviews, and direct observation. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, preceded by a series of tests such as validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, as well as significance tests (t-test and F-test). This research is expected to contribute significantly to the academic literature on human resource management, particularly in understanding the relationship between leadership, work discipline, motivation, and job satisfaction in enhancing employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan tujuan dapat mengetahui penawaran program pensiun dini yang di tawarkan oleh PT. XYZ yang hampir 95% karyawannya adalah kaum hawa. Dimana kaum perempuan memiliki berbagai keterbatasan atas dirinya dan keluarga yang harus mereka hadapi. Dengan metode kualitatif explorative dengan metode wawancara kepada empat karyawan yang dapat mewakili generasi tua/nonproduktif dan generasi produktif. Dari berbagai permasalahan yang mereka hadapi dikeluarganya sehingga mereka memutuskan untuk ikut program pensiun dini. Keseriusan program pensiun dini disambut dengan baik oleh karyawan yang mendaftar. Keterbatasan gender, waktu, kesehatan dan kebutuhan keluraga menuju kesejahteraan atas keluarganya menjadi pilihan pensiun dini. Dimana perusahan juga merasa terbantu atas pilihan karyawan yang mendaftar program tersenut. Pemulihan kesehatan organisasi dan penataan sumber daya manusia menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan dan pengaruh atas sefl-efficacy dan disiplin kerja terhadap capaian pendapatan ojek online. Dengan metode kuantitatif pada penelitian survey dengan mengambil objek Pangkalan Living Plaza Cikarang Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi awal, wawancara sederhana, dan kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden. Responden memberikan penilaian mereka menggunakan skala Likert 1-4. Instrumen penelitian telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya pada variabel independen dan dependen. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari Mitra Ojek Online di Cikarang Utara, Bekasi, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda untuk mengevaluasi hubungan sebab-akibat antar variabel dan menguji hipotesis, serta mengukur kontribusi variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa self-efficacy dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap capaian pendapatan para pengemudi Ojek online di pangkalan Cikarang Utara Living Plaza, Kabupaten Bekasi. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,280 berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap capaian pendapatan, di mana peningkatan self-efficacy di antara para pengemudi akan meningkatkan pendapatan mereka. Disiplin kerja juga ditemukan memiliki dampak yang signifikan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,635, menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan disiplin kerja dapat mendorong peningkatan pendapatan. Secara simultan, uji F-hitung sebesar 15.556 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05) mengkonfirmasi bahwa self-efficacy dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap capaian pendapatan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan pada kedua aspek ini akan berdampak positif pada kesejahteraan ekonomi para pengemudi Ojek online di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Petugas outsourcing seperti satpam, cleaning service, petugas parkir dan tenaga non-medis lainnya memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk citra pelayanan rumah sakit. Namun kenyataan sehari hari, masih banyak tenaga outsourcing yang terabaikan dan belum mendapatkan pelatihan intensif tentang pelayanan prima kepada pelanggan, yang berdampak pada rendahnya kualitas interaksi dengan pasien dan pengunjung. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelayanan prima bagi petugas outsourcing melalui pendekatan pendidikan dan pelatihan intensif. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui pelatihan langsung, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep pelayanan prima, komunikasi efektif, serta sikap profesional di lingkungan kerja rumah sakit. Diharapkan program ini dapat menjadi model pengembangan kompetensi SDM outsourcing secara berkelanjutan di sektor layanan kesehatan.

Abstract:Teacher productivity is a teacher's ability to manage all aspects of their professional duties effectively and efficiently to achieve educational goals. Productive teachers not only fulfill their teaching obligations but are also able to plan lessons effectively, implement meaningful teaching and learning processes, conduct appropriate evaluations, and continuously improve their professional competence. The level of teacher productivity is influenced by various factors, including principal leadership, the work environment, motivation, and infrastructure support.Objectives: The objectives of this study were to determine the level of productivity of elementary school teachers in Cibarusah District. To determine the application of transformational leadership by principals in elementary schools in Cibarusah District. To determine the work environment conditions of elementary school teachers in Cibarusah District. To determine the effect of transformational leadership on elementary school teacher productivity in Cibarusah District. To determine the influence of the work environment on elementary school teacher productivity in Cibarusah District. To determine how transformational leadership and the work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on elementary school teacher productivity in Cibarusah District.Methodology: The approach chosen for this investigation involved qualitative research methods, given their capacity to facilitate a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the subject under examination.Research Results: The study findings indicate that the implementation of a transformational leadership approach significantly improves teacher performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya Pondok Pesantren Ar Rohmah Kosambi dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Ar Rohmah Kosambi menerapkan sistem pendidikan terpadu yang menggabungkan kurikulum Departemen Agama, metode Pondok Salafiyah, dan kekhasan pesantren modern. Upaya peningkatan kualitas SDM dilakukan melalui peningkatan mutu pendidikan, pengembangan sarana prasarana, pembinaan guru, dan pengembangan keterampilan praktis santri. Pesantren juga melakukan pengkaderan dan pengabdian masyarakat. Meskipun menghadapi hambatan seperti keterbatasan sarana dan sumber pendanaan, pesantren terus berkomitmen dalam upaya ini. Kesimpulannya, Pondok Pesantren Ar Rohmah Kosambi memainkan peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter dan menghasilkan sumber daya manusia berkualitas yang sesuai dengan tuntutan era global.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit XYZ. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh terhadap 56 perawat. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya menggunakan SPSS versi 20, dengan nilai Cronbach's Alpha 0,923 untuk kompensasi dan 0,818 untuk kinerja. Hasil analisis menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi dan kinerja perawat dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,600 dan koefisien determinasi 36%, yang berarti kompensasi berkontribusi terhadap 36% variasi kinerja perawat. Analisis regresi linier sederhana menghasilkan model Y = 20,407 + 0,494X, yang menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kompensasi sebesar satu unit akan meningkatkan kinerja perawat sebesar 0,494 unit. Hasil uji hipotesis juga mengonfirmasi bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat (t-hitung 5,509 > t-tabel 1,680). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kompensasi, baik finansial maupun non-finansial, berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja perawat. Namun, sekitar 64% variasi kinerja dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain, sehingga diperlukan studi lanjutan untuk mengeksplorasi variabel lain yang relevan. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi manajemen rumah sakit dalam merancang sistem kompensasi yang efektif untuk mendorong kinerja optimal.
