Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of cake sales with a consignment sales mechanism at Al-Khidmah Nurzaman Store in Cendrawasih Market Metro Lampung. The research used a field study method with interview data collection techniques. The results showed that the level of cake sales with the consignment system was higher than regular sales. The consignment sales rate grew 56% while regular sales were only 44%. The commission sharing system between cake owners (pengamanat) and shop owners (commissioners) is adjusted based on the agreement, which is 10-20% of the selling price per product. The consignment system is effective for both parties because the commissioner does not need additional capital and the pengamanat can expand marketing, although the pengamanat must apply specific criteria to avoid losses due to damage or unsold products.

Abstract

Forced marriages are often a hotly debated issue among the public because they are considered to have violated the rules that have been legalized in the laws enacted by the government. However, this is inversely proportional to the perception of ordinary people in some regions in Indonesia who view forced marriage as something that must be done to fulfill the customs that have been followed for generations. Therefore, there are differences of opinion and views between positive law and customary law regarding forced marriage. According to positive law, forced marriages due to customary demands are considered to have violated human rights. With this in mind, the researcher is interested in conducting an assessment of the implementation of forced marriages that often occur in Indonesia by using the library research method by examining the literature related to the topic of discussion.

Abstract

Banyaknya kejahatan yang terjadi yang melibatkan individu atau sekelompok orang yang memiliki kekuasaan atau koneksi yang besar mengakibatkan ciutnya nyali masyarakat untuk melaporkan kejahatan yang terjadi kepada penegak hukum. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena adanya kekhawatiran terhadap keselamatan akan dirinya dan juga orang disekitar. Dengan demikian, aparat penegak hukum harus melibatkan seseorang atau lebih tersangka yang ikut serta dalam kejahatan tersebut sebagai saksi atau yang biasa disebut sebagai justice collaborator dengan memberikan jaminan berupa pengurangan hukuman sebagai bentuk penghargaan. Berdasarkan pada hal tersebut, tumbuh rasa ketertarikan penulis untuk melakukan analisa mengenai bagaimana pandangan hukum Islam atau fiqh jinayah terhadap perlindungan saksi dan korban, khususnya perlindungan bagi seorang saksi pelaku atau justice collaborator yang telah bersedia melakukan kerjasama dengan para penegak hukum guna membongkar kejahatan yang telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini termasuk pada penelitian normatif serta dalam pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik studi pustaka. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, dapat dipahami bahwa pada dasarnya Islam telah mempunyai konsep yang lebih jelas dan sempurna mengenai kewajiban yang sudah seharusnya dijalankan oleh seorang saksi sebagai upaya dalam mengungkap kebenaran dari suatu kasus. Hukum Islam juga telah menjelaskan mengenai akibat apa yang akan ditanggung oleh seorang saksi apabila memberi kesaksian palsu.

Abstract

Pendidikan sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia karena berfungsi sebagai proses pengembangan diri bagi setiap individu. Setiap manusia berhak atas pendidikan, oleh karena itu pendidikan berlangsung terus menerus dan tanpa akhir. Jika ditelaah lebih mendalam, hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa merupakan realisasi atau perluasan potensi keterampilan dan kualitas siswa. Penguasaan hasil belajar seseorang dapat dilihat dari perilakunya, baik berupa penguasaan pengetahuan, keterampilan berpikir, maupun keterampilan motorik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi membaca teks melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran kartu literasi pada siswa kelas II materi pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Mereka meningkatkan pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran di kelas dari siklus I dengan skor rata-rata 66 dalam kategori terlaksana penuh dan siklus II dengan nilai rata-rata 75 dalam kategori terlaksana sepenuhnya.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the relationship between parenting styles and achievement motivation in elementary school children. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research analyzes various literature and secondary data sources to provide an in-depth understanding of how different parenting styles influence children's motivation to learn. The findings show that democratic parenting has the most positive impact on children's achievement motivation, characterized by two-way communication, emotional support, and responsible freedom. In contrast, authoritarian and permissive parenting styles tend to hinder children's motivational development. This study emphasizes that the synergy between appropriate parenting, a supportive learning environment, and active parental involvement significantly contributes to improving children's motivation and academic performance in elementary school.

Abstract

Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is the main staple food commodity in Indonesia. This study aimed to evaluate the seed quality of several local rice varieties obtained from e-commerce, based on standard seed quality parameters. The experiment was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a single factor consisting of five local rice varieties: Rojolele, Sedayu, Mentik Susu, Ketonggo, and Jeliteng. Each treatment was replicated four times, resulting in 20 experimental units. The assessed parameters comprised seed moisture content,vigor index, germination percentage, maximum growth potential, pure seed content, proportion of other crop seeds, inert matter content, and seed health (pathology) assessment. The results showed that the Ketonggo variety had the lowest moisture content and the highest germination rate, vigor index, and maximum growth potential. The Mentik Susu variety exhibited the highest percentage of pure seeds and the lowest percentages of other crop seeds and inert matter. The was non-compliant with the established genetic quality standards with a pure seed percentage of less than 98%. Three types of fungi were identified using the blotter test method, namely Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, and Alternaria sp.

Abstract

Loyalty is the most important aspect for a company to maintain its extension in order to maintain and attract other customers. One way that can be done in building customer loyalty is to establish good relationships with customers. Having loyal customers is the main goal of every company. This study aims to examine product quality, testimonials and endorsements on consumer loyalty to Emina Transmart Padang products. This research is a quantitative research, the population in this study is buyers from February to June as many as 2,200 buyers. The sample collection technique used in this study was Accidental Sampling, which is a sampling technique based on chance, or anyone who happens to meet a researcher who can be used as a sample using the slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was 100 people. Data analysis techniques using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that product quality, testimonials, and endorsements have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty to Emina Transmart Padang products
