Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine how the online work environment affects the health of teachers and how it affects their productivity at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SD-IT). Path analysis method is an analytical approach used in this study. Teachers have faced a number of challenges as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, including some degree of disruption for both teachers and students. Basically, maintaining a smooth teaching and learning process (PBM) that results in high productivity requires more than just a healthy work environment and also depends on the health of teachers. According to the measurement of the effectiveness and efficiency of teacher skills, there has been a decline in teacher productivity in online learning, which in the 2020-2021 school year ranged from only 70-75%. According to research findings, the work environment has a negative impact of 19.27% ​​on teacher productivity in terms of their physical and mental health. The priority for improvement is the work environment, followed by the creation of health conditions that will increase teacher productivity.

Abstract

Work environment change during the Covid-19 pandemic caused symptoms of health problems. Since the online school, teachers at the Nurul Islam Integrated Islamic Elementary School, Cahaya Ilmu Elementary School, and Al-Iman Elementary School have experienced mental and physical health problems. Mental health disorders such as work stress, both stress that comes from within themselves and from the organization/environment. Physical health problems felt by the teachers were eye nerve disorders, joint disorders, muscle and spinal disorders. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the work environment on the health conditions, especially for the mental and physical health of teachers, the sample in this study is 138 people. The data collection techniques used surveys, interviews, and distributing the questionnaires, and the data processing and analysis techniques used simple linear regression methods.  The results of the partial analysis there is a negative amount of 20,6% influence between the work environment on healthy conditions, this means that any unfavorable high state of the work environment will deteriorate the teacher's physical and mental health.

Abstract

Sindangsuka Village has residents who run various businesses, such as animal husbandry, agriculture, and entrepreneurship. With the condition of Sindangsuka Village, which until now is experiencing water shortages, the business activities run by the village community are hampered and cannot be run optimally. The low population of productive age is a supporting factor for the lower number of business actors in the village. Since 2016, the BUMDes of Sindangsuka Village have been trying to develop their business units in order to improve the village economy, but they have not received full support from the residents. The Integrative KKN-PPM program was carried out in Sindangsuka Village from 11 July to 11 August 2023 with the aim of analyzing, identifying SWOT, formulating the best recommendations on BUMDes problems in the organizational sector. Training and mentoring is provided to BUMDes with the hope that BUMDes organizational values can be increased. Through this program, BUMDes can form an organizational roadmap, strengthen the functions of each part of its structure, and compile year-end reports.

Abstract

Google AdWords, commonly referred to as paid Google Ads, is a pay-per-click advertising platform that enables businesses to promote their offerings through ads seen on the Google search engine and affiliated websites. The objective of employing the paid GoogleAds strategy is to enhance the online prominence of United Tractors' products by leveraging the paid GoogleAds approach to optimize visibility. This approach starts by analyzing the existing digital landscape. This audit encompasses an assessment of the company's website, social media presence, and existing online advertising endeavors. Subsequently, the research will give priority to the development of a thorough strategy for sponsored Google Ads. This assignment entails the identification of the most optimal keywords and ad formats for United Tractor’s products. This strategy will include a complete framework of methodologies for monitoring and assessing the efficacy of advertising, enabling ongoing refinement and enhancement. Upon deploying the paid Google Ads package, we will evaluate its influence on United Tractors online presence. In the end, this approach will lead to a complete plan to enhance United Tractor's online presence by leveraging sponsored Google Ads. Enhancing online visibility enables United Tractors to enhance brand awareness, attract a larger pool of prospective clients, and eventually boost sales growth.

Abstract

The Indonesian government implemented an online work environment in aneducational institution to prevent the spread of COVID-19, particularly by suspendingschool/university activities, School organizations’ productivity is strongly influenced by the productivity of teachers’ work. The long process of implementing online learning during the pandemic may have impacted the teachers at Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools in terms of productivity. In the 2020 academic year, there was a decline in teacher work productivity of 70-75%, as measured by the effectiveness and efficiency of teachers’ abilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the work environment on teacher productivity. A total of 138 people were included in this study. Surveys, interviews, and questionnaires are all used to collect data. Meanwhile, data processing and analysis were performed using a simple linear regression method. According to the coefficient of determination test, the R-square is 0.65, indicating that changes in the teacher’s work environment have a 65% effect on the teacher’s work productivity, with the rest influenced by other variables. The results of the research are the work environment has a positive effect on teacher work productivity.

Abstract

Permasalahan pengelolaan sampah di Desa Sindangsuka menjadi isu penting yang perlu ditangani dengan serius. BUMDes Sindangsuka melalui Unit Usaha Pengelolaan Sampah bekerja sama dengan pengelola maggot untuk sampah organik dan pengelola pembakaran untuk sampah anorganik. Laporan ini merangkum kegiatan pendampingan dan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di desa tersebut, dengan fokus pada analisis kesenjangan kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan sampah. Pengelolaan sampah yang efektif sangat penting demi menjaga lingkungan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, sehingga SDM yang terampil menjadi kunci keberhasilannya. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kebutuhan pelatihan SDM melalui survei, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara kompetensi yang ada dan yang dibutuhkan. Sebagai solusi, disusun sebuah buku panduan yang berisi materi, metode, dan teknik pengelolaan sampah. Diharapkan, panduan ini membantu peningkatan kompetensi dan efisiensi kerja SDM di BUMDes Sindangsuka.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PPM) di Desa Sukalaksana, Kecamatan Samarang, Kabupaten Garut, bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan generasi muda dalam pembuatan Batik Shibori guna melestarikan budaya lokal dan memperkuat perekonomian desa. Pelatihan komprehensif ini diikuti oleh 15 pemuda berusia 18 hingga 35 tahun pada 10-11 Mei 2024. Materi mencakup teori dan praktik teknik Shibori, mulai dari persiapan kain, penciptaan motif, hingga pewarnaan alami, dengan fokus pada motif Nui, ciri khas desa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peserta mampu menghasilkan batik berkualitas dengan motif khas lokal serta membentuk komunitas pembatik pemula yang berperan dalam pengembangan produk kreatif. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan kesadaran peserta akan potensi ekonomi industri kreatif berbasis batik serta penerapan prinsip keberlanjutan melalui penggunaan pewarna alami dan pengelolaan limbah produksi. Pelatihan ini telah meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, membangun jejaring usaha, dan mendorong peserta untuk memanfaatkan keterampilan batik sebagai peluang bisnis. Desa Sukalaksana kini memiliki potensi untuk berkembang menjadi sentra batik Shibori yang berdaya saing, berkelanjutan, dan mampu berkontribusi pada pengembangan ekonomi kreatif berbasis budaya di Kabupaten Garut.

Abstract

Desa Sindangsuka, Kecamatan Cibatu, Kabupaten Garut, memiliki potensi ekonomi yang beragam, namun pengelolaan sampah organik belum optimal. BUMDes Perkasa mengembangkan unit usaha pengolahan sampah organik menjadi pakan maggot sebagai solusi. Penelitian ini mengkaji pola kemitraan dan jejaring usaha yang diterapkan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan unit usaha. Melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan observasi, indikator keberhasilan yang dicapai meliputi peningkatan partisipasi mitra eksternal, perluasan akses pasar, serta peningkatan produksi pakan maggot. Pola kemitraan yang kuat telah membantu memperkuat jejaring distribusi dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional unit usaha secara signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan dan jejaring usaha berperan penting dalam keberlanjutan ekonomi dan lingkungan di desa.

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PPM) aim to develop the local economy in Sindangsuka Village, Garut Regency, with a focus on strengthening the role of BUMDes and MSME actors in the field of business management. The PPM program is implemented to increase the competency and capacity of village communities in various aspects of focus, including Human Resources (HR) development, marketing, production and business network development. The results of the second year of PPM activities (2024) show progress in several aspects. First, good communication was established between the PPM implementing lecturer, the Adhigana Restaurant Manager (Padjadjaran University Business Unit), and the Director of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) Sindangsuka, which aims to establish cooperation in the organic catfish business network with the Adhigana Restaurant. This program adopts a more directed and focused approach based on evaluations and feedback from previous years. The results of outreach activities through training for MSME entrepreneurs highlight the importance of developing competencies in marketing, production and human resources as well as the need for collaboration between business actors to achieve inclusive and sustainable local economic development goals.
