Abstract

Kajian pengembangan bisnis ini bertujuan merumuskan ide pengembangan bisnis pada PT Santona Oro Banyan berdasarkan analisis SWOT dan dikaji berdasarkan aspek non finansial dan aspek finansial. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian pengembangan bisnis ini adalah metode kualitatif meliputi analisis SWOT dan metode aspek yang ada pada perencanaan bisnis, dan metode kuantitatif meliputi analisis laba rugi dan analisis aliran kas dan kriteria investasi. Hasil kajian pengembangan bisnis susu pasteurisasi segmen yang dituju dalam memasarkan produk adalah konsumen B2B (Business to Business) dan masyarakat yang biasa membeli produk melalui online. Dalam menunjang pengembangan bisnis susu pasteurisasi proses produksi harus menggunakan teknologi mesin pengolahan yang telah tersedia dan adanya penambahan sumber daya manusia, serta bisnis ini memerlukan kolaborasi dengan pelanggan dan pemasok input produksi. Hasil finansial yang telah dianalisis berdasarkan kriteria investasi meliputi NPV sebesar Rp1.644.840.829,00, Net B/C 2,96 dinyatakan layak karena lebih besar dari 1, Gross B/C 1,28 dinyatakan layak karena lebih besar dari 1, IRR 40,30% dinyatakan layak karena lebih besar dari discount factor, dan payback period selama 3 tahun 4 bulan dinyatakan layak karena lebih kecil dari umur bisnis. Dalam analisis switching value menunjukan penurunan penjualan sebesar 21,48%, dan kenaikan harga input kemasan sebesar 61,38% ialah perubahan maksimum yang dapat ditoleransi untuk kelayakan bisnis.

Abstract

Feed cost is the dominant component of production expenses in laying duck farming, accounting for approximately 60–70% of total production costs. PT Amar Farm Internasional has transitioned from using mixed feed to commercial complete feed. However, the complete feed used by the company tends to be relatively expensive in the Yogyakarta area. Therefore, the availability of more affordable feed from different brands has become a consideration in feed brand selection. This study aims: (1) to analyze the productivity of laying ducks fed with complete feed brand X and brand Y; and (2) measure the profitability of each feed brand to support the company's decision-making in feed selection. This research is an experimental study using a post-test only control group design. This research used two random groups; the treatment group received feed brand X (new feed), while the control group continued using feed brand Y (current feed). The analysis method applied was descriptive-quantitative, focusing on productivity and profitability aspects. The results indicated that feed brand X generated a higher profit compared to feed brand Y, with an average Gross Profit Margin (GPM) of 18.87% and Net Profit Margin (NPM) of 8.34% from August to December. Additionally, the average Duck Day Production (DDP) ranged from 0.32%-89.77%, the Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) was 2.73, and the total number of eggs produced was 9,905. Hence, feed brand X is recommended as a replacement for brand Y in the current cycle, and for exclusive use in future production cycles.

Abstract

Chicken eggs contain animal protein, which is important for human nutrition as it contains essential amino acids and is affordable. Along with the increasing awareness of eating nutritious food, the demand for purebred chicken eggs by consumers also continues to increase. This is influenced by several factors. This article aims to analyse the influence of price, quality, and income on the purchasing behaviour of purebred chicken eggs through a literature review. The method used is a literature study of 13 national and international journals published from 2017 to 2024. The review results show that the three variables have a significant influence on demand and purchasing decisions. The price factor shows seasonal elasticity, quality is influenced by labelling and sensory attributes, while income affects purchase volume. The conclusions of this review confirm the importance of a holistic approach in understanding the dynamics of broiler egg consumption in IndonesiaABSTRAKTelur ayam memiliki kandungan protein hewani yang penting bagi gizi manusia karena mengandung asam amino esensial dan memiliki harga yang terjangkau. Seiring dengan meningkatnya kesadaran akan makan makanan bergizi, permintaan telur ayam ras oleh konsumen juga terus meningkat. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh harga, kualitas, dan pendapatan terhadap perilaku pembelian telur ayam ras melalui kajian literatur. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dari 13 jurnal nasional dan internasional terbitan 2017 – 2024. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan dan keputusan pembelian. Faktor harga menunjukkan elastisitas tergantung musim, kualitas dipengaruhi oleh labelisasi dan atribut sensorik, sementara pendapatan mempengaruhi volume pembelian. Kesimpulan kajian ini mengonfirmasi pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam memahami dinamika konsumsi telur ayam ras di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the production efficiency of dairy cattle business in Cisarua Bogor District. The research focuses on identifying factors that affect production efficiency and provides recommendations for improving the efficiency of dairy cattle business. The study utilizes a quantitative research approach and collects data through a survey questionnaire administered to dairy cattle farmers in Cisarua Bogor District. The findings of this research contribute to the understanding of the factors influencing production efficiency in the dairy cattle industry. The results highlight the importance of precision feeding, genetic factors, and farmers' skills in promoting production efficiency. The implications of these findings for dairy cattle farmers and recommendations for future research are discussed.

Abstract

Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) outbreak in 2022 reportedly led to a significant decrease in cow milk production, resulting in major changes to supply chain. Therefore, this study aims to determine the current supply chain performance of dairy milk at Bogor Dairy Farm Cooperative (BDFC) using Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) metric. A quantitative descriptive method was used, and data were collected through field observation, interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs). Furthermore, the data were analyzed using SCOR metric. The results showed that the currentsupply chain performance comprised several entities, including cow milk suppliers (152 dairy farmers),cooperative, 3 manufacturers (milk processing industries), and end consumers. The time required by BDFC to distribute cow milk to processing industries was relatively fast (around 2 hours) due to the perishable nature. The calculation of supply chain performance yielded positive results, with SCOR metric achieving perfect order-fulfillment (POF) value of 86.9% andorder fulfillment cycle time (OFCT) of 2 days.Meanwhile, the cost of goods sold (COGS) value was 42.3%, with cash-to-cash cycle time (CTCCT) of 2 days.

Abstract

The Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD) outbreak has worsened the performance of dairy farming and Milk Producers Cooperative (KPS). Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of cooperatives in supporting dairy farmers in North Cianjur, Indonesia. Using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), we assess the role of cooperative services in the performance of its dairy farming members. The results indicate that livestock health and reproduction services are highly prioritized, while education and training programs need improvement, along with a significant relationship between the performance of cooperative services and the businesses of its members. These findings emphasize cooperatives' importance in sustaining small-scale dairy farming performance and provide recommendations for service enhancement.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to support the development of the potential of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the sandal and shoe sector in Mulyaharja Village, Bogor City, through empowering producers, agents, and consumers. Through a participatory approach, this program involves innovative production training, strengthening distribution networks, and increasing consumer understanding of local products. The results of the community service show that the active involvement of producers in improving product quality, agents in expanding market access, and consumers in providing constructive feedback can increase the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs. Digital technology support is also implemented to help market and brand products more widely. The collaboration between these three main components shows that the development of MSMEs in Mulyaharja Village not only has an impact on local economic growth, but also on improving the skills and independence of the local community. It is hoped that the results of this activity can continue and become a model for the development of MSMEs in other areas.ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan potensi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di sektor sandal dan sepatu di Kelurahan Mulyaharja, Kota Bogor, melalui pemberdayaan produsen, agen, dan konsumen. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, program ini melibatkan pelatihan produksi yang inovatif, penguatan jaringan distribusi, dan peningkatan pemahaman konsumen terhadap produk lokal. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan aktif produsen dalam peningkatan kualitas produk, agen dalam perluasan akses pasar, serta konsumen dalam memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan UMKM. Dukungan teknologi digital juga diimplementasikan untuk membantu pemasaran dan branding produk secara lebih luas. Kolaborasi antara ketiga komponen utama ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan UMKM di Kelurahan Mulyaharja tidak hanya berdampak pada pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal, tetapi juga pada peningkatan keterampilan dan kemandirian masyarakat setempat. Diharapkan, hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat terus berlanjut dan menjadi model bagi pengembangan UMKM di wilayah lain.
