Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah pengaruh Flash Sale dan Online Customer Review terhadap Impulsive Buying pada konsumen Generasi Z di Kecamatan Rawalumbu Kota Bekasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner online menggunakan skala Likert 1-5 kepada responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling.Melalui metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) ditemukan bahwa Flash Sale dan Online Customer Review adalah factor-faktor penting yang secara signifikan mendorong Impulsive Buying, baik ditinjau secara independen (parsial) maupun imultan. Model yang digunakan juga sangat kuat, dapat menjelaskan 94,7% variasi dalam fenomena perilaku Impulsive Buying, sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai R-Square Adjusted sebesar 0,947. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran seperti Flash Sale dan penyediaan ulasan pelanggan yang relevan dapat mendorong perilaku pembelian impulsif pada konsumen Generasi Z. Temuan ini juga memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan strategi e-commerce yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

The activity of saving money today is the main thing for planning the future. Banks as one of the most trusted financial institutions have information technology innovations so that financial transactions become more effective and efficient. Banking technology, called internet banking, has features that provide convenience for customers in transactions that have an impact on customer satisfaction in their use. This paper will analyze the convenience of internet banking on customer satisfaction an PT Bank Central Asia’s main branch office Suryopranoto using a simple regression method, as many as 30 respondents were surveyed through a questionnaire to test the research model. The results of the study indicate that there is a weak and positive relationship between the convenience of internet banking and customer satisfactions because most of the customer satisfaction is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Character education in early childhood is an effort to instill commendable behavior in children, both behavior in worship, behavior as a good citizen, behavior in interacting with other people and the environment, and commendable behavior that is beneficial for their success in life. Character education is implemented in every environment where children are. The family environment is the first environment that children find. Parents have the responsibility to instill good attitudes in children. Parents should not leave their children's character education to the teachers. Parents and teachers are models that children will imitate and emulate, both in words and deeds. Character development in children can be done through advice, habituation, modeling, and reinforcement.

Abstract

One of these obligations as a student of Panca Sakti University Bekasi will carry out Community Service, this is carried out in connection with concerns about following technological developments and advances, especially Indonesia as a country that has a lot of natural and human resource potential that cannot be equated with developed countries. this concern is by organizing Community Service activities in the form of "Socialization of Business Making And Using Social Media As A Product Marketing Strategy For Young People In Perum Kopti" The method of activity carried out is using presentation sessions to convey basic information about marketing strategies through social media. Followed by a discussion session to provide space for participants to ask questions, share experiences, and collaborate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Denso Manufacturing Indonesia. Fenomena yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah adanya perubahan gaya kepemimpinan dan dinamika budaya kerja yang mempengaruhi produktivitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 72 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui perangkat lunak SPSS 29. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai F hitung 31,497 > F tabel 3,12 dan signifikansi < 0,001. Secara parsial, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ( t hitung 4,625 > t tabel 1,993), demikian pula gaya kepemimpinan ( t hitung 2,587 > t tabel 1,993). Nilai koefisien determinasi ( R2 ) sebesar 0,477 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen memberikan kontribusi sebesar 47,7% terhadap variasi kinerja karyawan, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain.

Abstract

The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of product rating and reviews on consumer purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. The population in this study comprises the community residing in the Cilangkap Sub-Disctrict area. The sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling. This research adopts an associative quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, and data analysis to examine the relationship between variables was performed using simple linear regression analysis. The results show that product rating dan reviews have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. This finding is supported by the regression analysis results, which yielded a significance value meeting the statistical criteria. Furthermore, the R-squared value indicates that product rating dan reviews are the main factor explaining the variation in purchasing decisions. It can be concluded that the higher the rating and the more positive the reviews given to a product, the greater the consumers tendency to make a purchase

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kedisiplinan pegawai terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Kantor Kelurahan Setu, Cipayung, Jakarta Timur. Sebagai garda terdepan pelayanan publik, kelurahan dituntut untuk memberikan layanan yang prima dan disiplin tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang menerima layanan di Kantor Kelurahan Setu, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat ( t hitung > t tabel ), demikian pula dengan kedisiplinan pegawai. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan kontribusi variabel independen yang kuat dalam menjelaskan variasi kepuasan masyarakat di lokasi penelitian.
