Abstract

ISPA adalah penyakit menular yang terjadi pada saluran pernapasan atas atau bawah yang dapat menimbulkan infeksi ringan sampai berat yang dapat menyebabkan kematian. Tujuan mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan ISPA berbasis media leaflet terhadap pengetahuan ibu Balita tentang ISPA di wilayah Kelurahan Laosu Kecamatan Bondoala Kabupaten Konawe. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain Pre-Eksperimental Study yang menggunakan rancangan one grup pretest-posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 117 dengan sampel 54 responden dengan cara Purposive sampling. Analisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dan di uji menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan menunjukan bahwa Skor pengetahuan saat posttest mengalami peningkatan pada 52 responden (Positive Ranks). Sementara itu saat posttest ada 1 responden yang mengalami penurunan skor pengetahuan (Negative Ranks). Serta terdapat 1 responden yang memiliki nilai yang sama saat pretest. Berdasarkan uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test diperoleh p-value 0,000 < α (0,05). Diharapkan Bagi Puskesmas Laosu agar lebih mengoptimalkan promosi kesehatan kepada ibu melalui media promosi kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan penyakit ISPA pada Balita.

Abstract

Introduction: Dental and oral health is an essential element of a person's physical and mental health and well-being. Dental and oral health can describe physiological, psychological and social conditions, and play an important role in the quality of life. Dental and oral health education activities can increase a person's awareness to use dental and oral health services so as to reduce the severity of dental and oral diseases. Method: This research is a quantitative research type with a pre-experimental design. This research will be conducted in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Asy-Syati;iyah and Baitul Quran Kendari. The population in this study were students of Madrasah Tsanawiah Asy-Syati'iyah and Baitul Quran, totaling 128 students Result: The results of this study indicate the effect of dental and oral health education with animated video media on tooth brushing behavior in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Asy-Syati'iyah. There is an effect of dental and oral health education with props (phantom) on the behavior of brushing teeth in Baitul Quran Kendari. It was concluded that there were differences in the effect of dental and oral health education with animated video media and visual aids (phantom) on tooth brushing behavior in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Asy-Syati'iyah and Baitul Quran Kendari with p value 0.0012 (p <0.05). Conclusion: Suggestions in this study are expected to the education office to increase students' knowledge in maintaining dental and oral health.

Abstract

Background: Data from the North Buton District Health Office in 2021 that Clean and Healthy Life Behavior related to indicators of not smoking in the house is 62.3%. Where out of 10 (ten) health center in the working area of the District Health Office. North Buton Coverage Data for Households who do not smoke in the house, the highest is Kulisusu Health Center at 92.9% and coverage data for Households who do not smoke in the house, the lowest is Bonegunu Health Center at 9.7%. Method: This research uses cross sectional study approach. This research has been carried out for 30 days. The population is 105 people. The research sample is 47 samples behavior smoke teenager class XI and XII. The sampling technique in this study is Simple Random Sampling. Data is processed using test square chi. Results showed that there was a relationship between cognitive X2Count (8.096) and X2Table (3.841), incentive X2Count (10.597) and X2Table (3.841), environment X2Count (20.529) and X2Table (3.841) on smoking behavior of high school students in the District Bonegunu. There is no relationship between Expecta ncy X2Count (0.568) > X2Table (3.841). Conclusion: Research shows that there are connection among cognitive, incentive and environment with behavior smoke whereas hope no there is connection with smoking behavior in high school students, Bonegunu District, North Buton Regency.

Abstract

Introduction: HIV/AIDS remains a serious problem both in Indonesia as a whole and specifically in Southeast Sulawesi. The primary way to address HIV/AIDS is through treatment. Numerous factors make it challenging to predict the causes of compliance and non-compliance among HIV/AIDS patients in seeking treatment. Therefore, research is needed to develop interventions aimed at improving treatment compliance among HIV/AIDS patients. This study aims to analyze factors related to the behavior of treatment compliance among HIV/AIDS patients in the city of Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi Province. Method: This research is a quantitative study with an analytical research design. The method used is a Cross-Sectional Study. The sample size of 88 individuals. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire technique. Descriptive analysis was performed using frequency distribution tables, while inferential analysis utilized the Chi-square test and/or Fisher's Exact Test. Results: The research findings indicate that only 2 factors (perception of disease severity and health worker attitudes) are related to treatment compliance, while the other 6 factors (perceived benefits of treatment, perceived barriers to treatment, family support, health counselor support, drug availability, and health education) show no association and have no detected connection. The most dominance factor is the healthcare worker attitude. Conclusion : The conclusion of this research is that perception of diseases severity and healthcare worker attitude is the 2 variabel that have connection with treatment adherence and need improvement to keep the patient and improve their treatment.

Abstract

Introduction: Initial observations carried out in the Lambale Community Health Center working area, North Buton Regency showed that from interviews with 10 posyandu cadres in transmigration and non-transmigration areas, the average result was that cadres who were inactive were caused by several things, including being busy with other jobs such as housewives and There are still cadres who do not understand their duties in integrated service posts. Method: This type of research is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. Using a comparative study of transmigration and non-transmigration areas in the Lambale Health Center area, North Buton Regency, looking at the motivation and incentives principles of posyandu cadres. The population was 85 cadres and a sample of 39 used the Lemeshow formula with simple random sampling technique. Result: Based on the results of statistical tests using the Chi Square test, the results obtained were 0.005<α 0.05, H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, indicating that there is a relationship between cadre motivation and the performance of Posyandu cadres in the Lambale Community Health Center working area, North Buton Regency. Based on the results of statistical tests using the Chi Square test, the results obtained were 0.000<α 0.05, H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, indicating that there is a relationship between cadre incentives and the performance of Posyandu. Conclusion: There is a relationship between cadre motivation and incentives on the performance of posyandu cadres in the Lambale Health Center work area, North Buton Regency.

Abstract

Introduction: The problem in this study is the data on the achievement of health center accreditation in Kendari City, namely: 10 intermediate health centers (66%), 2 basic (13%), 2 main (13%) and 1 plenary (6.6%). This data indicates that not all health centers have implemented service standards according to PMK 46 of 2015 concerning Health Center Accreditation Standards, this condition provides an illustration that technical guidance and supervision carried out at the Health Center have not been carried out optimally. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between internal supervision strategies and improving the quality of health services as a managerial function at the Kendari City Health Center. Method: This type of research is quantitative Observational using Cross Sectional Study design. The population of the study were all health center leaders, Personal Health Efforts managers, Public Health Efforts managers and quality managers totaling 60 people at Kendari City health centers. The sampling method used the Total Sampling technique. Result: The results of the chi-square test on the supervision time variable obtained a value of X2 hit = 17.019, the location of supervision obtained a value of X2 hit = 13.081. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the time of supervision and the location of supervision with the improvement of service quality at the Kendari City Health Center.

Abstract

Introduction: The number of patient visits to the Hialu Health Center continues to increase with an average number of patient visits in 2021 of 225 visits per month. This study was conducted at the Hialu Health Center, Landawe District, North Konawe Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Relationship between Physical Evidence and Empathy to the Level of Patient Visits at the Hialu Health Center, Landawe District, North Konawe Regency. Method: This study uses a quantitative method with a comparative research design. The population of the entire Landawe District community is 2,843 people and a sample of 351 using the Slovin formula. Result: Based on the linearity test between variables, the variables of physical evidence and empathy generally have an effect on the level of patient visits to the Hialu Health Center, Landawe District, North Konawe Regency. Conclusion: The relevant government, especially the Health Service, must continue to provide easy access for the Hiau Health Center to improve health facilities and infrastructure in order to provide more optimal health services to the community.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data yang di peroleh dari puskesmas langara yang menderita ISPA balita tahun 2022 sebanyak 981 kasus, pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 443 kasus, pada tahun 2020, sebanyak 279 kasus ISPA pada balita di Puskesmas Langara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross sectional studi, Populasi penelitian ini adalah balita yang berumur 0-59 bulan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara cluster rondom sampling dari 76 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan kuat luas ventilasi dengan penyakit ISPA pada balita di peroleh (X2hitung = 50,423 > X2tabel = 0,632), ada hubungan sedang dengan kepadatan hunian kamar dengan penyakit ISPA pada balita (X2hitung = 1,916 > X2tabel = 0,157), tidak ada hubungan kepemilikan lubang asap dapur dengan penyakit ISPA pada balita (X2hitung = 0,102 < X2tabel = 0,037). Kesimpulannya Ada hubungan luas ventilasi dengan penyakit ISPA pada balita, kepedatan hunian kamar memiliki nilai yang sama dengan penyalit ISPA pada balita, Kepemilikan Lubang Asap dapur tidak ada hubungan dengan penyakit ISPA pada balita. Disarankan bagi Puskesmas Langara lebih meningkatkan program kesehatan khususnya pemberantasan penyakit ISPA.
