Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of Alfamarts so the author is interested in finding out about the influence of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at Alfamart Sm Raja 3 Pematang Siantar. However, each person has a different point of view in assessing the service they experience and the customer satisfaction they receive. The level of customer satisfaction really depends on the quality of a product, whether in the form of goods or services they consume. One of them is at Alfamart Sm Raja 3 Pematang Siantar. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Alfamart Sm Raja 3 Pematang Siantar. This type of research is field research, while the nature of this research is quantitative research. The population of this research is all customers of Alfamart Sm Raja 3 Pematang Siantar. The population used is unlimited. In this study, the sample required for this research was 50 respondents.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) includes voluntary behavior beyond formal duties, considered necessary for increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency. In the hospital context, these behaviors can significantly impact service quality and patient satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the determinants of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among professional and non-professional staff in hospitals in North Sumatra using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach. Data was collected through a survey of several professional and non-professional staff in several hospitals in North Sumatra and analyzed using SEM to understand the causal relationship between variables. The results of data analysis confirm that transformational leadership, proactive personality, employee engagement have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The research results are hoped to provide valuable insights for hospital management in designing strategies to facilitate and increase OCB among employees, thereby supporting overall organizational goals.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between employee placement and employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Pematangsiantar City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection conducted through documents and questionnaires distributed to employees. The results showed that employee placement has a significant relationship to their performance. Factors such as level of education, knowledge, skills and work experience play an important role in improving the quality of work, quantity of work and timeliness of employees in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities. However, the placement of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Pematangsiantar City is not fully optimal, because there are still employees who are placed not in accordance with their educational background or age that does not support the position. This study provides recommendations so that the employee placement process pays more attention to the right ones in order to increase the effectiveness of organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in professional and non-professional staff in hospitals in North Sumatra. The research method uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to professional and non-professional staff working in several hospitals in North Sumatra. Data analysis was carried out using the regression method to see the significance of the effect of transformational leadership on OCB in both groups of respondents. The number of samples used was 190 respondents, as determined by the convenience sampling method. The study's results confirmed that transformational leadership positively and significantly affects organizational citizenship behavior. The results of this study are expected to contribute to hospital management in designing effective leadership strategies to encourage increased OCB. The right transformational leadership style can increase workforce engagement and overall hospital performance.

Abstract

PT. Jasa Raharja is a government agency engaged in public insurance. The duties and responsibilities are to collect funds through mandatory contributions and donations to be channeled back through compensation services raharja to victims or heirs of victims of traffic accidents on the highway. In the implementation of the provision of compensation funds, many people do not know the requirements for claiming compensation funds at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero). In addition, the provision of compensation for accident victims is still not appropriate, namely irregular services in handling claims. This happened because PT. Jasa Raharja works closely with partners, namely the police and the hospital. Based on these problems, researchers are interested in conducting research on the Quality of Service for Highway Traffic Accident Insurance Claims at the PT. Raharja Services. This research was conducted at the office of PT Jasa Raharja, Pematang Siantar City. The method used in this research is quantitative method, by using a questionnaire as a means of measuring data. The results showed that all data from the answers of all respondents were in the "Good Enough" answer category with the total average of the total number of respondents who gave the answer was 16 people in the community or if the percentage reached 53% of the total number of respondents or where the percentage reached 100% of respondents. As for the inhibiting factors experienced by pt. raharja services in improving the quality of services in the field of traffic accident insurance claims in the city of Pematang Siantar is PT. Jasa Raharja did not get any information related to accidents that occurred, Lack of public awareness of orderly traffic and Lack of public awareness regarding the importance of carrying out accident insurance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT. Gratama Finance Cabang Pematangsiantar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif. Sampel yang memenuhi kriteria penarikan sampel pengamatan yang dilakukan berjumlah 31 orang dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dikarenakan hasil t hitung 7,471 > t tabel 2,045, dan secara signifikan 0,000 < 0,050. Stress kerja berpengaruh negative terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dikarenakan hasil t hitung 5,132 > t tabel 2,045, dan secara signifikan 0,000 > 0,050. Selanjutnya beban kerja dan stress kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Gratama Finance Cabang Pematangsiantar.  Hal ini dikarenakan hasil sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,050 dan untuk F hitung 39,543 > F tabel 3,33.
