Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di sekolah dasar memiliki peran yang penting dalam membentuk karakter dan moral peserta didik. Kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam konteks ini memegang peranan kunci dalam memastikan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna dan berkualitas bagi siswa. Artikel ini membahas konsep kepemimpinan berbasis nilai-nilai Islami dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agama Islam di sekolah dasar. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan studi literatur, artikel ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana kepemimpinan yang berakar pada nilai-nilai Islam dapat memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa dan meningkatkan efektivitas guru dalam mengajar PAI. Temuan dari artikel ini menyoroti pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam praktik kepemimpinan sekolah dasar, seperti kejujuran, keadilan, kesederhanaan, dan empati, untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan berdaya. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa para pemimpin sekolah dasar perlu memperkuat pemahaman dan implementasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam strategi kepemimpinan mereka guna memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan agama Islam dan membentuk karakter yang kuat pada generasi muda Muslim.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of facility and infrastructure management on the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 1 Parigi. Adequate facilities and infrastructure play a very important role in creating a conducive learning environment, which in turn affects the quality of learning. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection through observation and interviews with teachers, students, and school administration staff. The results of the study show that good management of facilities and infrastructure has a positive effect on the comfort and effectiveness of the learning process. Adequate facilities, such as comfortable classrooms, complete teaching aids, and other supporting facilities, increase interaction between teachers and students, which ultimately affects the improvement of learning outcomes. However, this study also identified shortcomings in the management of facilities, such as less modern equipment and the mismatch of the number of facilities with the number of students. The implication of this finding is the need to improve the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 1 Parigi, as well as to improve coordination between the school and the government to optimize existing facilities. This research is expected to provide insight and basis for better management of facilities and infrastructure, so that it can improve the quality of learning in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of school principals in conflict mediation and policy negotiations with teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Parigi. School principals play a key role in creating a harmonious and effective work environment in mediating conflicts and formulating policies that involve various parties, especially teachers. Conflicts that occur in schools can be interpersonal or structural, while negotiated policies involve various aspects of school management, such as curriculum, student assessment, and the division of teaching tasks. Through a qualitative approach, this study collects data through interviews with principals and teachers involved in conflict and policy negotiations. The results of the study show that the principal at SMP Negeri 1 Parigi acts as a wise mediator and facilitator by using a restorative and participatory approach. Transformational leadership implemented by school principals has succeeded in creating a more open and cooperative work environment, reducing conflict, and increasing teacher productivity. In addition, negotiation strategies based on open communication and compromise increase agreement and support for implemented policies. The impact of this mediation and negotiation is very positive, strengthening the relationship between teachers and principals, and improving the quality of policy implementation. This research makes an important contribution to the development of education management and provides guidance for school principals in improving leadership capacity and managing work relationships in schools.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mitra terkait membangun keluarga harmonis dalam perspektif hukum Islam di Desa Babakan, Kabupaten Pangandaran melalui metode service learning. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Aula Desa Babakan dengan melibatkan 20 peserta yang merupakan kader PKK sebagai representasi keluarga di desa. Proses penyuluhan dilakukan secara interaktif melalui ceramah, diskusi kelompok, tanya jawab, dan role playing, dengan materi utama mengenai hukum Islam dalam keluarga, hak dan kewajiban suami-istri, serta pola komunikasi Islami berlandaskan prinsip sakinah, mawaddah, dan rahmah. Evaluasi kegiatan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur pemahaman peserta. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan 19 orang (95%) memahami konsep keluarga harmonis menurut hukum Islam, sementara 1 orang (5%) belum sepenuhnya memahami. Namun, hasil post-test memperlihatkan peningkatan signifikan, di mana seluruh peserta (100%) berhasil memahami konsep tersebut. Penyuluhan ini menekankan sembilan prinsip keluarga harmonis dalam hukum Islam, di antaranya komunikasi jujur dan terbuka, empati, kebersamaan, sikap bijaksana, kepedulian, kesabaran, keceriaan, pengendalian ego, serta penguatan nilai agama. Diskusi dan refleksi menunjukkan bahwa tantangan utama di Desa Babakan bukan terletak pada pemahaman konsep, melainkan rendahnya kesadaran dan lemahnya landasan nilai agama dalam implementasi, yang diperkuat oleh faktor ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya sehingga memicu konflik rumah tangga, perselingkuhan, dan perceraian. Dengan demikian, penyuluhan ini relevan sebagai upaya preventif untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai Islam dalam membangun keluarga harmonis berlandaskan sakinah, mawaddah, wa rahmah.
