Abstract

ABSTRACT This thesis is entitled: "The Role of Parents in Overcoming Juvenile Delinquency (Descriptive Study of Adolescents in Dilagusun Hamlet, Lamaksenulu Village, Lamaknen District, Belu Regency)". The problems studied in this study are: What are the factors of juvenile delinquency?, what are the forms of juvenile delinquency and What is the Role of Parents in Overcoming Juvenile Delinquency. A descriptive study of Adolescents in Dilagusun Hamlet, Lamaksenulu Village, Lamaknen District, Kabupaten Speckle? The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that cause juvenile delinquency, forms of delinquency and how the role of parents in overcoming juvenile delinquency is a descriptive study of adolescent children in Dilagusun Hamlet, Lamaksenulu Village, Lamaknen District, Belu Regency. The research uses a qualitative descriptive study approach with the subjects of the Lamaksenulu Village community whose children are classified as naughty. Data was collected by using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results showed: there are factors that cause juvenile delinquency in Lamaksenulu Village, namely: in the environment around teenagers they hang out with peers and influence each other and take actions that violate applicable norms and rules, and in that home environment children are often beaten by parents or by his own brother and and family economic factors that invite or force children to steal, here the child experiences mental retardation so that the child is easily influenced by the external environment or school environment with peers who invite him to take actions or forms. the form of delinquency, the child here is easily influenced. The forms of juvenile delinquency that occur in Dilagusun Hamlet, Lamaksenulu Village are where teenagers in the local area really belong to the naughty category, namely forms such as smoking, drinking liquor (laruh putih or sopi), shooting a friend's head using an air rifle. , sit together late into the night, steal parents' money and steal the neighbor's chicken. Parents play a role in preventing juvenile delinquency in Dilagusun Hamlet, Lamaksenulu Village, Lamaknen District, Belu Regency, according to the results of research and discussion it can be concluded that some of these roles include: (a). The role of parents as educators, (b) role as a driver, and (c) role as counselor (e) role of parents as supervisors and (f) role of parents as role models in overcoming juvenile delinquency in Dilagusun Hamlet, Lamaksenulu Village have been implemented. by local parents. And here the role of parents who have not been in the way of people in Lamaksenulu Village (d). The role of parents as friends is because communication between children and parents is not so good that the problems faced by children, their parents do not know what problems are faced by teenagers. Abstract

Salah satu penyebab stunting adalah kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai kesehatan dan gizi sebelum masa kehamilan, masa nifas serta terbatasnya layanan kesehatan. Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) merupakan provinsi dengan angka Stunting tertinggi secara nasional pada 2021 sebesar 35,3% dari total kasus 8,9 juta anak Stunting. Mayoritas penduduk Desa Tenawahang memiliki mata pencaharian sebagai petani dengan jumlah keluarga miskin yang cukup banyak. Biasanya masyarakat mengolah makanan yang tersedia dilingkungan sekitar sebagai makanan sehari-hari. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan tentang sorgum serta cara mengolah sehingga menjadi alternatif makanan sehingga bisa menakan angka stunting. Kegiatan PkM ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan demonstrasi. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 30 peserta. Pemateri pertama adalah Bernardus B. Sogen dengan materi Identifikasi Masalah serta Pemecahan Masalah Stunting. Materi kedua disampaikan oleh Marcelina Toda Daton yang mendemonstrasikan pembuatan makanan berbahan dasar sorgum. Hasil analisis tes mengalami peningkatan sebesar 35,5% dalam hal pemahaman peserta tentang sorgum. Pemahaman peserta menjadi 82% yang sebelumnya 46,6%. Hal ini menandakan bahwa pengenalan dan pelatihan ini mendapat tanggapan yang baik dari para peserta. Kata kunci : Pelatihan, sorgum, stunting

Abstract

This research is included in qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were one trainer and four members of The Counter Melody (DCM) choir which became the source of research data, which was carried out through interview techniques, and documentation studies. This data collection is carried out with stages, namely assessing data quality, data analysis, interpreting data and making conclusions on its findings. From the results of research conducted by researchers related to social skills, there is a positive change from each member of The Counter Melody choir in obeying the rules, accepting the consequences of every decision taken so that each participant can build good communication in achieving harmony and cooperation in the choir group.The conclusion of this study is that through the development of social skills, a person can establish communication relationships and establish good cooperation, and from the results of this study it can be seen that there are positive changes from each choir member so as to create harmony and cooperation in the counter melody choir group. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to increase the activity of students, and the use of conventional This study aims to determine the life of WH who lives the status of a widow in the family, this role has been carried out since 2019. Activities carried out by WH daily are gardening and doing side jobs, namely making various kinds of snacks from bananas, sweet potatoes, and cassava. This study uses psychological well-being and public pedagogy theories to examine WH life in Oni Village. This type of research is qualitative research using the Life history approach method. They are used to help researchers understand the deeper meaning of WH Life in Oni Village before widowhood until now a widow who has three children, who acts as the head of the family, and Mother Tumah Tangga. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques begin by examining all data collected from informants. The results of the study can be concluded that the life of WH in Oni Village as a widow is not only focused on work to earn a living and take care of children, but, WH was also chosen to be one of the members of the PKK in the field of government and the field of spirituality WH was chosen to be the head of the mothers. Amid WH's busy life of earning a living and taking care of children, WH also takes time to carry out tasks in the fields of government and spirituality.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of women getting pregnant out of wedlock. This occurs due to the rise of promiscuity and also because of the weakness of faith in a person which ultimately affects the lives of individuals, so this research aims to find out the factors that cause women in Motaulun Village to become pregnant out of wedlock. The method used is a qualitative method with an exploratory case study approach used to explore the phenomenon of a perpetrator informant who is pregnant out of wedlock. The technique used to collect data is interviews, observation and documentation studies. Mataulun who were pregnant out of wedlock at the age of 13-19 years were pregnant out of wedlock. The research results were grouped based on themes, namely the factors causing women to become pregnant outside of marriage and the impact of women becoming pregnant outside of marriage. The first. Factors that cause women to become pregnant out of wedlock include: parenting style factors in the form of a lack of control or supervision from parents and people often giving children freedom, the existence of social media in the form of Facebook and WhatsApp so that informants and partners crave each other's messages through these media and social comparisons. namely, the perpetrator informant always follows other people's styles and always compares himself with other people. The second impact of women being pregnant out of wedlock includes: psychological impacts in the form of teenage girls feeling uncomfortable, afraid, anxious and depressed.

Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the problem that men's empowerment can also be realized through active participation in the wider community facilitated by empowerment actors. Men in Palamarung M1 Subdistrict (20 years old) are involved in informal sector economic activities as weaving craftsmen. This research aims to find out the process of empowering male ikat weaving craftsmen and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors as a male ikat weaving craftsman This research method uses qualitative methods and the research location is in Palamarung Village, East Sumba Regency. The subjects in this research were ikat weaving craftsmen, parents, village heads, school principals and students. Data collection uses interview techniques, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the research show that M1 is a male Ikat Weaving Craftsman in Palamarung Village, East Sumba Regency. Awareness actions carried out by M1 include approaching schools about the importance of preserving ikat culture and conducting outreach to students to take part in extracurricular activities on ikat weaving as an extracurricular of interest. As well as grouping students based on gender in preparing weaving materials and tools. In the Transformation stage, M1 prepares materials and collaborates with the school to create extracurricular schedules and study agreements. Apart from that, the sales and promotion process is carried out through social media. The stage of student independence is combined in a class and group between male and female students.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine widows in Oan Village in maintaining daily family economic survival through ikat weaving in the Taru Manu Oan Weaving Group, focusing this research on the concept of widowhood as a result of divorce and death how the ability of widows in Oan Mane Village to carry out economic life in Oan Mane Village, West Malacca District, Malacca Regency. which is carried out to reveal the nature of individual experience through phenomenological approaches, observation, interviews and documentation studies. The subjects were selected as many as 8 (eight) people because the research focused on widows in Oan Mane Village in improving family economic needs through the ikat weaving program in the Taru Manu Oan weaving group. The results of this study show that the main business carried out is a program of ikat weaving empowerment in the Taru Manu Oan weaving group and this weaving group is only given to widows in Oan Mane Village to meet the daily economic needs of the family and the cost of children's school needs. The income obtained is also normal because the price is seen from the fabric woven if it is patterned and marobo and ordinary the price varies, but they are satisfied with the producers obtained from this woven cloth sold. For this reason, they are very grateful to the Malacca Regency Government for presenting a weaving program which has helped in increasing the daily economic needs of families.

Abstract

A broken home refers to a married couple encountering family issues that eventually result in the termination of their relationship through separation or divorce. This situation often negatively impacts the children, affecting their education. Therefore, this study aims to inv estigate the factors causing children to drop out of school in broken home cases. The methodology employed in this study is qualitative research with a case study approach to explore the phenomenon of school dropout due to broken home factors. The techniques used for data collection include observation, interviews, and documentation. The number of informants in this study is four indiv iduals aged 13-16 years who experienced broken home conditions, leading them to drop out of school. The research findings are categorized based on the broken home conditions experienced by the informants. The first condition is a broken family where the parents of the informant had separated. This situation adversely affected the informant, leading to the decision to quit school. The second condition involves the death of one or both parents, experienced by two informants, which rendered them powerless to continue their education, resulting in their decision to drop out of school. The third condition involves neglect, experienced by one informant whose parents had divorced, leav ing the informant uncared for and ultimately causing them to drop out of school.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to determine the process of youth empowerment through the developmentof tourist attractions in Bonen village, Baumata village using descriptive qualitative research. The results and discussion found that: youth empowerment in planning the development of tourist attractions in Bonen village, Baumata village consists of 2 themes, namely the youth empowerment stage and its indicators: 1). Awareness and behavior formation stage, including empowerment, starting to create initial preconditions by opening people’s awareness of their conditions 2). Ability transformation stage in the form of knowledge and skill, including motivated youth empowering themselves by taking an active role in the development of tourist attractions and 3). The independence stage, including developing the potential for initiative and motivation in creating photo spots. 1). Enabling indicators in the form of potential to be developed 2). Empowering indicators/abilities in the form of knowledge and skill 3). Protecting indicators/increasing ability to overcome problems 4). Supporting indicators/role or involvement in order to become independent and 5). Fostering indicators/ changes obtained. The result is that yout improve the welfareof families in Bonen village through the development of tourist attractions.

Abstract

The problem in this study is what are the social values in the barter tradition in the Wulandoni market, Lembata district, with the aim of exploring more deeply the social values in the barter tradition in the Wulandoni market, Lembata district. Qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach were conducted in Wulandoni Village, Wulandoni District, Lembata Regency. The subjects in the study were barter actors, community leaders and village heads. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The triangulation used was data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of the study showed that the barter tradition contains values adopted by coastal and inland communities. These values include the value of compassion where barter actors maintain the barter market because it has been more than 10, and the barter tradition has become a habit and can help people in meeting their living needs. In the barter tradition, there is also often a bargaining process until an agreement is reached between the two parties which is contained in the value of helping each other. The Wulandoni barter market is still maintained because it has become a legacy from our ancestors, this is contained in the value of a sense of belonging. The rules in the barter market are that before the whistle is blown, the barter process still uses money, but after the whistle is blown, transactions in the form of money are not used but barter transactions between goods and goods, this is contained in the value of discipline. In the Wulandoni barter market, where the coastal community sits on the east and the interior on the west, this is contained in the value of discipline. The value of harmony in life, it was found that in the Wulandoni barter market, barter actors who bring goods to be exchanged have an equivalent value. The barter system is considered to be very helpful for the community's economy.
