Abstract

ABSTRAK Media sosial saat ini sudah menjadi bagian tak terelakkan dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, penggunaan media sosial ini juga lebih banyak digunakan untuk ekspresi diri dibanding sebagai sarana untuk berkomunikasi. Salah satu media sosial yang saat ini sangat digemari para remaja adalah aplikasi tik tok. Dampak yang muncul dari penggunaan aplikasi Tik Tok adalah budaya berbagi yang berlebihan. Hal ini mengakibatkan pengaburan terhadap batas-batas antara ruang pribadi dan ruang publik pengguna. Sehingga, tak jarang para remaja terbawa arus dengan mengikuti hal-hal yang tidak patut ditiru dikarenakan tak ada larangan ataupun batasan dalam penggunaan aplikasi tersebut dan juga membawa dampak dalam pembentukan kepribadian remaja saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak aplikasi Tik Tok terhadap kepribadian siswa kelas X di MA Lab. UINSU. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan desain penelitian studi kasus, yaitu suatu metode untuk menyelidiki atau mempelajari suatu kejadian mengenai perseorangan dengan menggunakan berbagai teknik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dampak penggunaan aplikasi tik tok cenderung mengubah penggunanya memiliki Kepribadian flegmatis karena kepercayaan diri mereka menjadi meningkat melalui video-video yang juga telah mereka buat dan unggah. Kata Kunci: Media Sosial, Tik Tok, Kepribadian, Anak   ABSTRAK Social media has now become an inevitable part of people's lives. Along with advances in technology, the use of social media is also used more for self-expression than as a means of communication. One of the social media that is currently very popular with teenagers is the Tik Tok application. The impact that arises from using the Tik Tok application is a culture of excessive sharing. This results in the blurring of the boundaries between the user's private and public space. Thus, it is not uncommon for teenagers to get carried away by following things that are not exemplary because there are no restrictions or restrictions on using the application and it also has an impact on shaping the personality of today's youth. This study aims to determine the impact of the Tik Tok application on the personality of class X students in the MA Lab. UINSU. This research method is a qualitative research method using a case study research design, which is a method for investigating or studying an incident concerning an individual using various research techniques. The results of the study show that the impact of using the tik tok application tends to change its users to have a phlegmatic personality because their self-confidence increases through the videos they have also made and uploaded. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja pegawai ditinjau dari kepuasan masyarakat di Desa Minta Kasih Kecamatan Salapian Kabupaten Langkat. Permasalahan yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana proses pelayanan kinerja kepala desa pada masyarakat di Desa Minta Kasih Kecamatan Salapian Kabupaten Langkat. Dalam penelitian ini, data yang dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif, yaitu mendeskripsikan informasi yang dikumpulkan. Lokasi penelitian adalah kantor Kepala Desa Minta Kasih Kecamatan Salapian Kabupaten Langkat. Sumber informasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala desa beserta staff nya dan masyarakat desa Minta Kasih. Informasi dikumpulkan berdasarkan Observasi, wawancara dan dokumen yang dilakukan peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari analisis hasil kerja kepala desa Minta Kasih dilihat dari wawancara masyarakat, program kerja kepala desa Minta Kasih sudah sangat baik

Abstract

The relevance of Game Theory in promotional strategies is increasing in today's digital era, where information spreads rapidly and competition is increasingly intense. Companies need to consider various factors, including changing consumer preferences, dynamic competitor strategies, and fluctuating market trends. Game Theory provides a strong foundation for this strategic analysis, and enables companies to make more informed and precise decisions. To study further, the researcher used the Systematic Literature Review Method by using a literature review that involves the process of identification, assessment, evaluation, and interpretation in detailing the findings of various relevant studies. This data analysis was carried out to develop an understanding of game theory in product promotion strategies. And based on the results of the analysis of the 20 articles discussed, it turns out that the Application of Game Theory in Promotion Strategies to optimize product sales has a significant impact on sales of a product. Thus, it can be concluded that game theory can be used as a tool in decision making for companies.

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive learning media for the Pythagorean Theorem based on ethnomathematics using the architecture of the Medan Grand Mosque as a learning context. This research is motivated by students' low interest and understanding in mathematics, especially in the Pythagorean Theorem material. The development method used is the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The validation results indicate that the media obtained a highly feasible category, with an average score of 92.5% from media experts and 91% from material experts. The teacher and student responses were 88% and 79.95%, respectively, based on practical criteria. The effectiveness test through N-Gain obtained an average value of 0.520 (moderate category). These results suggest that interactive media based on ethnomathematics can enhance students' understanding of mathematical concepts and provide more engaging learning experiences by connecting the material to local culture.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition where a child's height does not develop according to the average for their age, indicating abnormal physical growth. Toddlers who experience stunting are in a chronically poor state of health. If not properly addressed, this condition can pose serious health risks. This activity aims to encourage and educate the public to provide proper nutrition through exclusive breastfeeding, fruits, vegetables, protein-rich foods, and regular immunizations to optimize the prevention of stunting from an early age. The results showed a significant improvement in mothers' knowledge about stunting, with 83.3% demonstrating good understanding and 16.6% showing less understanding. Before the education session, the majority of mothers had a good level of knowledge at 55.5%. Activities like this must continue to ensure parents increase their understanding of the causes of stunting and how to prevent it from an early stage. Abstrak. Stunting adalah kondisi di mana tinggi badan anak tidak berkembang sesuai dengan usia pada umumnya, menunjukkan pertumbuhan fisik yang abnormal. Balita yang mengalami stunting berada dalam kondisi kesehatan yang sangat buruk secara kronis. Jika tidak ditangani dengan tepat, kondisi ini dapat menimbulkan risiko kesehatan serius. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengajak dan mengedukasi masyarakat agar memberikan asupan gizi yang baik melalui ASI eksklusif, buah, sayur, makanan yang mengandung protein tinggi, serta rutin imunisasi untuk memaksimalkan pencegahan stunting sejak anak usia dini. Hasil yang didapat tingkat pengetahuan stunting terjadi peningkatan yang baik terhadap pengetahuan ibu balita yaitu sebesar 83,3% dan terdapat 16,6% kurang baik. Sebelum diberikan sosialisasi pengetahuan ibu sebagian besar baik sebesar 55,5%. Kegiatan seperti ini harus tetap berkelanjutan untuk terus meningkatkan pengetahuan orang tua dalam mengetahui penyebab stunting serta cara mengcegahnya sejak dini.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and describe how the application of a realistic mathematical approach to set material for SMP/MTS students. The research method used is a literature review. The stages of the literature review are article collection, article reduction, article display, organizing and discussing, and drawing conclusions. The articles used in this study were 20 out of 28 articles obtained from Google Schooler. Based on this research, it was found that the application of a realistic mathematical approach to set material is very suitable to be applied because it is more effective and valid so that the responses received by students are also positive and can improve mathematics learning outcomes for SMP/MTS students, especially in set material.

Abstract

Real analysis is an important subject in college level mathematics education. The quality of real analysis lectures can influence students' understanding of basic concepts in advanced mathematics. This literature study aims to develop a model that can improve the quality of real analysis lectures through a review of various related literature sources. The method used in this study is a literature review, where various literature sources relevant to the research topic are analyzed thoroughly. The results of the analysis show that efforts that can be made to improve the quality of real analysis lectures include applying the lesson study method, developing relevant and quality textbooks, as well as providing support from family and social circles for students. The conclusion of this study confirms that the application of lesson study in the context of real analysis lectures can provide significant benefits in improving the quality of learning. Apart from that, developing textbooks that suit student needs is also an important step in increasing the effectiveness of lectures. Support from family and social environment also plays a crucial role in creating a conducive learning environment for students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide a study on the thinking process to improve the learning process. This research uses a research method obtained from the publication of research articles in scientific journals previously. It includes three stages: setting, synthesizing, and identifying. Based on the results obtained, mathematics is a subject that can introduce and develop computational thinking skills in students.
