Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan strategi media sosial yang akan digunakan oleh PT. Mandiri Express dalam meningkatkan brand awareness serta efektivitas dari penerapan strategi tersebut. Dalam era digital saat ini, media sosial menjadi alat komunikasi yang sangat berpengaruh dalam membentuk persepsi konsumen terhadap suatu merek. PT. Mandiri Express memanfaatkan berbagai platform media sosial seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan TikTok untuk membangun keterlibatan dengan konsumen, menyampaikan informasi layanan, serta memperkuat identitas merek. Strategi konten yang dibuat harus konsisten, interaktif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan audiens  yang ternyata terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran merek. Selain itu, penggunaan kampanye digital, kolaborasi dengan influencer, serta optimalisasi fitur-fitur yang ada di media sosial dapat mendukung keberhasilan dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan citra positif perusahaan.

Abstract

Kemampuan berbicara di depan umum (public speaking) merupakan keterampilan penting yang harus dimiliki oleh remaja, terutama dalam mempersiapkan diri menghadapi dunia kerja dan pendidikan lanjutan. Namun, banyak siswa SMK yang masih merasa kurang percaya diri dan belum memiliki teknik berbicara yang efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan public speaking kepada siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 1 Pantai Labu agar mereka mampu meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi lisan secara efektif dan percaya diri. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah ceramah interaktif, simulasi, dan praktik langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam keberanian berbicara, struktur penyampaian, dan penggunaan bahasa tubuh. Pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam membentuk karakter percaya diri dan komunikasi yang baik pada siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, promosi, dan kemasan terhadap minat beli produk MaBruschetta. Populasi terdiri dari 82 responden dengan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh. Sampling jenuh merupakan cara untuk menentukan sampel jika seluruh anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel yang pernah membeli produk Ma Bruschetta. Pendekatan penelitian secara kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dan diolah menggunakan SPSS. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi dan kemasan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beli dengan nilai sig. uji t sebesar 0.000 dan 0.016. Sedangkan nilai sig. uji t variabel kualitas produk sebesar 0.850 > 0.05 sehingga tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli produk MaBruschetta.

Abstract

The background of this research is the communication patterns of husband and wife conflict resolution in early marriage. The phenomenon that is of concern is how to resolve conflicts that befall newly married couples which often cause divorce at a relatively young age of marriage. The purpose of this study was to determine openness, empathy, supportive attitude, positivity, equality, communication patterns in resolving marital conflict in the early days of marriage. The research method in this study is descriptive qualitative and life history. Data obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and literature. The informants interviewed were seven families. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman models. The results of this study indicate that some husband and wife are open and do not find it difficult to be open to their partners in discussing the conflicts that occur. However, some husbands and wives find it difficult to open up to their partners because they are worried that the problems will become more complicated if they open up to their partners. In this study, all married couples showed a sense of empathy for their partners so that this could show that their partners wanted to understand and accept the problems that occurred. The existence of a supportive attitude given by husband and wife to their partners can make household problems resolved quickly. The support needed by husband and wife can be in the form of verbal, non-verbal and material support. Positive attitudes in conflict resolution carried out by married couples in this study are willing to give in to their partners and surrender to the problems that occur.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Aplikasi My Telkomsel Terhadap Pemenuhan Internet Mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Sari Mutiara. Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat, menjadikan banyak terciptanya inovasi baru. Telkomsel adalah salah satu provider terbesar yang ada di indonesia. Telkomsel meluncurkan sebuah aplikasi pada 1 Juli 2015 kepada masyarakat dengan nama MyTelkomsel. Tujuan aplikasi ini untuk memberikan informasi tentang sisa pulsa, kuota internet yang aktif, masa aktif kartu Subscriber Identity Module (SIM), dan masih banyak lagi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan Google Form sebagai media untuk mengumpulkan respon pengguna melalui pernyataan yang sudah disediakan. Pengelolaan data analisis menggunakan Data Analysis Tools. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 2 dari 6 skala UEQ berada pada sisi positif yaitu Daya Tarik dengan skor 0,022 dan Kejelasan dengan skor 0,045. 4 skala lainnya berada pada sisi negatif yaitu Efisiensi skornya -0,025, Ketepatan -0,051, Stimulasi -0,056, Kebaruan -0,053. Berdasarkan skor tersebut aplikasi MyTelkomsel membutuhkan peningkatan terutama dalam hal efisiensi, ketepatan, stimulasi dan kebaruan.

Abstract

This research tries to test several factors that are theoretically thought to have an influence on employee performance, namely subordinate communication satisfaction and superior communication competence. The research questions asked in this study are the influence of subordinate communication satisfaction on employee performance, the influence of superior communication competence on employee performance, the influence of subordinate communication satisfaction and superior communication competence on employee performance, what are the dominant factors that shape subordinate communication satisfaction, superior communication competence and performance employee at the Mitra Sauri Utama Foundation, Medan. This research found several important conclusions that all hypotheses in this research were not proven significantly. Second, the dominant factors that shape communication satisfaction, communication competence and employee performance at the Mitra Sauri Utama Foundation in Medan are communication climate, ability to decode messages and quantity of work output, respectively.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the significant influence of organizational culture and organizational communication climate simultaneously and partially on employee performance at PT. A True Partner of Fortune. This type of research uses explanatory research methods, namely research that explains the relationship between variables and tests hypotheses that have been previously formulated. The population in this study were all employees of PT. A True Partner of Fortune. The sample in this study was 86 respondents. Proportionate stratified random sampling technique was used to take the sample. The analysis model used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 for Windows program. The partial research results showed that organizational culture variables had a significant effect on employee performance by 16.6% and organizational communication climate had a significant effect on employee performance by 68.4%. Simultaneously, the organizational culture variable and organizational communication climate variable have a significant effect on employee performance by 51.3%.

Abstract

This research aims to test the analysis of the influence of the 4p marketing mix and service quality on customer purchasing decisions (case study of IKEA Alam Sutera, South Tangerang). This research consists of five independent variables, namely product, place, price, promotion and service quality, while customer purchasing decisions are the dependent variable. IKEA, Alam Sutera has a vision to create a better everyday life for people by offering a range of products that are well designed, functional and affordable. According to Deloitte-global-powers-of-retailing (2015), the problem faced by IKEA is its revenue position which is ranked 5th. This shows that they still need to improve their strategy in order to attract and make consumers decide to buy. . Primary data was collected using a questionnaire from 140 respondents to IKEA Alam Sutera, South Tangerang (Supranto, 2001). The research results show that product and place do not have a partially significant influence on customer purchasing decisions, while price, promotion and service quality have a partially significant influence on customer purchasing decisions. Apart from that, the five independent variables have a significant influence simultaneously on the dependent variable. The predictive ability of the five variables on customer purchasing decisions in this research is 29%. Meanwhile, the remaining 71% was influenced by other factors not included in this research.

Abstract

Nike produces a wide range of sports equipment such  as running shoes, sportswear, football, basketball, tennis, golf, etc. Now Nike follows global fashion trends and is well known and popular in youth culture and hip hop culture to supply several fashion products. In this research, an analysis of Nike's positioning was carried out starting from distribution, value, product plans, development and promotion, advertising division to investigating Nike's superiority in the global market and comparing it with competitors. Nike's strategy focuses on consumers who love Nike and drives product value to higher levels. Customers who perceive a product to be of high quality are likely to pay high prices more often and consistently. Once consumers develop product intimacy, they will associate themselves with the product and will pay whatever price is listed on the product. The results of research using analysis explain that Nike remains and continues to be at the forefront in creating and distributing clothing and types of sports equipment. However, Nike should consider focused loads too heavy and not allow "rest on top". Negative impacts of Nike's central promotion system, for example, advertising that is too high, raw material costs affected by global finance, representation practices that have a negative impact on Nike's brand image. Likewise the dangers of Nike's central advertising system, for example Nike cannot keep up with world design trends, its benefits are affected by money trade and financial downturns as it expands throughout the world.

Abstract

Communication patterns between lecturers and  students in this context become more important because they involve a higher level of knowledge transfer and a deeper understanding of communication. At the third semester level, students are expected to have better critical and analytical skills, and this is what makes effective communication very relevant. However, it should be recognized that there are variations in these communication patterns across higher education institutions. Researchers are interested in observing the teaching and learning process in internal and external relations courses so that this research is more specialized and focuses on one object. Apart from that, the researcher also observed that in the learning process, internal and external relations courses applied good communication patterns, as proven by class projects that had been created with the aim of making students understand more about the material, delivered with direct practice in the field. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting interviews with relevant lecturers and students. The results of the interview explain that the communication patterns used in the learning process for internal and external relations courses are upper and lower communication, meaning that the communication used is incorporated into organizational communication. This communication pattern is used to obtain feedback from students in the form of active response stimuli and implementation through practice in the field.
