Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan terdapat 2 aspek yang digunakan sebagai solusi untuk mendukung pendidikan yang lebih baik. Aspek pertama berupa konsep blockchain modern yang memiliki potensi positif apabila diterapkan dalam dunia pendidikan. Aspek kedua berupa konsep kegiatan pembelajaran bersaing dalam bentuk pekerjaan berupa gamifikasi. Blockchain dan gamifikasi adalah topik yang berkembang pesat di bidang akademis dan bisnis, mewakili perubahan paradigma dari komputasi terpusat ke desentralisasi. Namun permasalahan pada saat ini, masih minimnya penelitian mengenai blockchain yang diimplementasikan pada bidang gamifikasi pada dunia pendidikan masih minim jumlahnya. Kedua bidang tersebut dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut secara intensif sebagai bagian dari pengenalan TIK dalam pengajaran mendalam dan juga dalam pendidikan orang dewasa. Sehingga, tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis peluang penerapan teknologi blockchain dan gamifikasi di dunia pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk mengidentifikasi jenis teknologi blockchain dan gamifikasi yang telah digunakan secara terstruktur di dunia pendidikan. Hasil dari  penelitian ditemukan bahwa teknologi blockchain dan gamifikasi dapat memberikan solusi bagi dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between responsible en- vironmental management and business performance, emphasizing sustainable strategy models that enhance both environmental sustainability and profitability in modern organizations. Using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS, data were collected from 150 medium to large organizations across multiple industries, including manufacturing, retail, and energy sectors, all of which have implemented formal environmental man- agement initiatives. The findings reveal a statistically significant positive impact of responsible environmental management on both environmental sustainability (β = 0.72, p < 0.01) and business performance (β = 0.65, p < 0.01). Addi- tionally, environmental sustainability was found to positively influence business performance (β = 0.54, p < 0.01). These results validate the relevance of models such as the Triple Bottom Line and Circular Economy, providing action- able insights for companies aiming to enhance competitiveness while achieving sustainability goals. This study highlights the practical implications for busi- ness leaders and policymakers, particularly in fostering sustainable practices that align with both regulatory demands and long-term profitability. Future research is recommended to explore the longitudinal impacts of these strategies across different sectors and regulatory environments.

Abstract

The protection and management of intellectual property (IP) have become increasingly complex in the digital era. Traditional methods face significant challenges due to the ease of digital content replication and distribution. This research aims to explore the potential of blockchain technology in addressing these challenges in IP management and copyright protection. A quantitative approach using SmartPLS analysis was conducted, surveying 100 respondents from companies in Indonesia. The results indicate that IP protection, the efficiency of IP management, and transparency are critical factors in driving the adoption of blockchain technology. These factors enhance the effectiveness of IP management systems by ensuring security, reducing administrative costs, and improving overall transparency. The study findings have important implica tions for decision-makers, providing valuable insights into how blockchain can be implemented to optimize IP protection and management processes. This research highlights the need for further development of blockchain-based solutions to support IP management, offering a more efficient, transparent, and secure framework. The adoption of blockchain in this context is essential to revolutionizing IP management practices in the digital age.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resource Management (HRM) provides an opportunity to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the recruitment process in the modern business era. In this context, AI supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially goal 8, namely decent work and economic growth, and goal 10 on reducing inequal ity. AI allows companies to optimize the candidate selection process by using sophisticated algorithms that can analyze large amounts of data to find the most suitable candidates for the organization needs. Thus, AI plays an important role in creating a faster, more accurate, and bias-free recruitment process, which ultimately improves the quality of the workforce. However, the application of AI in recruitment also faces challenges related to technology integration, personal data protection, and potential bias in algorithmic decision-making. This study examines the role of AI in optimizing the recruitment process and its contribution to achieving the SDGs. The study also evaluates the impact of AI on recruitment decisions and company productivity and provides recommendations for more effective implementation in modern business.

Abstract

The rapid growth of remote learning has exposed significant inequalities in digital education access and learning outcomes, particularly for multicultural and multilingual learners. This study aims to explore how adaptive e-learning technologies can enhance equity in distance education by personalizing learning experiences and accommodating diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. A mixed-methods approach was used, involving surveys and interviews with students and teachers from three multicultural secondary schools in Indonesia. Quantitative data were collected through pre- and post-tests measuring learning engagement and comprehension, while qualitative insights were obtained through focus group discussions. The results indicate a significant improvement, with average pre-test scores of 65.3 increasing to 78.9 in the post-test (p < 0.05). Student engagement also rose, as weekly study time increased from 5.2 to 6.5 hours and completed modules improved by 30%. The adaptive technologies evaluated include multilingual user interfaces, culturally responsive learning content, and real-time feedback systems. The findings show a notable in crease in student motivation, participation, and academic performance among marginalized learner groups. Additionally, students reported a greater sense of inclusion and relevance in their digital learning environments. The study concludes that adaptive e-learning technologies can significantly reduce educational disparities when combined with inclusive instructional design. It recommends the integration of localized content and supportive policies to sustain equitable digital education for all learners, particularly in culturally diverse settings.

Abstract

Education is one field that is increasingly adopting artificial intelligence (AI) technology in an effort to improve the learning experience. AI-based interactive learning platforms have become a significant trend in modern education. This research aims to analyze user perceptions of AI-based interactive learning platforms and identify factors that influence their acceptance of this technology. We conducted an analysis using the SmartPLS method to explore the relationship between variables that influence user perceptions of AI in education. Research data was collected through surveys given to educational participants using AI-based learning platforms. The results of this research include findings about the extent to which factors such as interaction quality, usability, and social factors influence user perceptions of AI-based learning platforms. The results of data analysis will provide valuable insight into how the educational community accepts and adopts AI technology in the learning process. It is hoped that this research will make a significant contribution to the understanding of the acceptance of AI technology in educational contexts, as well as provide guidance for the development of more effective interactive learning platforms. The findings of this research can also support decision making in implementing AI in educational settings.
