Abstract

In the digital economy era, consumer loyalty has become a strategic asset for startupreneurs operating amid dynamic competition and information dense markets. This study examines the integrative role between pricing strategies based on Behavioral Economics principles and digital marketing approaches in shaping and enhancing consumer loyalty. Techniques such as anchoring price, scarcity marketing, bundling, and framing are synergistically combined with digital marketing tactics including social media utilization, content personal ization, and micro influencer engagement to create more resonant and recur ring consumer experiences. Through a qualitative method based on litera ture studies and observations of several digital startups in Indonesia, this study finds that ethical price optimization and adaptive digital campaigns not only drive short-term conversions but also build customer trust and retention in the long term. These findings indicate that strategies rooted in consumer behavior understanding and supported by digital marketing technology can serve as an important catalyst for the sustainable growth of startupreneurs. Recommendations are formulated to encourage the implementation of strategies that are not only market-competitive but also aligned with transparency, sustainability, and modern business ethics. The novelty of this study lies in its integrative approach, combining behavioral-based pricing strategies with digital marketing techniques to build consumer loyalty among startupreneurs. This approach remains under explored in the context of startups in developing countries, particularly Indonesia, and thus offers a fresh perspective for sustainable digital business models.

Abstract

The rapid growth of remote learning has exposed significant inequalities in digital education access and learning outcomes, particularly for multicultural and multilingual learners. This study aims to explore how adaptive e-learning technologies can enhance equity in distance education by personalizing learning experiences and accommodating diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. A mixed-methods approach was used, involving surveys and interviews with students and teachers from three multicultural secondary schools in Indonesia. Quantitative data were collected through pre- and post-tests measuring learning engagement and comprehension, while qualitative insights were obtained through focus group discussions. The results indicate a significant improvement, with average pre-test scores of 65.3 increasing to 78.9 in the post-test (p < 0.05). Student engagement also rose, as weekly study time increased from 5.2 to 6.5 hours and completed modules improved by 30%. The adaptive technologies evaluated include multilingual user interfaces, culturally responsive learning content, and real-time feedback systems. The findings show a notable in crease in student motivation, participation, and academic performance among marginalized learner groups. Additionally, students reported a greater sense of inclusion and relevance in their digital learning environments. The study concludes that adaptive e-learning technologies can significantly reduce educational disparities when combined with inclusive instructional design. It recommends the integration of localized content and supportive policies to sustain equitable digital education for all learners, particularly in culturally diverse settings.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are recognized as a critical driver of national economic growth, yet they continue to encounter persistent barriers such as limited digital literacy, restricted access to financing, and insufficient innovation capacity. These challenges highlight the urgent need for an entrepreneurial ecosystem that promotes not only economic advancement but also social empowerment and inclusiveness. This study introduces a community service initiative designed to build such an ecosystem using the Penta Helix framework, which integrates five key actors: academia, business, community, government, and media. The implementation approach was based on collaboration through training programs, mentoring sessions, and the strengthening of socio-economic networks aimed at enhancing MSME independence. The findings indicate that MSMEs demonstrated improved ability to leverage social networks for market expansion, stronger collaboration among stakeholders, and the establishment of an entrepreneurial ecosystem that is both inclusive and sustainable. Notably, the community emerged as a central element, serving as a foundation for ensuring equitable economic benefits at the grassroots level. The novelty of this study lies in integrating social dimensions into the Penta Helix model, shifting the orientation from purely economic growth to broader social sustainability. In conclusion, the synergy of business, community, and government provides a practical framework to strengthen MSME competitiveness while reinforcing social cohesion, aligning with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 8 and Goal 10.

Abstract

This study explores the dual role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in improving operational effectiveness and fostering organizational agility, two critical factors for success in today’s dynamic business environment. By leveraging technologies such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and robotic process automation, organizations can streamline workflows, enhance cost efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making. The research adopts a qualitative approach, analyzing case studies and expert insights to uncover key findings. Results indicate that AI implementation significantly enhances process speed, decision accuracy, and adaptability while reducing operational costs. However, challenges such as resistance to change, high implementation costs, and ethical concerns—particularly regarding data privacy—pose barriers to adoption. To address these, organizations must adopt strategic measures such as phased implementation, robust training programs, and ethical frameworks. The study introduces a conceptual model that illustrates AI's central role in driving efficiency and adaptability, supported by comparative performance metrics demonstrating tangible benefits. This research contributes to the broader understanding of AI’s transformative impact, emphasizing its potential as a catalyst for innovation and competitiveness. Furthermore, it provides practical recommendations for overcoming barriers to adoption, ensuring sustainable integration of AI technologies. By addressing both opportunities and challenges, the findings serve as a roadmap for organizations aiming to harness AI's full potential. Future research should focus on industry-specific applications and strategies to tailor AI adoption to unique organizational needs, thereby maximizing its impact across diverse sectors. This study concludes that AI is indispensable for organizations striving to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly trans- formed educational paradigms, particularly in adaptive learning environments where real-time personalization and intelligent feedback are essential. This study aims to explore how AI-driven mechanisms can enhance adaptive learning within learning factory environments by utilizing data analytics to personalize learning processes and optimize instructional delivery. Employing a quantita- tive research design, the data collection process involved distributing question- naires to 200 university students enrolled in AI-supported learning factory pro- grams. From this distribution, 120 valid responses were successfully obtained and analyzed, consisting of 80 students and 40 instructors across three universi- ties, representing the final usable dataset for this study. Statistical analysis was performed using regression and correlation models to assess the impact of AI- based adaptivity on learning performance, engagement, and cognitive retention. The findings reveal that AI integration within learning factories leads to sig- nificant improvements in learner adaptability, interaction efficiency, and overall academic achievement. The adaptive AI models dynamically adjusted learning content based on individual performance metrics, resulting in higher engage- ment rates and enhanced skill mastery compared to traditional non-AI-based environments. The outcomes confirm that AI can function as a critical enabler of responsive and data-driven education by bridging theoretical and practical as- pects of industrial learning. This research underscores the transformative poten- tial of Artificial Intelligence in reshaping adaptive learning environments within learning factories, emphasizing the need for further development of AI systems that prioritize personalization, continuous assessment, and the seamless integra- tion of human and machine intelligence
