Abstract

Penelitian pada Studi Kelayakan Jalan Lingkar Siborongborong mengacu kepada Rencana Detail tata Ruang (RDTR) Wilayah Kawasan Perkotaan, wilayah perencanaan Studi Kelayakan Pembangunan Jalan Lingkar Siborongborong direncanakan akan melintang dan bersentuhan langsung dengan 3 (tiga) desa yang ada pada Kawasan Perkotaan Kecamatan Siborongborong, antara lain yakni Desa Sitabotabo, Desa Sitabotabo Toruan, dan Desa Lobu Siregar II dengan panjang jalan sebesar 27, 5 km2, jalan yang direncanakan memiliki panjang jalan 5,4 km dengan panjang jalan yakni 13 meter. Tujuan dari penelitian tersusunnya kelayakan teknis, ekonomi finansial, serta rekomendasi teknis jalur Pembangunan Jalan Lingkar Siborongborong, yang terencana, dan berkelanjutan dalam rangka mengarahkan pemerataan pelayanan transportasi serta perkembangan wilayah perkotaan Siborongborong. Hasil penelitian dapat dilihat rencana biaya investasi jalan lingkar Siborongborong adalah sebesar Rp. 71.708.076.000,- dan layak secara ekonomi dengan nilai BCR sebesar 6,07 (BCR > 1) dan nilai NPV sebesar Rp. 32.439.031.341 (NPV > 0).

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to empower coastal women in the field of shrimp-based processing, as well as increase the income of coastal women during the pandemic through shrimp processing. The solution of the partner problem by making a presentation first about increasing fishermen's income through processing marine products, then explaining the manufacture of hakau hudang by providing recipes and ways of processing shrimp into shrimp hakau, conducting discussions about the materials delivered, as well as evaluating the results of empowering coastal women in the field of shrimp-based processing so as to increase the income of coastal women during the pandemic through shrimp processing.  The result of this activity is that diversification of shrimp processing is a very effective way to increase community income in Desa Pahlawan, devotion is also achieved and successfully by providing information to the mothers of Hero Village in managing marine products

Abstract

Research using the ARDL Panel Model includes Inflation, Gross Domestic Product, Total Money Supply, Exchange Rates, Consumption, Investment, and Interest Rate in Asia's Three Emerging Markets namely India, China, and Indonesia which aims to boost the economy. This study uses secondary data with a quantitative research type using ARDL Panel Regression, the software used is Eviews 10 with cross-section data for 3 Emerging Market Countries, namely India, China, and Indonesia time series data for 2001-2020. The research results show that Exchange Rates, Investments, and Interest Rates can also be leading indicators to support price stability in Indonesia, China, and India, but their positions are unstable in the long run and short run. The main leading indicator in optimizing the variables in controlling price stability in the Three Emerging Markets Asia is Consumption seen from the stability of the short run and long run, where the long-term and short-term interest rate variables are significant in controlling price stability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze digital economic transformation towards increasing the income of household entrepreneurs (Case Study: Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District). The specific target in this research is to analyze digital economic transformation towards increasing the income of household business actors in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District). The hypothesis in this study isE-commerce, E-Money, E-Wallet (Electronic Wallet) simultaneously and partially affect the income of household business actors in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District. Methodwhich will be used in this study are: Quantitative, where the Quantitative Method in this study relates to data that describes digital economic estimates for increasing the income of home industry entrepreneurs in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District). The data analysis used is: Quantitative Analysis consisting of Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study stated that E-commerce significantly affected income, while e-money and e-wallet did not significantly affect the income of business people in Kota Pari Village.

Abstract

The development of the digital economy has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the business world. Digital transformation has turned Indonesia into one of the countries with the largest growth in startups and e-commerce along with the increase in smartphone use and internet telecommunication infrastructure, provides a great opportunity for startups companies to be able to develop their business by utilizing digital marketing. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of the development of startups companies caused by economics, digitalization and online marketing. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, the data used is secondary data. The result of this research shows that the development of the digital economy and digital marketing has an influence on the development of startup companies in Indonesia. Because it is easier for startup companies to reach a wide range of customers so their business will grow quickly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of green financing in sustainable financing for home industry players in Pematang Serai Village. Green financing is a financing scheme or lending to business actors that is environmentally friendly. Based on Government regulations to be able to receive financing with a green financing scheme. To achieve industrial, social and economic advantages to reduce the threat of global warming and prevent other environmental and social problems, the goal is to shift the goal to a competitive low-carbon economy, so that it can strategically promote environmental investment in various areas of business/economy. The research data is sourced from the results of interviews with industrial homes in Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province. as borrowers/customers of the Green Financing Program with the help of questionnaires so that the questions in the interview are more systematic. Sampling was carried out using proportionate random sampling technique. The data analysis used was: Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Binary Logistic Regression Analysis. The results of the study explained that green credit and green technology partially did not have a significant effect on green finance in Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency, while green product innovation partially had a significant effect on green finance in Pematang Serai Village, Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency.

Abstract

Monetary policy, fiscal policy, and green trade are distinct yet interconnected elements that influence the economy. In this research, research is conducted by utilising studies which are similar or related. After collecting various literature related to the study under study, the researcher makes observations then the object of research is explored through various library information both from books, natural journals, digital data, documents and so on in order to analyse monetary, fiscal and green trade indicators in Indonesia. Governments might use fiscal measures, such as tax incentives for green technologies, to promote environmentally friendly trade practices. Central banks can support green trade by considering environmental risks in their financial stability assessments and potentially incorporating sustainability criteria into their monetary policy frameworks.

Abstract

Dalam perspektif perlindungan lingkungan, pengembangan ekonomi hijau akan membantu membimbing masyarakat industri tradisional untuk mewujudkan revolusi energi di bidang produksi, sirkulasi, dan konsumsi, sehingga pola pembangunan luas suatu negara “konsumsi energi tinggi, polusi tinggi, dan emisi tinggi” dapat diubah. Dari perspektif ekonomi, “transformasi hijau” dapat secara efektif mendorong perkembangan proses “menyesuaikan struktur ekonomi dan menstabilkan pertumbuhan”. Menurut Organisasi Perburuhan Internasional (ILO) pengembangan ekonomi hijau dapat menambah hampir 60 juta pekerjaan ke seluruh dunia. Model analisis memakai panel ARDL (Autoregressive Distributed Lag) yang merupakan model regresi linier yang memperhitungkan pengaruh waktu. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa secara keseluruhan leading indicator variabel dalam short run adalah inflas, sedangkan dalam long run terdapat dua variabel leading indicator yaitu adalah climate change dan green investment . Abstract

The digital economy in Indonesia has both positive and negative impacts on the country's development. The development of the digital economy allows the government or society to become a platform for carrying out various types of economic transactions. This research was designed to analyze the development of the digital economy and the behavior of social media users in economic transactions. .In this research, descriptive analysis method was used using literature study. The development of the digital economy in Indonesia not only encourages economic growth, but also changes the way people interact and make transactions. Challenges such as uneven infrastructure and the need for clear regulations still need to be overcome to maximize this potential. The fintech sector is growing rapidly with many companies providing digital payment services, online loans and investments. OJK (Financial Services Authority) is also active in regulating this sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of monetary policy and fiscal policy (current policies) in stabilizing the economy, precisely in overcoming the unemployment rate during the pandemic in the 6 lowest unemployment countries. Where monetary variables (Money Supply, Exchange Rate and Real Interest Rate), fiscal policy (Government spending), and economic stability (Inflation, GDP, and Wages). This study uses secondary data or time series, namely from 2008 to 2020. The data analysis model in this study is the ARDL Vector Panel model. The results of the IRF analysis showed that the stability of the variable response was formed in the 8th period or medium term and the 15th or long-term period, where the response of other variables to changes in one variable showed variations both from positive to negative responses and vice versa, and there were variables whose responses remained positive to negative from short to long-term. The results of the FEVD analysis show leading indicators as operational targets. Then the results of the ARDL Panel analysis show that in terms of the Inflation Panel, the Amount of Money Supply, Interest Rates, Gross Domestic Product, Government Expenditure, Exchange Rates, and Wages are able to maintain economic stability, precisely at the unemployment rate in the 6 lowest unemployment countries, in the short and long term.
