Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack learners, opinion about study to college, university in MAN Kinali Pasaman Barat, so that. The researcher  interested to do the research. Based on first survey that researcher found that  the lacks, learners opinion about college university. This research aims to describe, 1). Learners perception about selection to join college university, 2). Learners perception about teaching learning process at university.This research is deseriptive qualitative study. Sample of the research are (6) six learners. Data nere collected through interview and documentation study to learners, perception about study to college university. The data analysis technique that used is reduction data, dercribe the data and concluded the data. The result of the research found that, 1). The lack of learners perception about selection to join college university, 2). The lack of learners perception about teaching learning process at university. Based on result of the research, is reconendedn to the learners to use well information that they got from the of school or out of school about college university in order to make easy them join to the college university nith all they knew and understuod about information college university .

Abstract

Tradition Seven Monthly pregnancy is a ceremony for the first child seven months gestation. Seven monthly event is often done by Javanese because this tradition handed down from earlier ancestors. This study aims to determine the implementation of the seven monthly event on Javanese who lived in the Pengarungan village. To achieve these objectives, it raised some questions about how the situation in the event of seven monthly communication, communicative events in seven monthly events, and acts of communication in seven monthly event in the pengarungan village, subdistrict torgamba, labuhanbatu selatan districtThis type of research is qualitative. While research method used is an ethnographic study of communication. Most of the data were collected through observation and interviews. Informants were obtained by 5 people. Three people who existed as a guide Seven Monthly Event and two people who know and understand the events of seven monthly. Data collection techniques by using purposive sampling technique. After the interviews, participant observation, field notes, literature studies, documentation and internet searching. Test the validity of the data with triangulation and the extension of participation.The results obtained indicate that the communicative situation in seven monthly event is done at their own home, or parents' home of the boy and was attended by parents, neighbors, and community members Pengarungan. This communicative events is based on genre, type of events werer, the topic, the purpose and function, the setting, participants, form a message, the content of the message, the rules of interaction, the norms of interpretation. While in communicative acts such as those that know and understand the implementation of seven monthly event is host of the events in seven months.Keywords : Tradition in Seven Monthly Events in the Pengarungan Village,tradition , ethnography of communication

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the re-independence of children aged 4-5 years in In Early Childhood Education Ashofa Xiii Koto Koto Tuo District Kampar Regency Of Kampar. This study was conducted from March to June of the school year 2015/2016. In this study the author uses descriptive research method. The sample in this research were 27 people with engineering samples of Saturated. Data collection techniques make use observation techniques. Quantitative data analysis in this research is observational data that is devoted to the category of self-reliance and the percentage of children aged 5-6 years in early childhood Ashofa Koto Tuo. The observation data is processed in the form of numbers that are then incorporated into the arithmetic formula. independence of children aged 5-6 years in early childhood Ashofa Koto Tuo District XIII Koto Kampar Kampar regency's 27 children categorized as "Good" with an average percentage of 83.02%. Although there are two children who are categorized as "Enough", in fact there are three children who are categorized as "less" self-sufficient, but overall when averaged result that the independence of children aged 5-6 years in In Early Childhood Education Ashofa Xiii Koto Koto Tuo District Kampar Regency Of Kampar in the category "Good"Keywords: Independence

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of PAI teachers in overcoming learning difficulties of students at SDN 006 Setiang, Pucuk Rantau District, Kuantan Singingi Regency and the factors that influence it. Data collected in the form of numbers or quantitative data, is enough to use descriptive analysis and visual presentations. The results of this study The role of PAI teachers in overcoming student learning difficulties in 006 Setiang Elementary School in Pucuk Rantau Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi District is categorized as "Poor" with a percentage of 43.90%. Factors influencing the role of Islamic PAI teachers (PAI) in overcoming student learning difficulties in SDN 006 Setiang, including the influence of the PAI teacher's educational background, there is still a lack of the Principal's role in providing input to PAI teachers, specifically relating to ways to overcome student learning difficulties, still lack of knowledge about theories to overcome student learning difficulties possessed by PAI teachers. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penggunaan media Nearpod dalam pembelajaran resensi. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa dalam meresensi dengan menggunakan apNearpod pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 4 Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media Nearpod dalam meresensi memperoleh nilai rata-rata 77,64 dengan kategori B (baik). Siswa yang memperoleh nilai dengan kategori A (baik sekali) terdapat 11 orang dengan persentase 48%. Siswa yang mendapatkan kategori B (baik) terdapat 9 orang dengan persentase 39%, siswa yang mendapatkan kategori C (cukup) berjumlah 1 orang dengan persentase 4%. Terakhir, siswa yang mendapatkan kategori D (kurang) berjumlah 2 orang dengan persentase 9%. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media nearpod sangat tepat digunakan siswa dalam pembelajaran resensi.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has led to all forms of digital-based learning. All formal education institutions organize online learning, including BIPA students. This causes the use of technology to increase. BIPA students using technology not only seek academic information about the Indonesian language, but also get to know Indonesian culture. One of the references for measuring the level of digital literacy is the Bawden Conception, which divides it into four aspects, namely basic digital literacy skills, background knowledge of information, digital literacy main competencies, and attitudes and perspectives of information users. The method used is descriptive research that uses a quantitative approach. The form of a movement to encourage productive learning based on digital literacy is that BIPA students can compile an article by including several references.

Abstract

Penggunaan Game Edukasi menjad hal yang menarik untuk diterapkan di sekolah karena memberikan dampak yang positif dalam dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan game edukasi berbasis software macromedia flash untuk membantu siswa SMP di Tangsel dan Jakarta dalam meningkatkan kemampuan belajar bahasa Indonesia.  Game edukasi ini bisa menjadi valid dan efektif, serta dapat diterapkan sebagai media pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, karena menciptakan situasi belajar yang menyenangkan, memberi pemahaman materi lebih mudah, dan menambah pengalaman belajar siswa, serta memerlukan waktu yang tidak panjang bagi guru dalam menyampaikan materi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu Research and Development (R&D) yang mengacu pada model ADDIE terdiri dari analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kevalidan game edukasi berbasis software macromedia flash berdasarkan ahli materi dan ahli media mendapatkan rata-rata persentase sebesar 95% dengan kriteria “sangat valid” (2) keefektifan game edukasi berbasis software macromedia flash berdasarkan respon siswa mendapatkan persentase 94,8% yang termasuk kriteria “sangat praktis”.

Abstract

. Employee performance can be seen from the quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. This research aims to examine the influence of work ability, work commitment and teamwork on employee performance. The sample in this study was 40 permanent employees in the Out Bound Division of PT JNE EXPRESS Medan Main Branch. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which had been tested and had met the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS 16.0 for Windows software tools. The partial research results show that work ability has a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance, work commitment has no partial significant effect on employee performance, teamwork has a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous research results show that work ability, work commitment and teamwork on employee performance.

Abstract

Masalah gizi pada pekerja merupakan salah satu kondisi yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas pekerja. Kurangnya pengetahuan gizi pada pekerja merupakan salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya masalah gizi, baik gizi kurang maupun gizi lebih. Salah satu upaya menanggulangi masalah gizi adalah melalui peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku seseorang melalui edukasi gizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling gizi seimbang dengan bantuan media poster terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap karyawan PT. ARCO. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre eksperimental dengan desain pre and post-test one group design. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan PT. Arco sebanyak 24 orang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Kriteria inklusi pada penelitian ini yaitu pekerja usia produktif (15-64 tahun), mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik serta tidak mengalami penyakit kronis. Sedangkan kriteria ekslusinya adalah pekerja usia produktif yang dalam proses penelitian mengalami sakit yang tidak memungkinkan untuk terus menjadi subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian konseling gizi seimbang dengan media poster berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap karyawan PT ARCO dengan nilai p masing-masing 0,001 dan 0,015 (p<0,05). Penelitian ini memiliki urgensi dalam ilmu pengetahuan, khususnya dalam memberikan wawasan bagi pekerja melalui edukasi berupa konseling mengenai pentingnya menjaga pola makan gizi seimbang yang akan menunjang produktivitas kerja mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan keterampilan berbicara melalui metode debat pada mahasiswa UIN Jakarta angkatan 2023. Metode debat dipilih karena dianggap efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara, berpikir kritis, dan keterampilan argumentatif mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, , dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode debat secara signifikan membantu mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara, memperluas wawasan, serta meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dalam berkomunikasi. Selain itu, ditemukan pula bahwa keterlibatan aktif dalam debat mendorong mahasiswa untuk lebih kritis dan analitis dalam memandang isu-isu terkini. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode debat merupakan alat yang efektif untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara mahasiswa dan merekomendasikan penggunaannya secara luas dalam kegiatan akademik.
