Abstract

Education serves as the cornerstone in shaping the next generation of quality citizens, with teachers playing a pivotal role not only in knowledge transfer but also in cultivating students’ character, competence, and moral integrity. This descriptive qualitative study explores the transformative impact of educators as role models and moral guides in fostering noble values and competencies essential for addressing complex global challenges. Through an in-depth examination of innovative and adaptive learning strategies, the research highlights how teachers create conducive, student-centered learning environments that support the vision of a sustainable and developed Indonesia. Findings reveal that effective pedagogical practices—rooted in empathy, innovation, and ethical commitment—strengthen the alignment between education and national development goals. The study emphasizes that teacher professionalism, continuous training, and institutional support are critical in producing high-integrity human resources capable of driving national progress. Furthermore, integrating character education into curriculum development ensures that students are not only academically proficient but also ethically grounded. Ultimately, this article argues for a paradigm shift in education policy that recognizes teachers as central architects of national resilience and sustainable development. Strengthening their role is not merely an educational imperative but a strategic necessity for Indonesia’s future.

Abstract

Guru merupakan sebuah profesi yang menuntun serta membimbing para peserta didik baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun luar sekolah. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan profesionalisme guru, evaluasi kinerja guru sangat penting. Studi ini melihat seberapa efektif manajemen evaluasi kinerja guru di SMAK 7 PENABUR Jakarta. Tujuannya adalah untuk menemukan apa yang memengaruhi kinerja evaluasi dan membuat saran untuk meningkatkan metode evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan dari guru, kepala sekolah, dan karyawan pendukung melalui observasi, wawancara, dan checklist. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen evaluasi kinerja bergantung pada standar yang jelas untuk evaluasi, partisipasi guru dalam proses evaluasi, dan penggunaan hasil evaluasi untuk pengembangan profesional. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan masalah dengan praktik evaluasi saat ini, seperti kekurangan sumber daya dan ketidaksetujuan guru. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sekolah harus meningkatkan komunikasi antara guru dan siswa dan memberikan pelatihan terus menerus tentang evaluasi kinerja. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen evaluasi kinerja guru sangat penting untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program kesejahteraan karyawan dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan kepuasan kerja. Dalam lingkungan kerja yang kompetitif, program kesejahteraan karyawan menjadi strategi penting untuk menarik dan mempertahankan talenta terbaik. Program ini mencakup berbagai aspek kesejahteraan, termasuk kesehatan fisik, kestabilan emosional, kepuasan kerja, keseimbangan pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi, serta pengembangan karir. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas program kesejahteraan karyawan, termasuk desain program, penerapan dan komunikasi program, kebutuhan dan preferensi karyawan, serta dukungan dari manajemen. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan tentang praktik terbaik dalam desain dan implementasi program kesejahteraan karyawan, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program tersebut. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap literatur di bidang Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dan praktik organisasi, dengan tujuan utama untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan, sekaligus memastikan bahwa program kesejahteraan sejalan dengan tujuan strategis organisasi.

Abstract

This study evaluates the achievements of the National Health Insurance (JKN) over the past ten years, focusing on strengthening primary healthcare for national health system resilience. Launched on January 1, 2014, JKN aims for equitable healthcare access for all Indonesians, with participants reaching over 220 million by 2023. JKN has increased basic health service coverage, including immunization, maternal and child care, and treatment of diseases. Primary healthcare's role is vital in disease prevention, early diagnosis, treatment, and chronic disease management. Case studies highlight successful outreach programs. Challenges include funding deficits, uneven service quality, and lack of medical personnel in remote areas. Recommendations include increased budget allocations, incentive policies, continuous training, integration of services, effective health information systems, and community participation

Abstract

This research explores the application of artificial intelligence (AI) to improve the responsiveness and speed of organizational operations. In the digital era, AI is crucial in optimizing business processes by automating tasks, analyzing real-time data, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The study shows that AI plays a crucial role in accelerating market response, supply chain efficiency, and human resource management. While AI provides a competitive advantage, its success requires infrastructure readiness, workforce skills, and risk management. The results of this study offer effective AI implementation strategies and recommendations for further research on the long-term impact of AI on organizations and employees.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities have become very important in the modern marketing world due to its expertise in analyzing data in depth, predicting consumer behavior, and improving the efficiency of marketing campaigns. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) allows companies to achieve better results in digital marketing by means of content personalization and ad optimization. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the role of artificial intelligence in marketing innovation, especially in developing new marketing strategies and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach technique. Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and direct observation of five companies that use AI in their marketing strategies. Thematic analysis was used to identify key themes from the collected data. The study shows that artificial intelligence (AI) improves customer personalization and segmentation, operational efficiency, and customer sentiment analysis. AI can also predict sales more precisely and optimize digital advertising, which helps improve overall marketing performance. The application of artificial intelligence (AI) in marketing has a major positive impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns. These results can provide useful advice for marketers in utilizing artificial intelligence more effectively, as well as contribute to research on the role of artificial intelligence in marketing innovation

Abstract

This research explores diversity management strategies in multicultural organizations, addressing challenges and opportunities arising from cultural, ethnic, gender, and demographic differences. With globalization, workplaces are becoming increasingly diverse, offering benefits but also challenges. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review to analyze diversity management strategies in global organizations. The findings highlight major challenges such as intercultural conflict, implicit bias, and cross-cultural communication barriers. Effective strategies include diversity training, anti-discrimination policies, and fostering an inclusive work environment. Properly managed diversity enhances creativity, innovation, and decision-making while broadening an organization’s global market reach. Practically, organizations are advised to develop inclusiveness policies and provide diversity training to promote workplace harmony. Theoretically, this study enriches diversity management literature by presenting a new approach to addressing workplace diversity. Future research should focus on empirical studies to deepen understanding of strategy implementation across various organizational contexts.

Abstract

E-Money, or electronic money, has become a significant electronic payment instrument in the digital era, changing the way financial transactions are conducted and influencing business and the global economy. This study explores the impact of using E-Money in business development and the digital economy. His background includes the important role of E-Money in the financial transaction revolution and its impact on global markets. The research objective is to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of using E-Money in business innovation, as well as analyzing its impact on the digital economy. Research methods involve analysis of technology, regulations, and business impacts. The research results show that the use of E-Money provides innovative solutions for digital transactions, increases operational efficiency and reduces transaction costs. However, challenges also arise regarding security, data privacy and accessibility. In conclusion, E-Money has great potential to transform business operations and the global economy, with significant impacts on innovation, operations and policy. The integration of E-Money in business strategy can increase overall innovation and efficiency, although it is necessary to pay attention to the challenges that arise along with its use.
