Abstract

Traveling salesman problem (TSP) is the problem of a salesman to visit the city of each city connected to each other and there is the weight of travel between the cities so as to form a complete weighted graph. Departing from a certain initial city, a salesman had to visit (n-1) another city exactly once and return on the initial city of departure. The purpose of TSP is to find the route of all cities with minimum total weight. Many algorithms have been found to solve the TSP, one of which is the Cheapest Insertion Heuristic (CIH) algorithm in the process of inserting weighted steps obtained from the equation c (i, k, j) = d (i, k) + d (k, j) - d (i, j). This algorithm provides different travel routes depending on the order of insertion of cities on the subtour in question. In this final project, the writer took the problem of distribution route of mineral water of al-ma'some 240 ml cup type, with vehicle capacity to meet 1200 carton and have different customer / agent demand that is the distance of depot and agent far from each other, distribution costs.

Abstract

Technological developments have continued to develop until now and the community has even made it a necessity, one of which is the motorized vehicle tax payment processing service, where payments can be made via e-banking or a predetermined Bank ATM.  Because of this, users believe that there is little to no difference between traditional Samsat and E-Samsat, the user returns to the Samsat Office to obtain validation of vehicle registration certificates (STNK). User satisfaction is formulating user satisfaction and comparing expectations and reality as follows: if expectations reality then very satisfied, if expectations = reality then satisfied and If expectations reality then not satisfied. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence user satisfaction in the North Sumatra E-Samsat application and recommendations to application developers so that user satisfaction does not decrease. This study uses quantitative methodology. Quantitative is a research method in which data collection techniques are carried out through surveys and questionnaire instruments and data analysis is carried out statistically. This study will use the End User Computing Satisfaction method, the EUCS method was chosen because it has 5 variables of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness to measure factors that influence user satisfaction from information systems. The results of the discussion from this study using the EUCS method each variable get a score of 4 (satisfied) out of 5 total scores. But it's not perfect yet, so some improvements are needed to further increase user satisfaction.

Abstract

This study delves into an analysis of the adoption patterns within the Jakarta Today e-government application (JAKI) through the dual lenses of the Government Adoption Model (GAM) and the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Encompassing JAKI users aged 17 years and above, the research encapsulates a substantial sample size of 384 individuals. The research findings underscore the pivotal role of key factors in driving e-Government adoption within the context of JAKI. Notably, Perceived Service Response, Perceived Trust, Perceived Uncertainty, Perceived Security, and Privacy collectively wield a significant and affirmative impact on the Adoption of e-Gov. However, intriguingly, factors including Perceived Awareness, Computer-self Efficacy, Availability of Resources, Perceived Ability to Use, Perceived Compatibility, Perceived Functional Benefit, Perceived Image, Perceived Information Quality, and Multilingual Option do not exert a notable influence on the Adoption of e-Gov. These insights proffer invaluable guidance for the Jakarta City Government, facilitating an enhanced understanding of user perceptions and needs. By meticulously addressing the determinative factors that engender a favorable adoption environment, the government stands poised to elevate the efficacy and reach of its e-government service, thus fostering greater citizen engagement and interaction with the JAKI application.

Abstract

Technological developments affect information services, such as website. Information services on the website make it easy to convey information widely. Therefore, the quality of the website can affect the information services. This research assessed one of Telkom University's academic service websites, namely SITU Student Activities Transcript (SITU TAK). The purpose of this study was to measure the quality of the website, user satisfaction, and the factors that can increase the user satisfaction. This study employed Webqual 4.0 method as the indicator and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) for grouping the factors based on the quadrant of IPA. Before grouping the data, the data first passed the validity test, reliability test, and gap analysis between user perceptions and expectations. Therefore, it can strengthen the conclusions and recommendations resulted from this study. After conducting this study, the final results were obtained, which stated that SITU TAK website still did not meet the expectations of its users. This can be seen in the results of the gap analysis calculation with a value of -0.63, which means that the level of importance or expectations of the users is still higher than the performance of the website.
