Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Location and Promotion on the Decision to Purchase Ready To Drink Bottled Tea Drinks (RTD) Kedai Three Thai Tea Awunio Village Kolono District Kolono District South Konawe Regency.To achieve this goal, qualitative and quantitative data, data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and custody. The population in the study was a three thai tea shop customer. The sample in this study used analysis with multivariate (correlation or multiple regression), then the number of sample members was at least 10 times the variable studied (independent + dependent). In this study there are 2 independent variables and 1 dependent variable (there are 3 variables), then 15 x 10 = 75. So the number of samples in this study is as many as 75 respondents. . The data is collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and using hypothesis tests, i.e. partial t tests and simultaneous F tests. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant and positive influence between location and promotion on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the optimization and potential acceptance of fees for waste transportation services and their contribution to the increase in Regional Original Income (PAD) of Kendari City The research method used is the documentation method. The research variables are retribution rates, realization and target of levy receipts, objects and subjects of retribution for waste transportation services and the amount of PAD revenues for the City of Kendari. The analytical tool used to determine the optimization of revenue from the waste transportation service fee and its role in increasing PAD in Kendari City is analysis of potential, efficiency, effectiveness and contribution analysis. The results showed that the potential receipt of fees for waste transportation services in Kendari City in 2010 amounted to Rp. 10,034,934,000; - with a mandatory collection of 27,461 units, the collection of fees was very efficient at 0.4% because the realization of revenue was quite large when compared to fees incurred. In 2010, the level of effectiveness in collecting fees for waste transportation services for Kendari City can be categorized as very low because the achievement is only 10% of the potential revenue of IDR 10,034,934,000 while the realization is only IDR 993,948,899. The contribution of waste transportation service fees to PAD in the last 5 years has averaged only 2% as well as regional fees of only 5.71%. The benefit to be achieved in this research is to become an academic contribution in developing public policy theory, especially with regard to implementation in the management of waste transportation service fees in an effort to increase Kendari City's own-source revenue (PAD). And operationally provide practical contributions or input for policy makers and implementers of financial management in the regions so that they can be used as material for evaluation and study of policies that are being implemented for the sake of improvement in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pemberian insentif dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada rumah produksi gula merah di Desa Tirtamartani Kecamatan Andoolo Utama Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui Kuesioner, Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Sedangkan Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Deskriptif, Regresi Linear Sederhana, Uji Parsial (uji t), Koefisien Korelasi, dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Adapun jenis dari sumber data penelitian ini yaitu data primer data yang diperoleh langsung dari sumber atau dimana tempat penelitian dilakukan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada rumah produksi gula merah di Desa Tirtamartani Kecamatan Andoolo Utama Kabupaten Konawe Selatan yang berjumlah 31 orang. Penentuan sampel yang dilakukan adalah sampling jenuh (sensus). Data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 29. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di rumah produksi gula merah di Desa Tirtamartani Kecamatan Andoolo Utama Kabupaten Konawe Selatan bahwa pemberian insentif tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan statistic melalui pengujian hipotesis secara parsial yang menunjukkan bahwa thitung < ttabel maka Ho diterima Ha ditolak.

Abstract

Analisis Dampak Pendapatan Asli Daerah Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pada Pemerintah Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) terhadap kinerja keuangan pada Pemerintah Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif statistik. Sumber data adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan model regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 26 For Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah mempunyai dampak positif terhadap kinerja keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil Uji t pada penelitian ini dampak PAD terhadap Kinerja Keuangan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 > 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan umtuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas layanan jasa terminal Pelabuhan terhadap kepuasan penumpang KMP. Ferry Bahteramas Penyeberangan Kendari. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini penumpang KMP. Ferry Bahteramas Penyeberangan Kendari sebanyak 80 orang dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana dengan SPSS 24 for Windows. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kulitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan penumpang KMP. Ferry Bahteramas Penyeberangan Kendari. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan memiliki kontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepuasan penumpahg yang dicerminkan melalui kesesuaian harapan, minat berkunjung kembali dan kesediaan merekomendasi.
