Abstract

Abstract. This research discusses the integration of Maqashid Sharia in the economic empowerment system of the elderly in Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Pertiwi. Maqashid Sharia is a fundamental Islamic philosophy that combines law with human rights, development and welfare. It aims to improve environmental protection, health and social welfare. Elderly people who should be enjoying the rest of their lives are instead being employed, and the question is whether this economic empowerment is in line with the principles of Maqashid Sharia. This research uses a qualitative research method with normative analysis, focusing on the integration of Maqashid principles in the practice of economic empowerment of the elderly. The study uses systematic and comprehensive data analysis to understand and interpret the data collected through observation and observation. The findings show that Maqashid principles have been integrated into the economic empowerment of older people, focusing on aspects such as faith, ethics, law and justice. The study also identifies the challenges and implications of applying Maqashid principles in elderly economic empowerment, suggesting the need for a holistic and community-based approach to enhance the integration of Maqashid Shariah in socio-economic education programmes. Abstrak. Penelitian ini membahas integrasi Maqashid Syariah dalam sistem pemberdayaan ekonomi lanjut usia di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Pertiwi. Maqashid Syariah adalah filsafat Islam fundamental yang menghubungkan hukum dengan hak asasi manusia, pembangunan, dan kesejahteraan. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan perlindungan lingkungan, kesehatan, dan kesejahteraan sosial. Lansia yang seharusnya menikmati sisa hidupnya malah dipekerjakan, hal ini menjadi pertanyaan apakah pemberdayaan ekonomi ini telah sesuai dengan prinsip maqashid syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis normatif, berfokus pada integrasi prinsip-prinsip Maqashid dalam praktik pemberdayaan ekonomi lansia. Studi ini menggunakan analisis data yang sistematis dan komprehensif untuk memahami dan menafsirkan data yang dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan dan observasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip Maqashid telah diintegrasikan ke dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi lanjut usia, dengan fokus pada aspek-aspek seperti iman, etika, hukum, dan hukum. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan dan implikasi dari menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Maqashid dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi lanjut usia, yang menyarankan kebutuhan untuk pendekatan holistik dan berbasis komunitas untuk meningkatkan integrasi Syariah Maqashid ke dalam program pendidikan sosial ekonomi.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive era of education, student engagement in the learning process is very important. Active learning methods, which prioritize active student participation, have been proven to improve motivation and learning outcomes. This study aims to explore various active learning methods in the context of Islamic education and their impact on student engagement. Through data analysis from various case studies, this study found that the application of active learning methods can significantly increase student engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Kampus Merdeka policy as a government strategy in addressing the challenges of higher education during the pandemic. The background of this research focuses on the importance of innovation in an educational system that is adaptable to crisis conditions, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, which demands flexibility in teaching and learning processes as well as the empowerment of students to become more independent. The objective of this study is to examine how the Kampus Merdeka policy is implemented in universities and its impact on the quality of learning, student autonomy, and their preparedness for the workforce. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of policy-related documents. The findings reveal that the implementation of Kampus Merdeka during the pandemic has encouraged increased student creativity, interdisciplinary collaboration, and more contextual learning experiences beyond the classroom. The policy also provides opportunities for students to develop their potential in a more flexible and adaptive manner. This study concludes that Kampus Merdeka, as a government policy, holds significant potential in shaping a higher education system that is more relevant and resilient to changing times, particularly in the context of a global crisis.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya fenomena hate speech di media sosial yang berdampak negatif pada sikap dan hubungan antarsiswa di MA Patra Mandiri Palembang. Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis strategi guru Akidah Akhlak dalam menanggulangi hate speech serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan naratif. Populasi terdiri atas satu guru Akidah Akhlak, satu kepala sekolah, dan 14 siswa; sampel diambil secara purposive. Instrumen penelitian meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi; data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi instruksional, kultural, dan kolaboratif efektif meningkatkan kesadaran moral serta mencegah hate speech. Faktor pendukung meliputi kedekatan guru-siswa, relevansi materi, dan dukungan kebijakan sekolah, sedangkan faktor penghambat mencakup keterbatasan pengawasan media sosial, rendahnya literasi digital siswa, dan waktu pembelajaran. Kesimpulan menegaskan bahwa penerapan strategi preventif berbasis nilai moral berhasil menurunkan kecenderungan hate speech, meski perlu perluasan cakupan penelitian untuk generalisasi

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Hipertensi adalah kondisi kronis dengan tekanan darah ≥140/90 mmHg yang dapat menimbulkan komplikasi serius. Kualitas tidur yang buruk sering memperburuk hipertensi dan dipengaruhi oleh kecemasan, karena kecemasan memicu peningkatan denyut jantung serta aktivasi sistem saraf simpatik yang berdampak pada tekanan darah dan tidur. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan tingkat kecemasan dengan kualitas tidur pada penderita hipertensi di Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSUP Dr. Sitanala Kota Tangerang. Metodologi: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasional dan rancangan cross-sectional. Sampel diperoleh dengan accidental sampling pada 97 responden hipertensi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil: Mayoritas responden mengalami kecemasan (57,7%) dan kualitas tidur buruk (59,8%). Analisis bivariat menunjukkan kualitas tidur buruk lebih banyak ditemukan pada kategori cemas (89,3%). Uji Chi-Square menghasilkan p-value = 0,001 (<0,05), sehingga terdapat hubungan signifikan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan kualitas tidur. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara kecemasan dan kualitas tidur pada penderita hipertensi di Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSUP Dr. Sitanala. Saran: Tenaga kesehatan diharapkan memberikan edukasi, konseling, serta intervensi manajemen stres dengan dukungan keluarga untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur sekaligus membantu pengendalian tekanan darah.

Abstract

This study examines the transformation of Islamic education in the digital era, focusing on issues, challenges, and opportunities. The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in Islamic learning, including curriculum innovation, teacher competence, digital literacy, and the ethical use of technology. Using a qualitative literature review method, this article analyzes primary and secondary data from national and international journals to present a comprehensive discussion. The findings highlight that while digital transformation provides opportunities for broader access to knowledge, it also raises concerns about the digital divide, the role of teachers, and the maintenance of Islamic values. Furthermore, the increasing reliance on digital tools in education has intensified the need for teachers to adapt to new technologies and methodologies. The study concludes that strengthening digital literacy, professional teacher training, and appropriate policy support are crucial for optimizing Islamic education in the digital age. The findings stress the importance of balancing technological integration with the preservation of traditional Islamic values in educational practices.

Abstract

The South Bali coast is prone to abrasion due to its geographical position facing the Indian Ocean. High sea waves and currents in the south of Bali will erode beaches whose lithology and morphology are prone to abrasion. Land cover conditions that do not support coastal protection will also affect the high abrasion of the southern coast of Bali. This study aims to analyze the shoreline changes in South Bali from 1995-2021. The analytical method used is the Digital shoreline analysis system (DSAS), with data from Landsat 5 TM, Landsat 7 ETM+, Landsat 8 OLI/TIRS, and Sentinel 2A. The analysis results show that the area directly facing the waves is relatively high, with volcanic rock formations, and there is no mangrove as coastal protection. The lack of good coastal management shows the area with the highest abrasion. It was found in the western part of Tabanan Regency, eastern Gianyar, and southern Badung. Meanwhile, the average coastal accretion was relatively high in the neck of South Bali, in areas where the land cover was mangrove and adjacent to river mouths, which experienced much sedimentation.
