Abstract

Literasi keuangan, pendapatan dan pembiayaan konsumtif merupakan beberapa faktor pendorong untuk seseorang individu dalam pengambilan sebuah keputusan investasi. Ambisi untuk mendapatkan penghasilan yang lebih dan berinvestasi untuk mendapat keuntungan dimasa depan. Tujuan penulis melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui ada pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi, mengetahui ada pengaruh pendapatan terhadap keputusan investasi, mengetahui pengaruh pembiayaan konsumtif terhadap keputusan investasi dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, pendapatan dan pembiayaan konsumtif secara bersamaan terhadap keputusan investasi pada masyarakat Desa Dahana Hiligodu Kecamatan Namohalu Esiwa Kabupaten Nias Utara. Sampel yang mewakili dari penelitian ini berjumlah 79 responden yang merupakan masyarakat Desa Dahana Hiligodu Kecamatan Namohalu Esiwa Kabupaten Nias Utara. Hasil penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden yang diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS Statistic Versi 29 dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji asumsi klasik, lalu melakukan uji kualitas data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dengan menggunakan signifikan dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach alpha. Dalam uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan uji t dan uji F serta melakukan uji koefesien determinasi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan literasi keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi, pendapatan positif namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, sementara pembiayaan konsumtif berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan, pendapatan dan pembiayaan konsumtif secara bersamaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi (Studi kasus Desa Dahana Hiligodu Kec. Namohalu Esiwa Kab. Nias Utara). Kata Kunci : Literasi Keuangan, Pendapatan, Pembiayaan Konsumtif, Keputusan Investasi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of layout on the productivity of brick manufacturing businesses in Lolowua Hiliwarasi Village, Hiliserangkai District, Nias Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach, gathering data through observations and interviews with business owners and workers. The findings indicate that an efficient layout can enhance productivity by reducing travel time and minimizing disruptions in the production process. A well-designed layout facilitates workflow and improves the effectiveness of space and resource utilization. The study concludes that optimizing the layout of brick manufacturing operations can significantly boost productivity and operational efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented at SMA Abdi Pusaka Indonesia, as well as identify factors that influence the interest of new students and formulate more effective marketing strategies. The research method used is qualitative, with an in-depth approach to social and human phenomena. This study found that the marketing strategies currently implemented, such as brochure distribution, visits to junior high schools, and the use of social media, have been running but are not optimal. Factors that influence student interest include the quality of teaching, school promotion, and evaluation and adaptation to the needs of prospective students. To improve marketing effectiveness, schools are advised to develop more structured and interactive social media campaigns, and conduct ongoing evaluations to adjust strategies to the feedback received. Implementing the right marketing strategy can help schools increase the number of applicants and maintain their competitiveness in the education market.

Abstract

In this research, we will thoroughly discuss the impact of information technology on public administration theory and practice, as well as its positive and negative implications in the government context. This research uses the literature study method as its main approach. Even though advances in information technology have brought a number of positive changes to public administration in Indonesia, there are still several obstacles that need to be overcome so that the benefits can be felt to the maximum. The concept of e-government refers to the use of information and communication technology by the government, which can improve interaction between government, society and other sectors. The impact of information technology on public administration theory and practice has significant implications, including increased efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of services. Information technology enables the automation of administrative processes, increases transparency by providing public access to government information, accelerates public services, supports data-based decision making, increases public participation, and facilitates collaboration between government agencies. However, the implementation of information technology faces a number of challenges, including limited resources, unequal access, regulatory uncertainty, and resistance to change. To maximize the benefits, ongoing investment and efforts are needed to overcome these challenges.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an associative nature. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of promotions and advertisements on social media on sales volume at UD. Tanda Setia located in Gunungsitoli City. This research uses primary data collected through questionnaires and interviews. In this study, the researcher employs quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination analysis with the help of SPSS 30. The population in this study consists of all employees and customers of UD. Tanda Setia who have ever made a purchase at UD. Tanda Setia. The results of the research, based on the t-test and F-test, show that both promotions and advertisements have a positive and significant impact on sales volume. In the coefficient of determination test, the results indicate that 92.7% of the variance in sales volume can be explained by promotions and advertisements, while the remaining 7.3% can be explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality on tofu purchasing decisions at UD. Pure Tofu. The product quality in question includes several dimensions, namely durability, taste, cleanliness and packaging. Purchasing decisions are consumers' choices to buy products after considering various factors. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. The research sample consisted of 40 consumers who bought tofu at UD. Pure Tofu, which was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression. The research results show that product quality significantly influences the decision to purchase tofu at UD. Pure Tofu. Durability and taste variables have the strongest influence on purchasing decisions. Based on these results, it is recommended that UD. Tahu Murni focuses more on improving product quality, especially in the aspects of taste and durability, to increase customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.

Abstract

The advancement of gadget technology in the digital era has had a significant impact on the behavior of Generation Z. Gadgets now function not only as communication tools, but also as educational, entertainment, and social media. This study aims to explore the positive and negative impacts of gadget use on mental health, social interactions, and academic performance of Generation Z. Through an online survey of 350 respondents from among young students and college students, data were analyzed descriptively and correlationally. The results of this study indicate that although gadgets support access to information and online social interactions, excessive use can trigger stress, sleep disorders, and digital addiction. Therefore, education is needed on the wise use of technology so that its benefits are optimal and its negative impacts can be minimized.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi gadget di era digital membawa pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku generasi Z. gadget kini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi, tetapi juga sebagai media edukatif, hiburan, dan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi dampak positif dan negatif penggunaan gadget terhadap kesetahan mental, interaksi sosial, serta performa akademik generasi Z. Melalui survei daring terhadap 350 responden dari kalangan pelajar dan mahasiswa muda, data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan korelasional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun gadget mendukung akses informasi dan interaksi sosial secara daring, penggunaannya yang berlebihan dapat memicu stres, gangguan tidur, serta kecanduan digital. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan edukasi penggunaan teknologi yang bijak agar manfaatnyaoptimal dan dampak negatifnya dapat di minimalkan
