This study uses a research instrument test consisting of validity and reliability tests. The quantitative analysis consists of a normality test, regression test, hypothesis test, correlation test, and coefficient of determination. This research concludes that transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. In the ever-growing digital era, transformational leadership is important for manufacturing companies to face challenges and take advantage of emerging opportunities. In the digital era, self-efficacy helps employees cope with uncertainty and change, turn challenges into opportunities, and view technological change as a foundation for personal and professional growth. Furthermore, by adopting a pro-innovation organizational climate, manufacturing companies can more easily adapt to technological changes, optimize production processes, and exploit the full potential of the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and organizational climate on innovative work behavior in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Abstract

Turnover intention, or the intention to leave an organization, has become a significant issue in the modern era, especially among the millennial generation, which has different work preferences from those of previous generations. This generation tends to value balance between personal and professional life and wants a work environment that supports personal development and well-being. This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work-life balance and perceived organizational support on turnover intention in the millennial generation. This research uses a literature and field research design with a causal associative approach to see the relationship between several uncertain variables. The sample studied consisted of 150 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling. The results of the data analysis confirm that transformational leadership, work-life balance, and perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. This research will provide insight for organizations in designing effective management strategies to retain millennial employees. By understanding the influence of transformational leadership, work-life balance, and perceived organizational support on turnover intention, organizations can develop more adaptive and responsive policies to the millennial generation's needs, thereby reducing turnover rates and increasing team member retention.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior bukanlah hal baru dalam dunia kerja khususnya beberapa bidang khusus yang juga menerapkan perilaku organisasi. Pada dasarnya, organizational citizenship behavior sangat membantu dalam mengatur, mengontrol, dan menyelesaikan berbagai persoalan sekaligus meningkatkan komunikasi antar peranan dalam kelompok kerja. Selain itu, perusahaan saat ini perlu meningkatkan kemampuan organisasi untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan lingkungan yang semakin kompleks. Tujuan utama penelitian yakni menganalisis menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior karyawan pasca pandemi Covid-19. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 210 responden yang ditentukan dengan pendekatan convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang kemudian dibagikan secara online. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan menampilkan hasil pengolahan data melalui uji instrumen penelitian dengan uji validitas dan reabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menyimpulkan quality of work life, organizational culture dan job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Implikasi penelitian menginformasikan perilaku menolong karyawan dapat meningkatkan semangat dan keeratan serta perasaan saling memiliki diantara anggota kelompok sehingga akan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dan membantu organisasi menarik dan mempertahankan karyawan yang baik.The globalization era that every nation faces have made the world open and connected. This requires the awareness and readiness of human resources that openness becomes something real. On the other hand, companies need to encourage better employee engagement to increase HR awareness within the organization's scope. The main objective of the research is to analyze the effect of organizational trust and organizational justice on the employee engagement of millennial workers. The sample in this study amounted to 150 respondents, who were determined by the convenience sampling approach. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument which is then distributed online. Data analysis uses the SPSS application by displaying data processing results through research instrument tests with validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the data analysis results, organizational trust and justice positively and significantly affect employee engagement. The research information implies that increasing engagement can be carried out with encouragement from company leaders through mutual trust, mutual understanding, mutual respect, and learning to live in differences among fellow employees in their workplaces.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara stres dan produktivitas karyawan di PT. Natural Indococonut Organik. Pendekatan yang dipakai yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang diambil terdiri dari 83 karyawan borongan di perusahaan tersebut, dipilih dengan metode sampel acak. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Proses analisa data dengan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 30.0.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai thitung 3,490 > ttabel 2,002, sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) antara stres kerja dan produktivitas 0,417, dengan nilai R Square 0,174. Signifikasi yang diperoleh adalah < 0,000, menandakan bahwa hasil tersebut secara statistik signifikan dan mendukung hipotesis penelitian Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,174 mengungkapkan bahwa stres kerja berhubungan dengan produktivitas karyawan pada PT. Natural Indococonut Organik. Artinya, sebesar 17,4% variabel dalam penelitian produktivitas kerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor stres kerja, sementara sisanya yaitu 82,6% dijabarkan oleh variabel lain diluar cakupan penelitian ini.
